Beautiful & very clean cabins! Everything you need to a get away! Fishing, swimming, hiking & relaxing. High speed internet, satellite tv, kitchen for all to use, campfire pit, white water creek runs thru property. Short drive to catwalk, Mogollon & Alma! Gila wilderness at its finest!Rooms: 14 private cabins. A size for every group! There was a beautiful wedding during our stay! We swam, fished and hiked all on the property! Enjoyed a great campfire every night! Fantastic place!Nearby activities: Catwalk, Mogollon historic town very close! William Antrum house is on the property. 1880’s jail is beautifully restored on the property.Food & drinks: Trading post across the street has many food choices, ice cream, local raised beef, jewelry, area t-shirts, coins, knives, fantastic rocks.

This is our second time staying and won't be out last.We spent three nights for our anniversary this week, and had the most relaxing enjoyable stay.Our room was on the smaller side, but was the exact room described on the website. Se just liked the location of the room so we took the smaller.We stayed during the week so only shared the lodge with a few other guests and you couldn't tell they were there, even with the young children.We enjoyed fishing every morning followed by Breakfast at the nearby Alme restaurant.The gas station across the street offered friendly service, great coffee and a nice assortment of items.We are already planning our next trip.

My husband and I had our wedding here in March. The location was an amazing get away for our families. Our wedding was in the main lodge and our family stayed in the cabins. The accommodations were great, and the lodge is beautiful. The Los Olmos team catered the event, the food was excellent. If you're looking for a venue for an event, you will not find a place with better value. I would definitely recommend to any of my friends or family having an event or wedding.

Picturesque escape in the heart of the Gila National Forest!!! I took my daughter and some of her friends up for a dance. We stayed in the John Wayne. Very comfortable beds. Our hosts and their canine greeters were friendly and very accommodating. The Lodge is beautiful and was a perfect place for the dance and dinner. We will be back soon!

My 2nd time staying here and it was great. 2 ponds to fish, trails, outside kitchen and plenty of seating throughout the property. Only note is the pool area needs more TLC. But I will definitely be back.Nearby activities: Catwalk entrance is next door. Mogollon mining town is close too.Food & drinks: Across the street is a general store

We stayed in the Sundance.Could use storage in the bathroom. We had one hook for a towel, and the rest were hung on the door, not very user-friendly.And a chair in the living area would be a good addition.Could also use another source of heat and lighting. We had the power go out and woke up to a very cold cabin. Luckily, we had flashlights with us.In all, it was still a cozy place to stay.

We stayed a few weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. A great base camp to explore the area and Catwalk is just a few minutes away. They allowed our dog with additional fee. Our room had a fridge and microwave and coffee maker which we used. They also had a common kitchen area you can use, but we did not. There is a general store across the street that had gas, ice, and most grocery items.

My husband and I, along with another couple spent the weekend here and had a wonderful time. The place is amazing and so well-kept. The owners are very hospitable and friendly. Their dogs Stevie Nicks and Sophia were also great company. If we are ever in this area again, we will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely favorite place to stay! Arrived with no reservations and they accommodated my little family with no problems since it was still off season. Beautiful cabins, beautiful area, and very friendly owners. Will be making another trip there soon and will stay longer than one night for sure.

This is a neat little place right at the entrance of the Catwalks. The cabins from the outside look like they are right out of an old western, being made of rock. The insides are very nice and cozy. We stayed on the cabin they call Pops. There was a king bed and two bunk beds with a Jack and Jill bathroom. We only stayed one night but we slept well I would have loved to stay the whole week. It was very peaceful. The owners of the place were super nice and funny. We decided to stay here on a whim and it worked out with their help. There is nowhere to eat lunch or dinner in the town but they helped us out with some Schwann’s freezer meals!! They have an outdoor swimming pool and two fishing ponds. There is a kitchen Ramada where you can cook and sit around and play games with a group. They have a fire pit. We loved staying here and hope to make it back soon. If you are planning a trip to the Catwalk this is where you should stay!!

All my buddies decided to tough it out in tents on our Deer hunt last month, I decided to book at Los Olmos and it was the best thing that I ever did! Rooms are warm and cozy and they provide all the amenities, (Kitchen, Grills, Firepit with wood). Well every time i draw for a hunt in the area I will be sure to reserve again. My buddies can sleep on the ground, I will take the Cozy King beds at Los Olmos! Thank you for everything.

Best place my husband and I stayed at on our vacation, and this was after visiting Hawaii and L.A.The owners were extremely nice and they went the extra mile to accommodate us. the cabin was very clean, beautifully decorated and great atmosphere. We had a great time!!! and are definitely going back. We recommend this place 100%.

Lovely clean well restored little stone cabins. Quiet setting in a beautiful village. Even a pool. Good birding and hiking.However make sure to bring your own food as there are only a few places to eat and only a small store to get a few supplies.

Staff made us feel very welcome from the second we arrived. Our cabin was nice and the perfect size for two people. Ours was the closest to the private pond and the second closest to the kitchen area(the Sundance cabin) and I feel like it was the best spot on the property. There are two ponds on the propert . The one we were able to visit in our time there was the one closest to the glenwood pond and hatchery. It was slow for fishing the first day but the second and third was excellent with worms or a sinker and power bait.

We had one of the best experiences at Los Olmos! The owners went out of there way to make sure we had everything and anything we needed.The fishing was great at both ponds. And my kids absolutely loved it there, and can't wait to go back again.

I went there in 2015 by accident when my jeep broke down on the way to Lackland Air Force Base from Southern California. A nice couple coming from Luna gave me a ride into town. The gentleman working the counter gave me a box full of pizza. Great people and really good vibes! Love that place!

We were driving through from northern AZ and hubby found this gem for the night. The cabins are quaint. The grounds are quiet with the pleasant burble do the stream running. Our cabin had a comfy bed, WiFi, a fridge, keurig (and a variety of k cups) and a microwave. The shower was tiny but it did the job. We also were able to have a bonfire with another couple and hang out a bit before bed. The only downside is that there is 1 - yes 1 - restaurant in this town and it’s only open 3 days a week. If you don’t have provisions with you, you will be eating a prepackaged deli sandwich from the trading post across the street. Also owned by the couple who owns the cabins. So. Come prepared. Enjoy the stars, the creek, the tranquility. But bring food.

Super fun stay! The property is beautiful, the cabins are fun, clean and comfortable. We stayed for a weekend but it was so fun and peaceful I could have stayed much longer. I look forward to visiting this gem in the future!
