This by far is the dirtiest pilot I have ever seen the entire floor of the store has trash and paper all over it and the restrooms OMG!! This place has an abundance of personal vehicles parked in spots... oil field workers I guess which tells why the store is an absolute disaster... because they absolutely do not care... I have no idea how long the restroom was like this but... this was my first time here and my last...

Driver experience. I found this Pilot to be fairly clean and friendly. There's only 3 showers, but mine was spacious and clean and had decent water temperature and pressure. There are A LOT of oil field trucks, and it seems like the truck parking was designed for them, the spaces are short and the lot fairly tight. Your food options are Subway and PJ Fresh. There is laundry that works but gets destroyed by oil field drivers. There's not really any "grass," it's the desert, so hopefully, your dog is good going on sand. If you're a driver and need a stop, this isn't a bad place to be in Hobbs

This pilot has a night manager who is racist.Her name is Serenity, Her and the young employees stand around the registers just hanging out.10 drivers in line for showers with 2 showers dirty for more than 30min at a time until I said something and she became racist against me and called police and refused me a shower after waiting for 2hr because I asked to please clean showers after 30min of everyone just standing around, Drivers were restless and extremely tired waiting for showers by this time being close to 10pm. She should not be in charge of a store with the young racist mentality in a pilot who makes most of their money from Hispanics like myself. When police arrived they realized she was a liar after witnesses and the manager that took over her shift told them she was wrong and very unprofessional lying on me. I will be calling corporate about the only Pilot in Hobbs that has a racist Caucasian woman lying on customers to police to pull the she is above minority whom Pilot makes most of their money.I will also say that police and night manager said we could shower when she left after shift and Serenity then proceeded to call Kasandrra and lie to her like she did to police,Kasandra then believing her against the police’s word because they were also minorities,Kasandra and Serenity both being Caucasian. Again I will be calling corporate about this matter and if there is not a change about with this woman I will then call the media and make sure the Hispanics in Hobbs know what they are dealing with in this Pilot.

Terrible service and very rude behavior by Cassandra who I told was the general manager of this location.I had a gift card that I had purchased online for Pilot/Flying J.Was having issues with the card,This so called GM comes out and says it’s not working,I already knew that.So she flings the credit card screen at me and says you figure it out and walks off.Then the clerk says to me we have 1,500 customers a day in here, that’s why she is rude.Never in my life have I dealt with such non caring and incompetent rude individuals.If the GM is this rude,No wonder her employees have the same attitude as the so called GM does.So don’t sell the flying j gift cards if you can’t service them.If I could give zero stars ,I definitely would.

Truly, this pilot location does not work, it is always a problem with the bathrooms, they are not cleaned and the length of time one must wait to take a bath with the available bathrooms is horrendous.

The staff appears to be unhappy with life. They are very rude and not helpful at all. They all need a refresher course on customer service. I will not be coming back. If you don’t like your job find another one. If you have personal issues leave them at home before you clock in. Treat people how you want to be treated. I your job is to sweep the floor for 10 hours do it with a cheerful attitude and take pride. You are employed and it pays your bills.

Yea this is a busy place and even though you have self check out machines you still have to service the food. Some cashiers need to work on their attitudes....it's your job to service us and not get mad cause it's busy. If I brought my attitude in your store from driving with crazy drivers on the road all day you wouldn't like it but I don't.

I've had a few instances with management and staff always respectful, polite and willing to go the extra mile to help! Except one thing is it possible for me to check the cooler for vanilla coke in the bottles it's what my Mom drinks and boy howdy don't want Mom to be upset due to no vanilla coke and they've become popular I guess it's always out besides that they're doing a spectacular job A+++ performance y'all!

Would have given No Fountain drinks due to out of c02. How do you run out of c02? There is no experiation date.. bump it up and always keep 2 more than normal so when you get hit with that rush you don't run out. Lost$

Every visit is positive and pleasant. Friendly people, clean restrooms. They have a fun selection of nostalgic candies, a great fountain softdrink selection and coffee/cappuccino bar. Great location just before (or after) the crossroads on the wester edge of Hobbs.

Severely democratic! Entire staff and management has the victim mindset so they view everything as racist! Do not stop here if you are yt! Go to Seminole,tx at the STP trkstop and you will be treated like a human being! They charge $19.20 for a shower! And there is no hot water! And everything is far more expensive than a regular pilot.

This has got to be the best pilot ever. Felix the manager is awesome and his staff is great. They even put the trucker first over other customers. They allowed me to have a package sent to their location and informed me when it got there so I could come pick it up. The showers are always clean and the store is always well stocked. There's no difference between one pilot and the next except for the staff. This staff is top shelf.

Manager was very pleasant in morning, not so much for other employees. Employees were slow and weren't concerned about customer service. Trying to get showers, took over an hour because maintainance person was slow and went on break while 4 people were waiting to get into shower rooms. Good food for breakfast out of deli.

Shower are good (hot water) plenty of parking in back. Workers here are somewhat rude(zero customer service) except a couple of women. I come to this store everyday and still don't get greeted at counter or at all which makes you feel a bit unwanted.

This place is bigger inside than it looks! I spent too much time gawking at all the cool toys for trucks (CBS, antennas, GPS, mostly the CBS for me really) I had a challenging time finding the restroom, the showers were easily found, the deli counter was easy and all the candy needed to make you diabetic before your next stop, but I had to ask where the can was. Easy enough to find with proper pointing...

It's a great place to visit. You get your stuff. Pay for it. It is really fast. It's even got a Subway inside where you can get anything that any other Subway sells. The workers they are friendly. They have plenty of stuff for truckers. Overall I loved it. And will continue you going back.
