Will someone please explain to me why HD spent millions of dollars building this store, stocking thousands and thousands of items and after you’ve found just what y need, guess what. There is nobody to take your money. This is the height of stupid.I finally put the stuff down on the floor and went to Lowe’sTheir self check was open and two cashiers working.

Seriously the worst experience ever on April 10 I ordered a refrigerator the worker Kenny whatever her name is I paid cash ordered it 3 days later the wrong refrigerator gets delivered I tell the two delivery guys it’s the wrong one I right away go to the local Home Depot the same girl Kenny said oh you’re the second person this happened to today look at her account her money got refunded today already yours should too so then I go back later night speak with someone else more professional they tell me it takes up 2-3 business days well today is April 22 and I still haven’t received my refund back they all give me the run around I can’t even call to the store because they either hang up or never answer please be aware of this store before you purchase

Went in and purchased Henry’s Roof coating for fifth wheel trailer roof. Haven’t used it yet.Used it on our RV roof, I think it worked good.

Ordered online was told my order was ready when I went to pick up it was not there, not once but twice they had to reorder. My husband went to buy a pallet of cement waited almost an hour to have it loaded the guys who loaded began to unwrap the pallet during the process when it was not supposed to be unwrapped . My husband asked to speak with a manager Erick the manager NEVER came to check on the situation after being called over the intercom. Why do they have managers managing a store when they are arrogant and careless about their store or customers.

The fact that they don't unload on weekends is retarded.... It's less traffic and people in the way... So why not unload on weekends, Plus y'all have forklift drivers on weekends.. please make it make sense.. Smgdh.

Wendy the manager was absolutely NO help and Rude! My delivery went to the wrong house even though the correct address was entered. She tried to push me off to the service desk then the call was just ended. A manger should be able to help with all aspects of their store or they should be fired.

Decent experience this time.Mediocre customer service as usual but that is expected. However I did pickup some pretty looking plants I am impressed with. Home Depot please keep you aisle’s more organized, I use a blind cane to get around and I was getting caught on everything.

Jay at the rental center was the best help I’ve received at Home Depot in Hobbs. Was needing a rental that was currently being rented, help notify me when it was back and was kind enough to hold the rental for me while the product I was needing for the rental was being shipped to the store the next day. Got what I needed done in the time frame I had thanks to Jay.

Spend 10 minutes shopping and 30 minutes trying to check out on Mother’s Day. Guy working the register didn’t know what he was doing. Manager new there was a problem with the register and all he can do is blame technology for his lack of insight 2 have both registers open. This store doesn’t deserve your hard earned money! Save your precious time and go to Lowe’s.

I'll give this store 5 stars because everyone is polite and it's never crazy busy when I go in. They also had coffee and cocoa for people coming in on a snowy day on Black Friday. For being this cool I have to give them 5 stars! Thanks guys for making the extra effort for the community! It really made mine and my fiance's day. 😁

Web site/store page showed 9 items available. Drove 100 miles for the item. Not available. Customer service was anything but helpful! Their excuse was "we have a lot of theft, they were probably stolen"....9 large window evaporative coolers? How about updating your inventory! No apology either. Called another store another 100 miles away...BIG difference! Lubbock employees very nice. Went above and beyond!

Ordered something online so that I could pickup quickly, yeah right sat in store for 2 hours until I told them I wanted my money back then they were able to help me, out of there in less than 15 minutes

Had to wait 2 hours for them to load me a palet of water's.. if you know your gonna need a forklift operator to load your material's make sure you ask them if they have an operator available before you buy.. if not your gonna be sitting there for a wile...

So I thought Carlsbad nm hardware stores had the worst customer service but roswell nm. Home depot beats them by a long shot. Cluttered store that you can't even fit a basket through. Employees just walk past you. Customer service lady was rude and didn't even ask if I needed help loading a door when I am by my self. I load that door by my self. Then have to track someone down the help me load the other door onto the cart. Then when I check out I have to ask for help loading the doors onto my trailer and the checker acts like it is a bother. Horrible experience! Also when looking stuff up on website to find the correct place (because you can't get any customr service) it is in a different place than what the website states. Very frustrating!

I've been a Home Depot customer for many years. The Hobbs store is a disappointment. It is always in disarray and never really appears in order and clean. This last visit was even more disappointing since the prices posted under the products do not match the prices that ring up at the register. One product rang up almost $4.00 more than the price posted! When I worked at Home Depot our manager would never have allowed our store to be such a condition.

The customer service is trash. Everyone walks around like zombies and pretend they can't hear you. Very few actually do their job but they're too busy while the others are slacking off. I bet the employees are also rude to eachother and not just the customers. Not to mention the select few of items the store has. If you need something then go to Lowes. I want to give this place a 0 stars but the lowest I can go is 1 star.

Worst store to buy. The employees are always on the cellphone or evading you just not to help you in any way. They see you loading a 80 lbs concrete bag and they pass by like nothing, but now they are promptly to ask now for the ticket like if everyone is a thief like them, because they are robbing the company getting a check without working even a 1/3 of their time. For years we have to buy is this store because they are not many options to choose, otherwise, I will never came back for sure.

Polite employees the cashier was patiently waiting for an elderly man to get his money situated in his wallet I mouthed to her I'm not in any hurry and she smiled! That's the kind of service we need to see more often! Good Job I hadn't caught her name but she knows who she is!

Absolute worst customer service! i’ve been shopping there last couple of weeks there is not a handful of people in there that are willing to make an effort to help I was just in there looking for a part and asked one of them if they could help me locate it they told me which aisle to look at and if it wasn’t there then they couldn’t help me the Hobbs New Mexico store has a ton of workers standing around and when you ask them for help they don’t even know how to say no they just don’t want to! some of the laziest people I’ve ever seen in my life! Lowe’s in Hobbs on the other hand has great service very willing to help and I will be taking my Business there from here on out!!!

Aside from one female customer service manager that was helpful and easy to work with, we had the Worst experience with ordering a refrigerator for my elderly parents. First of all anytime we need help, no one is available and I have to go up front to find someone. When I finally found someone to help me, she got busy with another customer and disappeared. I had to go back up front and speak to the same person again about ordering, she walked me back to the appliance Dept and asked an employee if she wouldn't mind helping me. She seemed very new and apprehensive. To make a very long story short, she had to have help every step of the way. Then I find out the Home Depot has to order all appliances and they don't carry any in the store anymore. After over an hour of this newbie putting in my info in the computer, ,I find out it was going to be 2 weeks for delivery!! We ordered an ordinary low cost refrigerator that they should have had in stock to begin with. We were at Home Depot a total of 3 hrs for this order only!! Then my mother gets a call from a 800 number which was a Home Depot employee saying they couldn't deliver that fridge for another month because it was back ordered!!! Needless to say, we are getting a refund!!
