If I could I’de give 10 stars… really love this place when we are in the area and need to store extra vehicles and cargo trailer….

I couldn’t find my storage locker so I had to go into office and ask. And I believe the lady working “Rachel” I think is what her name tag said was so kind to show me where exactly it was and at which location. She was really friendly and I love how patient she was with me!

Wow!!if you are looking for a place to safely and securely store your excess belongings,well Zia store-all is it!!the facility's are very well kept,the staff are Awesome and the customer service is A-1.me and my wife moved from our place and needed a safe place for our belongings,well best believe,this storage facility answered our prayers.Thankyou to the manager and her people.when my wife reserved the storage online she got one way to small,when the manager Rachel Vega,saw our dilemma,she immediately smiled,and said I got you,we had a much bigger storage roomore suited to our needs within 15 minutes,and the woman even busted a sweat helping us get situated..thankyou again Mrs.Vega.

Overall, the experience was pretty good. The staff were nice and helpful when I needed to contact them. Getting the storage unit was a quick and painless process, as well as turning it in. We had one issue with the unit flooding slightly, but the staff were able to give us all the information we needed for a claim. No other issues and nothing bad to say.

Took longer than expected to set up. Then there were technical issues putting my code in the system but I’m glad they were still in office when I needed access so they were able to fix the problem. The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful.

Our experience was completely positive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The unit was clean when we rented it and the initial rental went smooth and quickly. We had no issues at all when we moved out of the unit and that also went smooth and quickly. Overall, it was a perfect experience.
