It's probably one of the few stores in town that offers a good Asian foods section. The ONLY store in town that sells rice noodles. But overall, it sells everything you need. Friendly staff, clean.

The store was well laid out and had a great selection to chose from. The fruit and veggies looked fantastic and had decent prices. The employees were super friendly and helpful.

This place has ALOT of items which Walmart does not carry. Except they don't have a pharmacy. Sometimes - the produce is good but as a customer make sure you check the fruit or vegetables. As for the customer service at check out; it's also questionable at times.Many people are going through difficult times; let's just try being nice to one another.

Don't show up till 7am. It says they open at 6am, but they don't. Go to Walmart. Apparently Brooks and Smiths are going a different route. When asking a worker if they could check into Google, they made me aware that I can do that.

The cashier's are to talkative, just check us out. You don't need to be telling customers you will give them a lap dance. Also! Your store needs to be handicap accessible up-to-date!

I shopped at this store as a teenager and as a new bride in 1980. 41 years later, Im still impressed by the selection Smiths has for a small town store. Vegetarian/vegan options available.Note: The cashier that checked me out, was the little sister of a classmate I haven't seen in 40 years. Say HI to Joanna Gallegos when you're there!!

I went in at 7:30 a.m.They would not let me buy laundry detergent and their employee Theresa suggested I give my card and pin to her to buy it for me because of senior hours despite nobody in the store. Literally 4 employees were standing around waiting to check someone out. I understand senior hours are important for our elderly to buy food but refusing me service for laundry detergent. It is absolutely ridiculous. It would have taken me 2 minuets to get in and out. Totally unprofessional.

I shop at Smith's at least once a week and there's everything you need there there got fresh produce I love it everything is great there I have nothing to complain about everyone just stop at Smith get some fruit get some vegetables get a plant brighten up your house that's what it's all about have a great day and stop at Smith's for you everyday needs

My recent experience at this smiths was at a all time low as I was paying for my groceries my disabled son had fallen and all the female baggers were laughing and pointing at him as he cried in pain and proceeded to not bag our groceries

Friendly staff, prices are hit or miss. This store is part of the Kroger chain.. while they do have a decent assortment of products, I've only found a small number of products that are better values than the offerings at Walmart.

I live shopping here, have been for years. Why, they have a great store. I know all the employees by name and they know me, I shop there on almost a daily basis, fresh meats,vegetables and fruits. Friendliest faces, plus I see other people I know shopping there, always nice to say hello to,lol.

I grew up in Gallup, and there are several grocies stores there. So they really are not into knowing there customers. When I moved here I got to know the smiths employees and they are so helpful and polite. Its nice to walk into a store and they know your name. I love small Town's. 😄

Smith's offers that old fashion, friendly feel while maintaining good prices. Watch for the weekly specials, you can get some amazing prices on juice and other products! The spicy ground pork is excellent, and they offer a good range of meats and vegetables.

They have been low on bags to put your groceries in for the last week or so!! customers are expected to carry out most of the food they buy without bags. What's the use of shopping there if you have to carry out most of your food in your arms.😡

It's my fave. Good produce department and overall variety of items considering its size. Seems whenever I can't find that oddball item I can find it at Smith's. It's the classic friendly neighborhood grocery, and I'm always in out quickly.

Tolerable. Our store never has simiple truth products which is amazing since it is their brand. We have always been the step child and all we get is leftovers from the other Smith stores. Our Smith's refuses to carry Organic so I spend my$$$ at Walmart. Produce department is awesome for Organic. Smith's acts like Organic is a foreign itemNot happy ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Good selection of packaged organic and healthier products. However, very limited selection of organic produce. Very little frozen healthy choices.Still, probably the best grocery store in Grants/Milan area.

Despite a global pandemic, this location has not upgraded to contactless payment, or pin bypass payment. You would think that a company as big as this would like the business, but apparently you can only shop here if you have cash or enter your pin into their system.

Went in and we were attacked by an employee named Brett for my wife not having her mask fully up as she was having some shortness of breath at that time and he told her she was faking it and called the cops(911), because she was not wearing her mask fully. When addressed about the fact that it’s not a law he told us “Do not return!”Well I plan to never return and may even never go to another Kroger facility if this the the way that customers are to be treated.Word of mouth is very damning.

It's a grocery store, has everything you would need. Produce has gone down in quality lately. The Fresh Values Rewards counts towards gas, so that is always nice.

The customer service here is excellent, it is very clean and organized, the meat prices are very good, and the produce is very good. This has been consistently a very good store and I have shopped here for over 15 years.
