Beautiful place with history. The waitress was amazing and kind. Both when we ordered our to go order and when we arrived. The food is absolutely delicious. The hashbrowns were cooked well, and it has so much flavor. The burrito was so tasteful my boyfriend didn't even eat the first couple of bites with the salsa. We will definitely be getting food here more. Thank you!

Each room a unique atmosphere on it's own, with plenty of privacy. The back patio is a well-shaded oasis. Red Chile sauce best in the state that I have tried so far (30 yrs) but perhaps available only as a side for $3, as it is completely different than the stuff I taste within the food, which is consistently well-executed, just unique in it's use of asadero/white in the refried beans (yikes) and other things. Daily specials are honestly daily and special. Overall, an absolute must, if not purely for atmosphere and architecture, experience of how a mining town produces a lithium-esque cropping of vision and desire.

A very cute restaurant with a beautiful patio setting. My hubby and I were anticipating a wonderful meal. What we received was dried, chewy brisket. We couldn’t even stomach it. We never received the salads that were supposed to come with the meal. As we were paying our check we told the cashier we never received our salads. She asked if we wanted them “to go” and we said no. We were never comped for the salads and changed $1.00 extra for using our credit card. I honestly don’t know if we would go back. Very disappointed. Would not recommend, so sorry.

I was at El patio on June 28 2019. Service was really great food was great. Waitress was very nice and the head cook came and asked how our food was. I was very satisfied with the service. But... we showed up about 715 and they close at 8. We ordered drinks and food. We got our drinks and food within 20 minutes which is great considering we had 6 people in our party. About 8:10 a lady who works there came to our table and tells us we need to cash out so the cashier can go home. I was enjoying my meal with my family till then. I was Disappointed with that. Rest of the service was great. I felt is was rude and disrespectful to my family so unfortunately I will no longer visit this establishment.

We had a party of thirty (30), so there was bound to be problems. First off, our reservation was not on the book and it looked like it was going to be a bad experience, but they accommodated our very large party even though they had another party of 20 going on. The waitresses were very efficient and the food was very good, with hefty portions. Everyone seemed to be satisfied and enjoy their meal from the wide variety of items on the menu. I had one of my favorites, a green Chile cheeseburger and fries and didn't leave anything on my plate! The menudo and chef salad nearby looked delicious too. It took a little long to get served, but when you consider party of 30 and party of 20 all at once, the wait could have reasonably been much longer. Overall, would recommend El Patio for good food and a great time!

We took a trip to Hurley to buy some green chile and decided to try the restaurant. We loved the beautiful patio setting and friendly service. The staff were great. However, we were very disappointed with the food we ordered. The enchilada sauce aside from being soggy had no taste, rice and beans tasted reheated and almost as if we were eating leftovers. My husbands tacos were greasy and bland. Needless to say, the only thing great was the Iced Tea we drank. This spot is super cute but need to definitely step up there food game.

Been here a couple times, service is so so. I waited 10 minutes for a drink and I was the only one in the dining room. Servers kept walking by and not helping. Was asked if I wanted chips and salsa. uh yeah? Salsa is sweet, red chile has tons of oregano, and green chile almost has no flavor. I'll be back to try something else, but will stick to my places in Silver.

5 stars on everything you are looking for! Service is very personal above And beyond from walking in till you are done checking out, atmosphere inside or outside patio style both very relaxing and excellent, authentic New Mexican food with perfect homemade flavor as well as other options of food you want to enjoy... and desserts! Had my son's baptism here outside in the patio and a buffet was set up perfectly and service top notch! Thank you I recommend for all occasions.

This used to be our favorite restaurant, but the last few times the prices have continued to go up. Today I had a taco salad that had a whisper of ground beef, a lot of beans, and hardly any lettuce and tomato. It was a small shell and only filled the taco bowl halfway and cost $12.75. I realize costs have gone up everywhere, but if prices go up, the amount of food should not go down.

Great service.. Good food try the three tacos 🌮 with rice and beans. My husband had biscuits and gravy. They kinda need to fine tune that not te best. Chips and salsa Good. They need to work on a hotter salsa too. But all I all itwas a nice place.

The Patio is a wonderful place to eat! The outdoor eating areas are beautiful which makes the delicious food even more enjoyable. Our server for our Red Hat Ladies luncheon did an outstanding job of making sure everyone had everything they needed.

Love this restaurant!!! Have lived in Mimbres 2 years now and a friend told me about ‘The Patio’ in Hurley as a great place for a meal!!! So we had company this week and decided to check it out. We we’re al very pleased!! Located in Historical old town Hurley. Everyone working there was helpful and friendly. Excellent servers, authentic and delicious Mexican food and American food in very generous portions. Amazing ‘combination platter’ that included 4 prime Mexican favorites not just 2-3. Everyone loved the entire experience!!! Sweet patio seating! Leaving us satiated and very satisfied. Thanks all! We will be back!!!
