Biggest and busiest circle k I’ve ever come across. When I rolled up there were lines at each pump and people had parked in the dirt lot because all the parking spaces had filled up. Lots of snacks and beverages inside. Bathrooms were as clean as you could expect.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a convenience store, and we travel a lot. They were out of all diet sodas, had no ice tea & no lids. When I tried to get just water, something pink came out. Only one person was at cash register with a line of 10+ people. We paid for sandwiches and drinks at their Subway but they couldn’t refund the money for the drinks. The women’s bathroom needed t.p., a good cleaning, a toilet unclogged, and soap in all but one dispenser. I wondered if they weren’t paying their bills to be so understocked & understaffed. The gas pumps were full of customers and the store was crowded, so I don’t think lack of income is the problem. Corporate needs to get someone to that store right away to see what’s going on.

We love Circle K and spend hundreds of dollars each month at them for fuel and alcohol. This one in Hatch is disgusting. It is never clean, the bathrooms especially, and unless you are native the help behind the counter is not friendly and usually rude. There is never enough help. The self check out is a waste of time because if you need something that needs verification or a straw for your drink you end up waiting in line anyway. We’ve been down here for months and out of all the ones in the area this location is the worst by far.

VERY busy. People leave their vehicles in the gas bays while they go in to shop. Remodeled to sell a LOT of alcohol. Bathrooms clean. Subway inside. Lujan Bakery goods the only reason we will go back there,

Cars are stacked up. People going from pump to pump trying to find one that works. After waiting in line and 2 dead pumps I went into the store to ask if any pumps work. A young woman said none of the pumps are working due to an electrical problem. I said why don't you go out and tell everyone. She said, "Tell my General Manager" who was standing next to her. I did and the woman said, "Thank you, ma'am". I repeated myself. She stared at me and said, "Thank you, ma'am". Over 20 minutes wasted at the most inconsiderate gas station I've EVER been to.

Coming out of extreme heat from California and Arizona, rv was starting to smell a little ripe... pulled into circle K to check GPS for rv dump station and found one in the parking lot. Day saved. Thanks circle K from the rv world.

Doesn't install receipt paper in gas pumps to force customers to come into the store, with the expectation that they will buy something while they are inside. Even if I needed something, I'd take my business elsewhere.

The Circle K was very busy. They did have a large parking lot which we liked because we have a long travel trailer. We got gas first, and we fit fine being a big rig, which is something else we liked. What we didn't like is that the Subway that is inside did not have anyone at the counter so my husband waited a while ( he's more patient than me), then he finally had to call someone out that he heard in the back. They said they'd be there in a minute. Mind you, there was a VERY LONG LINE at the cash register and only one person helping the customers. The sandwiches were smaller than a normal 6 inch sandwich, but they were good . I got a cold cut and my husband got a Philly Cheese steak. It's the only gas station and food place I could see for a while or we probably would have gone somewhere else.

Pulled up to the pumps at 10:50pm. Walked to the door and it was locked. The lady inside the entrance to the store yelled and said to "use your card for gas" when I showed her a handful of cash that I was going to use for gas. So now that this has happened I'm going to have to risk running out of gas trying to get home. So now what's the point of having an establishment this big if you're not even going to keep it open to operate through the night. Now if it's a security or safety thing, hire some security to watch the place. Pay them $17 an hour and you'll still come out ahead, because right now you're losing a lot of sales!!

$0.99 for a small cup of ice!!!!We filled up our tank of diesel for over $350. Spent over $30. In your mart and more $$$ at your subway and you charge me for ice???😡There other places to get service!!!!

They “employees” at subway have continuously messed up our order and this time even over charged my wife. 2 pepperoni pizzas and a sub with bacon pepperoni and mayo, it was $30. 1 pizza is $6 so that’s twelve but for whatever reason the mentally challenged employees you have charged the sandwich as a veggie sandwich with extra bacon and extra pepperoni. It’s a fast food restraint how hard is it to click a few buttons

Since being bought by Circle K this place has gone downhill. It's always been overpriced and long lines. But now it's just Fn ridiculous. 30 minute waits just to buy a pack of cigarettes. Used to be open 24/7 now they just close randomly between 8 and 11. Bathrooms are still disgusting...just terrible. Cashiers don't know their products behind the shelf...only stop here when absolutely necessary. Avoid if possible

Out of lids for coffee "because people doesn't take care of them." Seems more like an inventory issue to me. It's ok though, I love paying for drinks that spill all over my car.

Used to be open 24/7 but not anymore.. They close at night. There was a good mexican food joint inside the store, but not anymore. Used to stop here to do 10 but not anymore

No change when getting gas so that $45 that i tried to fit in my tank that only took $33, i just had to eat the -$12Not to mention the line inside literally had 34 people in it and it was moving real slow.
