Pharmacy is judgmental, lies about when you can pick up your meds, is simply inconvenient now that they've cut back hours. (Sorry, but if you're only open 8 hours/day, you should be able to not close for lunch). The staff is rude and incompetent.

Such a friendly atmosphere the cashier Shelbie is the best and very knowledgeable on the store and products she always has a smile on her face and is willing to help!

The pharmacy used to great and HAD friendly workers. I understand, we are in a midst of a pandemic but there is no need to be rude to people. They need to work on their Customer service skills. People NEED their medications; closing on weekends does not help people with their health issues. I'll switch to another pharmacy who cares about their customers.

First of all I hate alcohol and don't want to be around it for multiple reasons. However this place thinks it's ok to send everyone on break at the same time leaving only one cashier who forces everyone to go to the liquor side of the store to be cashed out. This is wrong. There are people out there with moral and religious beliefs that can't be around alcohol including recovering drunks and AA members. I think this store better get there act together or just get out of town and make room for a CVS.

I'm giving it two stars instead of one because the employees I wondered were friendly and the place was very clean. But I wouldn't recommend wasting your time. I only went in for two things and I walked out with zero because I hadn't been able to purchase the two things more than 10 minutes later. One of them was a body scrub that was locked up. It said to look for a customer service button but I didn't see one nearby. I walked up and down three aisles and I saw many other things that were locked up and said to look for a customer service button but I didn't see the customer service button anywhere. So I went to the front of the store and waited for one of two cashiers to finish ringing up two more people before I asked them to come unlock the thing I wanted to buy. And then I went to find my second item. I came up to purchase them and now there was only one cashier and there were four people in line and I was out of time. I understand that there's a problem with shoplifting and that stores are trying to find a way to do it but locking up things in every single aisle and then not paying enough staff to have anybody around to be able to unlock them is pretty ridiculous. Find a different solution... Because this just made it too difficult for a legitimate customer. I shouldn't have to wander all over the store looking for someone to allow me to grab a body scrub I would like to purchase. Thanks a lot for wasting my time.

The store is fine, like any other Walgreens. Neat, clean, friendly staff. The pharmacy is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to, and I have been a Walgreens customer for 40 years and lived all over the USA. Pharmacy staff is rude, and frankly doesn't seem to know their jobs. Have been the only person in line and have had to wait 20 minutes for someone to wait on me. They called on a Thursday afternoon to let me know a prescription was ready and did not mention that they were now closed on Saturday and Sunday. I went on Saturday.

I used to love Walgreens. The pharmacy used to be great and dependable. As of this year it has been the worse. They are never open and always on lunch it says a time for lunch but pharmacist is never there. And it is closed on weird days like today day after thanksgiving they are closed. This place has gone downhill I don’t know if it is new management but overall service is at a all time low. I been living in grants area now for 5 years. Waste of time waiting on the pharmacy. Just lost a customer. Switching to Walmart.

It's clean and once in a while they actually have sales on things that you need. Most employees are nice others judge you because you go into the liquor department. That has only happen to me once. But I have seen some be rude to customers. Other then that they have large selection alcohol and usually have the lowest prices in town. Also, when it comes to ordering photos and enlargementsi found it to be the reasonable price and convenience. The pharmacy is also good with managing my prescriptions. Any problems with Dr's or insurances they take care of it. So if they would have sales on items that you could use besides razors and depends. It would be a 5 star place to shop.

The pharmacist is always nice and helpful. When i pick-up my son meds. The ladies are friendly also thry give a warm welcome. The only draw back is the Pharmacy is closed on the weekends.

Trash Pharmacy employees!! No job skills!! Candice is very rude to customers!! No concern for customers well-being!! Employees make you wait and lie saying there is only 1 person there when 3 differt people spoke to me!! TRASH ALL AROUND!! I WILL BE DISCONTINUING SEVICES WITH WALGREENS!! I and very disappointed in the service I received here!!

Cleam store. Sometimes the Pharmacy has staff issues and closes without notice. The drive thru pick up window takes extremely long most of the time. Don't understand that if it's just for picking up prescriptions?? Other than that I would have given it a perfect score.

Staff at Walgreens are awesome! They helped me escape from a scam, letting me use their phone, calling police, and calming me, guiding me out of harm's way. I went in hysterical, and left determined to take back my mojo, even though I was dumb to fall for the scam. Kudos to you ladies!!!

I wouldn't even give this place a star but, I had no choice... The manager here is very rude, at least I think she is the manager. I have seen her treat the delivery drivers with so much disrespect.shame on you! Truckers work hard to get these products on the shelves .. Have some respect!

My daughter and I went to go to the liquor department, the first time we got Our drinks, she was rude from the begining, second time she didn't want to serve Us, We were fine, hadn't even been drinking yet. Anyway!! People if you go to this Walgreens in Grants New Mexico, If you have a bad experience with a Cashier named Raquel, please notify her Manager, cuz she knows Nothing about Customer service!!! Walgreens in Grants just lost a Good Customer,...

Made and appointment for vaccine and filled out paperwork previously since it's an option. Don't waste your time filling out paperwork online because they still make you fill it out in person. Waited 45 minutes to get paperwork to fill out and I arrived 15 early.

The ladies are super rude and caddy when you call or pick up medications.. I thought they might be better than Gallup but they're even ruder.. if they hate their jobs that much they should quit or be fired.. go to trust pharmacy.. Walgreens triple charges because of the Walgreens name.. your medications really don't cost that much..Trust Pharmacy or any small pharmacy is better than Walgreens

Thanks to cody and Raquelle as me and my wife had no problem there just a few minutes from our hotel cashiers are very friendly liquor dept had great selections and the store is very clean as my wife and I were satisfied with the store.

Nice people. But otherwise has the "grants syndrome"Store hours suck. Pharmacy hours suck(Compared to other Walgreens natonally)But hey, the alcohol selection is extensive.

The employes are rude not perfessional and made me never want to go there again I went in for a simple western union money transfer it took about 2 hours of them not wanting to give me my money and giving me the run around if they don't like there job they should not work there I will never go to the grants walgreens ever again a bunch of lazy workers mad that they have to do there job this was on 12 23 2020 at like 5 pm

Worst staff at pharmacy. Tranh is the worst employee of this facility. I will never recommend or refer anyone to this walgreens for any reason. Please utilize another pharmacy.
