Ordered 2 subs. 1 meatball and 1 chicken, bacon ranch. We received 2 different subs. The receipt was correct , the subs were not. See the picture of what should be a meatball sub. Chicken, bacon, ranch, had no bacon or ranch. Very disappointed.

Subs were great, as we all know you can make them how you like them. The service was fast, but not quite as friendly as I thought it could be.I’m not sure about the atmosphere at a sub sandwich restaurant. It’s kind of just there, you’re there &- you have a table and a chair. 🧐But at least it’s clean. It’s always clean and for that I complement them.

We have stopped by this subway several times now and it has become our favorite spot to stop to eat!Amazing customer service, very friendly, prompt, and attentive.The sandwich bread, meat, and veggies are fresh and very delicious.Very clean bathrooms and good atmosphere.We will keep coming to this subway!

Woman who Waited on me was very sassy. She made a mess out of my sub I asked her for a Deb of vinegar and oil And that's what she did on one side of the Sandwich. Close to the end, she put a dab of oil She put a ton of lettuce on one side of my bun So much so she was pushing it down in the bread I got home and head 1/2 of the sub 3 hours later, I had stomach cramp and explosive diarrhea.

Worst service I have ever had. The two employees were screwing around when we got there. The one that started my order wasted time getting over to serve us. I asked for one bread and she gave me the wrong bread. I had to ask her to change it. She walked in the back and left us waiting for at least a minute, and she didn't even come back with anything. Then didn't put the second sandwich in the bag. Just tossed it to us and I had to put it in the bag. So rude.

After a long 6 hour drive, one stops an unfamiliar place far from home, and one finds a clean, orderly sandwich shop with friendly staff who patiently make a quality sandwich to order. I was very pleased with the service, quality, and attention to cleanliness. People like the staff here are the bedrock of America! Thank you!

This location was clean and had a great selection of fresh veggies, meats and bread to choose from. The staff was friendly and welcoming. There was a line when we arrived to place our order of 4 subs for dinner to go and this team was professional, quick and accurate. Most food services in town the employees working a "rush" would be sighing and groaning to make us feel unwelcomed but not this location! They were awesome, thank you Subway!

It's subway, always a good choice for a meal. Staff are courteous, seating clean and ample, cleanliness was of the highest standard. I watched an employee washing down the walls the tables and floors with such attention to details I knew he enjoyed his job. Kudos to the managers!

This was probably our best experience at a Subway ever! The staff was absolutely so lovely and talked to us about our road trip. The food was fresh and absolutely perfect for our drive. 10/10 would recommend

Great little standalone Subway between Route 66 and the main interstate. Plenty of parking, and plenty of space in the dining area for taking a break from driving to eat. The restrooms were very clean, and the cookies hit the spot.

This is one of the cleanest Subways I've ever been in. The tables were clean, the bathrooms were clean and it looked clean behind the counter. And the staff was very friendly. Great stop off I-40. Love the Adobe look, too.

Subway in grants, NM. I had a problem last month with the quality of my sandwich. I had report it on a survey. It was immediately addressed. The next week I had ordered (we have subway at least once a week) and they did not disappoint. The sandwiches where made to absolute perfection, the veggies where crispy and fresh, everything was made to exact order, even the sauces where on the side. (extra sweet onion, my favorite) we always order the sauces on the side so they don't get soggy before we eat them. Since we haven't been able to go on and physically be able to watch our subs be made, it was a gamble on how it was prepared, and the team at the Grants NM subway never let us down. The ladies working are always so very very friendly, and cheerful. They complete the experience, by making you feel valued as a customer. 10 starts would be appropriate for this team.

Found black mold in my bottled o.j. I had bought from here n it was next to my sandwich. I went back n they told me to call corporate. No refund no free sandwich or drink even though I showed them the receipt n evidence. I would not recommend this subway to anyone. Please make sure u check ur drinks n food if u order from this subway.

Some Subways are hit or miss but this location is amazing. Very polite staff, very clean, seems like a day one opening without the hiccups each time I have visited. Online app works great for this location too.

Had 1 of their protein bowls,didn't need the bread. Although I do love their breads. The bowl was more than plenty. You should try one 😁

The subway in Grants New Mexico, has to be one of the best subways I've ordered from ,we went their and the employees were so friendly,very helpful and trained very well there upsale skills were so smooth ,the food was prepared exactly what we asked for ,so with that experience,we stopped in a second time the employees ,greeted us with the Same smiles and this time they asked if we were going to order our regular sub or are we ready to change it up a bit ,and we changed it up , super service is what I call the Subway in Grants New Mexico,
