Went to get our annual bag of Hatch green chile. It was a mid-afternoon run 1/2 way through October. I was worried it was to late and I'd be out of luck for a year. The place was busy and had all kinds of spices and powdered chile in any form one may want.The service was friendly. I was still able to get 40 lbs of hot Hatch chile, roasted cleaned and bagged into quart bags!Well worth the trip. Can't say enough about the service and friendly bilingual service I and many others got.I'll be back next season if not before!

Great spot to pick-up some chilis and other herbs and seasonings along with salsas, pottery, and other souvenir items. Friendly staff too.They have frozen green chile blocks as well!

Wonderful stop! Very good selection of chili products and merchandise. The young lady who was working (owners daughter) was such a pleasure to talk to and answered all our questions. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about the family business. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place with tons of chilis: fresh roasted, dried, crushed, jarred, and more! Also a lot of decorations and other items you may want.I grabbed a few jars (different spice levels available), paid in cash, and headed out.

Went down for the Chile festival. Excellent choices. Took home a little bit of everything and a lot of red and green. Chile. Try B and E burritos right next to this store. Excellent.

🎁Great souvenir store! Everything about chili! 🌶️A lot of home decors made by clay or porcelain. Also have all kinds of seasonings made by different kinds of chilies.

Visited here during the Hatch Chile Festival. They're prices are very reasonable and the chiles are very very good! Bought 5 pounds roasted and put most in the freezer. Make sure to prep them for the freezer so they don't stick together! They also have a great selection of ristras that are reasonably priced. Totally worth a visit!

Lots of goods from Mexico. Ceramic, cloth, wood and food items. Lots of famous Hatch peppers for your culinary arts. Disappointed that the owner won't lower the price when buying several items but the prices weren't outrageous.

Love going to Hatch, NM. I get chile, both red and green. There are several shops there with both, some powdered too. They sell beautiful pottery, wall decorations and furniture. People are friendly and helpful. We eat at Sparky's, famous for their green chile cheeseburger.

Every year for Chile season, my wife and I drive down from Albuquerque, get some Chile and eat at Sparkys. Hatch Chile mkt, roast up our Chile. Very good service. Just a great way to get out of town for the day and spend time with my wife/friend.

Went to get fresh red chile. Was worried that there would be too much green or green turning red (pintado). Got 40 pounds of medium red. No worries. It was very good and consistent. Very little loss in the sack. Only about 12 were not usable for our red chile. Seven of those were roasted and peeled. There were plenty of sacks available in several varieties. There are other items like salsas in the market.

Watching the chile's be roasted and pealedl! The staff were friendly, but the customers were even friendlier! A man got a bag roasted and pealed and before they bagged them, he grabbed a chilie and shared! We ended up buying our own bag!

Grajeda Farms is where we get our chile every year! Hot is what we get and has the perfect bite. Recommend the Arizona-88 which is perfect for rellenos! Also they roast AND peel!
