Staff is great. No, wait, staff is incredible. My dog freaks out when we pull in, and she knows mom is going to buy her something. She loves going in the store when I let her. I had a cat persistently tearing my bed apart. Clawing his way to china. So, I purchased a big scratch pad as well as a cat post. Filled both with cat nip, and he has currently quit destroying my furniture. Hooray, and refuses to let anyone come close to messing with his scratch pad. My pup received a juicy bone, which she annihilated.

I stopped by here just so my dog could visit and hopefully help with her anxiety. The two ladies that were working are AWESOME!!! They spoiled my already spoiled pitbull, who did warm up to them quite a bit. The store itself is small when comparing it to Petsmart, but well stocked and includes the 4Health brand of foods since it's a part of Tractor Supply. They do have a grooming facility, though I cannot speak to the quality since I did not use it. I will definitely return whenever I'm in Hobbs just so my dog can visit.

I recently had the pleasure of taking my 4-year-old Pomeranian to them, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed.First of all, my dog goes to the groomers often and I can honestly say that he is pretty familiar with the process and knows what to expect most of the time regardless of which groomer I take him too.What impressed me the most was how comfortable my dog was throughout the entire grooming process. In the past, my dog has been scared to go to the groomers, but with Petsense, that was not the case. My dog was happy and relaxed, which is a true testament to the care and attention they provide.But let's talk about the grooming itself. My dog's coat was radiant, fluffy, and as white as can be. He smelled amazing, too! And the haircut was better than what I had imagined. I believe that the groomers name was Molly, she really knows how to work with dogs of all breeds, and it's clear that they take pride in their work.All in all, I highly recommend Molly. They're professional, talented, and truly care about their furry clients. If you're looking for a groomer who will go above and beyond to make sure your dog looks and feels their best, look no further. You won't be disappointed.

These guys are awesome! The rewards program is nice, it's always helpful to get a free bag of food every few months. They also always have sales and deals, and the best prices on cat litter and dog chews in town. Plus they almost always help us get out to the car to help us load! They also welcome your pets! I recommend them.

Do not get ur dogs nails cut here they will cut them too short and make them bleeding I told the manager about and they refused service on me and can't come back to the pet store

We have been taking our cat in to have her nails trimmed since we moved here and have never had any issues. Today they are suddenly wanting to make a formal appointment and requiring rabies papers. So today is the day I find another place to have her nails trimmed. Lost our business for this and any future pets. And yes, we do have her shots current. They just made it hard to work with.

New to town. Needed my dog groomed. Made appt online the first time and was told i should just call cause that didn't go thru apparently. Called for appt and confirmed. Got there this morning and was told the groomer wasn't coming in. No call to me to cancel. Guess I'll go somewhere else. Not a good experience.

The Lady in the grooming department, was rude and unprofessional to me the customer. I had made an appointment to get my dog groomed the day before, when I arrived 1 hour before my appointment was scheduled she informed me she didn’t have time to do it. I wouldn’t trust her with a pet I cared about after my experience with her. To clarify there are 2 groomers, one of which is very nice from what I’ve been told. A bit pricey. I was hoping to find dog toys around $1-$2, like at PetSmart, but the cheapest I could find was 2 for $5. I wasn't impressed, to be honest, but I've only been there once. The sign outside says pets must be leashed, although I pushed my dog around in a cart and no one said anything. So for that matter, the staff seemed laid-back.

Was ok, found what I needed....but if staff ask to help you they need to know where things are. I went in yesterday and described to a tee the exact thing I wanted and she said they didn't have it. Ok, I buy something else, she pointed at that was a close item. I go back today and find the exact thing I wanted yesterday!!! Know your store!

Took our dog in to be groomed. Was the most we have ever been charged and did not do a good job!!!! Spots of longer hair clumps in several places. Not impressed and won't go back there again.

I will take my service dog back to get her groomed. You can find things that you want. They have dogs and kittens from human service's and give shots once a month. They are offerdable.

This review is for the COMPLETE JOKE that is their grooming center. The little girl that waited on me behaved as if she had no idea what she was doing. She asked me FOUR times what I was wanting to get. I finally caught on that she was clueless, realized I wasn't getting anywhere and walked out. Given her lack of knowledge and attentiveness I doubt her credibility and professionalism as a groomer and probably lucked out on this one. There was another woman sitting right next to her with no desire to step in and take over the mess that was occuring. The only one who seemed to care about their job was the young man who unfortunately had to answer a telephone call and could not wait on us. Just needed a wash, cut and nail trim. How hard is that to understand?

Very friendly service, always in and out withing a few minutes. They offer grooming services for dogs. They sell food items for all sorts of pets: dogs, cats, snakes, lizards, ferrets. They also sell siamese fish (betta fish) and certain small reptiles.

I buy Identity Tags for All My Animals, This Place Engraves What You Want To Put on There. Also The Distemper+6 shots are cheap in price and if you have any knowledge, can administer the shot to your Dog. Kitten have Conjunctivitis? Pet Sense Has a Remedy. They have Grooming Services at This Location as Well. I Treat My Dog's like Family So Naturally I want the best for them and Pet Sense Has that.

Grooming - After getting home, I noticed my mild-mannered well-behaved dog was burned not only on his leg, both both his ears as well. We will not be returning, and I will give my honest opinion with pictures to anyone who asks where to take their dog.
