I am giving the technician a five star. Kenitic AI is negative one star everything is so farmed out to different ENTITIES the right hand has no idea what the left is doing. Not to mention they ding you 50 bucks if they show and your not home. But if they cancel, you have no recourse People that man the phones curtious try to convey the proper message to the technicians. Sadly the AI chat bot falls short, go back to real customer service employ people.

Technician never showed up but I received a text saying the ticket was closed. Called was on hold for another thirty minutes and then they said they would open another ticket for another day after I had already stayed at home waiting for two days. Is this how business is done these days.

Serigo was my technician that's came out to fix my issue and he's always been so very helpful he's always has a smile on his face he interduces himself everytime he comes to the house and he shakes your hand on completing the task. If you can recommend a good technician to come out and fix your problems I'd recommend Serigo he's great and does a awesome job... Thank you Serigo again your a life saver.

Read reviews. Have no idea why people who have good experiences with companies don't leave comments. The technician came on time for the appointment. He was polite and explained what he was going to do. Even gave me a photo of the bottom of the modem so I wouldn't have to stand on my head to get it! Internet is performing great! Thank you Windstream.

My experience was decent, but I never once had an actual encounter with the technician. We saw him go down our alley then never saw him again. We didn’t speak with him in person and didn’t know our service was even fixed… I am grateful he fixed it but after going two weeks with it down it would’ve been nice to at least get a text saying it was resolved and should be up and running again. Overall though we have been pleased with Windstream’s service.

11/08/2021Had some work performed by Windstream/ Technician- Blaine. I was very impressed with the neatness of his work and a concern to install service correctly. He was extremely professional and courteous. Work was performed very quickly...I am excited about my installation/ service. Prices are reasonable....will update at later date if service is not up to par.
