If you've been here you know that giant crows 🐦‍⬛ occupy this place most of the time! I admire these intelligent creatures and I'd advise flying J management to employ them as a management, I think the things would get better for this flying J location in that case!Please Flying j management answer me what's the limit of your greediness so that you cannot invest a little part of your profit to patch the entrance to the trucking parking which has a huge crater, and it's been there for a few years! We're okay to take your profit truckers but f you to provide a smooth entrance to the fuel and parking lot - that seems your motive here flying J management.Also there's a huge part of the parking lot behind which is just mud and craters, which Flying J could at least straighten out , not even saying they should put a pavement on it.Corporate greediness is not a surprise, and I wouldn't not support your greedy business with a single cent , I only have to stop at Pilot flying J because my company uses them for fueling.Another point is the drivers who fuel forever and don't move their trucks from the fuel lane , nobody could punish them for that and they exploit that.So if you want to experience the high concentration of stupidity, carelessness and selfishness the Flying J location welcomes you and will provide all those with happiness!The only great thing about this location is giant crows , who are fun to watch , and possess much higher intelligence than most humans in this place.Peace , 🐦‍⬛ crows 😸!

Lots of truck parking, polite and fast working staff. Clean store and plenty of hot food. Gentleman cleaning showers does a maticulous job. My shower was not only squeaky clean it also smelled like refreshing cologne. As Truckers, it means a great deal to come into clean showers. Keep up the good work.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Everyone was greeting anyone and everyone. The coffee counter was alive, approachable and very helpful. The store manager went above and beyond. Can't say enough ♥️I've stopped in quite a few from Davenport, IA to New Mexico and that's a first. First time shower guest also, and wow, what a deal. So glad I asked about them! Thank you

Very good price on gas. Lots of food and drinks available. Restrooms are small. They need more stalls in the men side. It is a truck stop and you need bigger restrooms. Staff was friendly and got you through the line quickly. There is a Dennys Restaurant and a Subway contacted to the Flying J Travel Center.

Just wow, amazing, very clean, big parking lot, in store shopping makes it perfect, delicious food, subway and deny’s, very well managed, they have everything you need on road, very friendly and helpful staff, awesome, thanks guys

OTR LONG HAUL OWNER OPERATOR TRUCK DRIVER. So I always stop at this location for a few gallons to get me to a cheaper stop, showers, Dennys and some much needed rest. Now I'll say this for one thing. I love that there is a post office inside. Everyone is always nice to me. There is always plenty of everything and I always count on clean showers and plenty of washers and dryers. Drivers if there is no room in the front look behind the BOSS Shop. There is always plenty of room back there. Also nice and quiet. Thanks everyone . Always a pleasure

Hi,Very odd girl working there. She might be having a bad day. I get it. But also if its everyday, she should not be working with people if she don’t like people? Customer service is stressful but there’s a point where you must catch yourself.Thanks for the pizza. Safe travels everyone.

Inside the store it's very nice. Dennys Restaurant has good service, delicious and healthy food. The rest of the store we can find every thing to eat, drink, many meals to choose. Very good customer service, but please many years stopped for fueling, to eat and to enter at the RAMP AND TO GO WITH THE TRUCKS TO FUELING MY SUSPENSION ALMOST BROKEN. Big POTHOLES. THIS CONDITIONS HAS YEARS. PLEASE TAKE CARE FOR YOURS CUSTOMERS AND FOR YOUR BUSINESS.

Lots of parking here I tried to get photos of the whole parking lot but it is huge. And it is 12 o'clock at night now so you can get an idea where they allow you to park and where you can't. Denny's was closed when I went in cinnamon had some food out. Really nice place lots of showers to use and lots of pumps. Excellent stop on your way.

My recent encounter with Manager Tonya left me utterly disappointed and disheartened. Upon visiting the store to address an issue with a defective charging cord, I was met with nothing short of condescension and disrespect.Not only did Tonya refuse to acknowledge the evident malfunction of the product, but she also exhibited a dismissive attitude towards my concerns, treating me as though my dissatisfaction was inconsequential. Her lack of empathy and professionalism throughout the interaction was truly disconcerting.What truly compounded my disappointment was Tonya's disregard for basic courtesy and respect. Despite being aware of my identity as a transwoman, she chose to address me in a manner that was insensitive and invalidating. This blatant disregard for my identity only served to exacerbate the distressing experience I was already enduring.As a customer, I expect to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of the circumstances. Regrettably, Tonya failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service excellence.In conclusion, my experience with Manager Tonya was nothing short of disheartening. Her dismissive demeanor, lack of empathy, and insensitivity towards customer concerns and identities are indicative of a severe deficiency in managerial competence. I sincerely hope that appropriate measures are taken to address these issues and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

Don’t expect a hot shower if you stop here. Lukewarm at best. And today at 5 am there is no warm food available at the counter to eat. Was told by the cashier/ manager? That her deli person called off today. Really ?? Well you are here. You can’t put biscuits in an oven while you are standing there not doing anything ?I’d expect nothing more from a typical dump of a pilot.

I want to give them 5 stars bc the ladies up front were so super nice and the parking is just amazing. I mean there is always somewhere to park there. It has 425 parking spots plus I'm sure another 30 or 40 around in the dirt yards. They have trash cans everywhere, but of course some truckers are just rude disrespectful lazy pos.Anyway I gave 3 stars bc the shower was absolutely disgusting. Like they just put clean towels in there and called it clean. There was little hairs all over the shower walls, there was dirt and hair on the toilet seat along with tissue in the bowl. There was even soap bubbles still in the shower.So thankfully I always bring cleaning supplies in my shower bag bc I'm just like that.I posted pics of the shower.Like I said I want to give then 5 stars but when they are leaving showers dirty like they don't deserve 5 stars. I know it was just one employee, but hey it reflects on the entire company

This place sure has gone downhill. Fuel pumps are out of service a d extremely filthy. Pump 20 was open for fueling but the display was damaged so nobody could read how much fuel they were pumping. Diesel was all over the fuel island which also was a huge issue.Overall it was so nasty outside that I chose to not go inside.

It's not too bad. The problem is that the drivers park in the fuel lanes. Most don't even get fuel. It only takes about 10 minutes to fuel. Pump your fuel and move your truck! It's not that hard losers.

Clean and lots of parking. TONS of stuff to spend your $$ on. They also have a US Post Office inside, which is SUPER convenient. There is a pretty cool section of Redhead Brand & Bass Pro Shops clothing. And, best of all, a section of fireworks!

Well we pulled in at 11 pm and seen that it had its own parking for RV so we parked and we talked security and they said it was ok to park but said that flying J trucks park in certain areas he said that if the trucker came in he could park in the other part so this guy pulls in and was acting erratically taking a tool and banging it on his truck I thought we were going to have call the police then he got got in his truck and revved the motor and rocked the truck back and forth if they have certain areas for flying J trucks they should mark the area he woke up everyone in the parking lot and yes I filled are tank with gas not just park . It is what it is this was last night at 2-30 in the morning January 20th we seriously thought he vandalize our vehicle .

Very frustrating to only have the prepay option when traveling cross country! In the end, we did not fill up. Attendant was very unfriendly & unhelpful. Tried 2 different pumps.

This is a pretty good and spacious Flying J. I filled up today and the pump area was clean and the paper towel was filled. Inside there is a Denny's and a Subway. There also is fresh pizza and they have chili and tomato soup which is fabulous

This is a really nice truckstop. Very clean and seems safe for COVID. It has both a Dennys and a Subway. The Subway does not have gluten free bread, but Dennys does have gluten free bread.The only thing is the women's restroom is small. Only two stalls. There are showers here which is nice.They offer a few options for clothes as well. One can get some necessities if they need it.Quite a bit of parking, but not too many spots. This will get crowded fast and filled up fast.Sometimes a bit of a wait for the truck gas.Otherwise quite an array of snacks and drinks.Suoer friendly service as well.

Good location when driving to Gallup NM. I always stop here to get something to drink or to eat. They have pizza, and breakfast food in the shopping area but I prefer Danny's which is connected together. Trucker friendly with pumps and a truck tire center. Good views of the mountains. The guy in the picture had a skeleton for a co-pilot lol...
