Stealing money from hard working drivers.Road call service for an air leak, tech came late 1 hour, walked around the truck and recommended to tow the truck to the dealership, charged full price 379$ for nothing. Asked for discount and they were treating to call the police to come and do an inspections on us!0 stars, I wish I read the reviews before I called them

Went in to get a tire change, guy name Rico tired selling me lug nuts for no reason, then after started asking for tip like 20 times, when I denied cause I didn’t have cash he took out the air outta my tires, manager didn’t do anything about it terrible service would never go here again, won’t recommend anyone to go there.

You know why because they don’t care to customer service and business goal. When I arrived they told me there is a 4 hr wait. I told please verify you have the correct oli filters and fuel filters before I commit to wait. They said they had the correct filters. When they pulled me in after 2.5 waiting they informed they didn't have the correct filters!!! Wasted my time for nothing!!

Got a flat tire, stopped here. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, and Austin changed my tire SO FAST. Overall great experience, and the service was quick. I was back on the road in no time.

Broke down in the parking lot on Saturday; they were closed until Monday so I had to make an appointment for Monday at 7am.They had to order a part from Albuquerque which should cost roughly 70$, but they charged me 430.99$, (130.99$ for the part and 300$ for the courier); the total was almost 900$, even though I had to get dirty and help the guy because it was a 2 man job.I feel like they really take advantage of the fact that you need their service so they charge an arm and a leg + a kidney…The lady at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional; I would never ever come back here, as a matter of fact I’ll never drive through NM just so I don’t have to be taken advantage of.The only reason they deserve this one star is because the mechanic was nice.

Worst shop , air licking can't be fix at that shop and extra charge 582 ,82$ for a fitting air bag.12 hours waiting. 5 miles on the road it broke again. I turn back shop was closed, in the morning they told me they have 5 trucks before me . I blocked the line and i delivered the load, fixed the trailer at utility and cost me 172,50$ .Tires maybe the shop ok otherwise stay away.

DO NOT stop or call this place if you are stranded on the road and especially if you have to be someplace. They do not care to help you. They are rude and unprofessional. We were stranded 10 miles from their shop with a tire blown out on our small 8x10 trailer. They told us it would be an hour to one and a half. Mind you we are older ladies. We sat on the side of the road for 4 hours, no bathroom. Semis flying by at 75 miles per hr. When they finally decided to send someone he took the tire off and didn’t come back for over an hour. Total waiting time was over 5 HOURS.

We've been there twice and both times they didn't fix the problem. This last time our trailer lights weren't working. They charged us almost $400.00. And we left with one side not working. We brought the trailer to utility trailer and they found a wire not even connected within a few minutes and my husband told them to check what Boselman's had done and they Said that they had put some wires together and put tape on them instead of wire connectors. Bad quality of repairs!!!!

This staff here is very unprofessional. We had a flat trailer tire and this was the only repair shop that was still open because it was almost 9pm. When we reached at this shop and requested the mechanic to replace the tire since we had a spare tire but he refused and just said wait until 7am in the morning. Since we had to deliver the load next afternoon so we couldn’t wait that long. Since it was an emergency we expected the staff to be more professional than being rude. If you ever face a flat tire situation in this area kindly take exit 16 on I-40 west and visit the LOVES truck repair shop and ask for Kirk. This guy was so helpful. When we reached at the repair shop he was already waiting for us and replaced the tire in 30 minutes and got us back on the road. The charges were so genuine. We were really thankful. Every trucker expects the staff (of repair shops) to be professional and anybody could have an emergency because we spend most of our time on the road.

There prices unexpectedly high, called road side yesterday to change tire, guy came over finish job in 45 minutes, he was waisted time on paperwork 40 minutes and they charge me376$ for just tire change and macflat, tire was mine, they charge me 2 hours job, which spouse to be 260$, even he worked 45 minutes, don’t recommend this place, My truck was only 6 miles away from shop

We are in a motorhome. Friendly good service.We went for an oil change. The only issue we had was that charge more than quoted. Charged about 50$ for environmental stuff and extra oil. But the service was really good. Greased and checked extras.

My driver seat base broke while going down the highway. I stopped here to see what could be done. The seat can not be repaired so they were able to swap over the passenger seat and got me back on the road in a hurry. The service was excellent.

Very poor service ..They told me about part delivery estimated time 2 hours but after 4 hours they didn't came back when I was calling they didn't receive my call and they took my part too I can't move .Bad service and much expensive..Only 1 part maybe not more than 40 $ priceThey are charged 851 $....

Worst place ive seen so far, guy who answered the phone was extremely rude. All i needed was to swap my front wheel with the rear cuz my jack broke, i have a smal sedan, thats a 10 min job. Guy wanted me to wait 2 hrs for this.
