Don't come here! I was just watched by the creepy, tall big guy I think his a manager. The moment we walked in the lady at the beauty isle cashier looked at that fat guy n the blue and told him to watch my bf and I. Totally ruined our Christmas shopping. He walked around watching us and giving us dirty looks. Don't come here if u dress urban. Not a good place to go. I told him twice were not here to steal anything he continued to follow us. Disgusting employees there. Please don't go to this store.

The technicians in Pharmacy are rude! I went to pick up my daughter’s prescription and I thought the technician would assist me since I was standing by the cash register waiting for someone to help me. But, before I could ask for help, she just rolled her eyes at me and walked back over to the drive-thru window. I didn’t get her name but she was a younger native chick with really long hair. Another technician helped me and she was little nicer. I was about to say something at the previous girl because I noticed her constantly looking at me when the other technician was helping me. The cashiers are always nice and helpful but those pharmacy techs have a stick up their butt.

Waiting in line at the checkout just to see the 2nd cashier get off her register to stand next to me to gossip with her fellow co worker about personal detailed issues with no care whatsoever I'm standing here waiting also can hear everything they say. Don't come here. Old natives with no care in the world 🌍

I kid you not, this building is more reliable than a grandmother's kitchen. It has raised and nurtured me from lad to man, and has given a sense of comfortable security every time. I still remember that one guy that was there at 5 am working, and would talk to me and my mom before I went to school. I believe he is long gone but man I love this place.

The makeup department cashier was so rude today. Short curly hair and dark eyebrows. Tried to get a refund on a broken hair clip which was 5 dollars but she gave me trouble. I paid with a 100 dollar bill and the question she asks me is [in the meanest, judging, rudest tone I've ever heard] " you paid $5 for this with a $100 bill and now you want a refund for the $5?" ...um yes so what? What does the bill I paid with have to do with anything? The hair clip was broken. The workers who stock stuff need to be more careful with fragile items when they stock them. Seriously. Beware of mean cashier at makeup department.

This has been a repeated disrespectfulness from some cashiers, who speak over you while you are talking....their dismissal on hearing you out shows impatience & no respect. Idc to go back to Walgreens anymore. The manager, who finally did listen, seemed impatient also. My medical insurance sent me a card to buy from there & another store. The other store accepted most products I chose but Walgreens shows no responsibility but blames the insurance companies. It's sad how this Walgreens has changed. Lots of negativity.

I love this place but the make up cashier this morning was so rude when we were checking out. I don’t appreciate her customer service. I see that there are more people complaining. I hope something is done. I have never interacted with someone so rude and belittling as her at Walgreens. She has short dark black hair and is older.

Traveling from out of state, my son needed some necessary products. We arrived to the Walgreens on Route 66 at 8:55pm. We realized that we were cutting things close since the store closed at 9 pm. Imagine our surprise, as well as other customers who were turned away, the store was already closed. I was informed by two different store associated at 8:57 pm that they were closed. Tammy, the manager was already in the back office counting the tills and completing the closing procedures for the evening. During this unprecedented times, I understand that store hours may vary. The closing time of 9pm is posted on the store website as well as posted notices on the doers. It is completely unacceptable that multiple patrons were turned away due to the store closing early.

Pretty straightforward. They have things to sell and are open late- I have things to buy and get off work late. Most of the time they have what I need. Sometimes the prices are higher than other stores, but hey- you pay for the convenience of them being open all the time.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would!! The pharmacy people are terrible! They never have anything in stock! They call you to tell you that your prescription is ready and then when you get there they don’t have it and have no idea what your talking about!!!!! They are very rude and I CANNOT STAND TO GET MY SONS MEDICINE FROM HERE!!! Will be transferring all of his medication!

I just observed a cashier at the make up department argue with a customer regarding the mask mandate. Does Walgreens encourage this type of behavior??? Hmmmmm.

As a member of the healthcare profession, trying to get this pharmacy's help is useless. They transferred me multiple times, and no one knew what they were doing. Its a shame that they have patients lives in their hands. If you live in the Gallup area, try a grocery store or the local Walmart. Don't give walgreens your money.

We stopped in at walgreens..no line to get in..developed some pictures. Prices are only .39 ea.pic. that's why I go to walgreens.customer service was Awesome.

The store says it is open 24 hours. Yet they lock the doors and block it with shopping carts while paying someone to stand at a cashier stand reading a magazine.
