TSC u should be ASHAMED of your employees. Just recently, your Parina dog food was recalled for Salmonella infestation supposedly an email went out to all your customers who are enrolled with your rewards program. However, I did not receive an email of any sort of information. On top of that those who don’t get the email there should have been a note on your store regarding such concern regarding the Parina dog food and cat food, due to this matter, I had lost one dog two of my cats were sick and I had known information regarding this matter.Future customers and present customers if you have purchased the Parina dog food and cat food in the month of September, you can get a refund because I got a refund. You don’t have your receipt they can look up under your phone number

I like this store ..but the only issue I have with them is that they had labeled a bin of chicks as hens and I ended up with all roosters🤦🏻‍♀️so that sets me back money and months of growing time..I suggest not buying chicks from this place unless u know how to tell the genders of baby chicks or do not buy if the workers have no clue about the animals..(red flag number one that should've sent me to t&r but hey I learned🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️)..when I bought them I asked questions and no one knew the answers and just said the bins were labeled..so I chose five chicks from the bin that was labeled hens 🤦🏻‍♀️ never again

Always love the TS in Gallup, NM. They have the nicest employees, and thier prices are right on point. No price gouging here. Sometimes they are out of what you need, but the restock fairly soon. I would recommend shopping here, if you need animal food, outdoor tools, ect.

I was disappointed cause we purchased a pellet stove. When we got home we unboxed it and noticed the handle was broken. I called to the store told the manager she said we have a replacement handle here at the store you can come pick it up. Went to the store to pick up handle there was no washer on so I was looking for one in the store then another store clerk came up to me and said you are gonna have to pay to the handle (she was coughing up a storm may I add). I told her the manager said just to pick it up nothing about paying for it. The handle was off a broken stove they had in the back of the store. It was all scratched up no washer still had a part of a broken handle on it. They wanted me to pay $19.99 for a used part.

Bought a mini-bike from this store but they weren’t able to inflate tires so I have find other resources and pay extra to get it inflated. Go elsewhere to buy a mini bike, I don’t recommend this store.

I came quite a distance to Gallup and made it to this store at 8:25 pm. This site says this store is closed until 9:00pm. The doors were closed, locked. I could see people way in the back behind the back doors through the windows. I knocked and nobody was in the front but the register computer is on. I called the phone number listed on this site. 6 times. Nobody answered. Another vehicle was there too before me and asked me if they were open? I said no. Exact same reason as me, we got info off the site. As I was calling, they left. What is going on? Horse play in the back? Nobody was restocking. So I guess “milking” the clock? Maybe the correct closing time should be posted and updated.

Terrible customer service. Asked two attendants for help and did not get any support. Got so fed up that I took my business elsewhere. Seems like employees don’t want or care to help and are getting away with it. Went elsewhere and were asked if we needed help 4 times! Was given very rude, unhelpful, and curt responses by worker named Holly. Customer service is especially important when buying feed, gardening products, and household products. If I didn’t need the help, I would’ve bought online.

I purchased a 30ton log splitter. The store associate inside Kayla was very helpful and nice. But when it came to the person that helped us load up outside he was very very unprofessional with a bad attitude problem which I didn't appreciate. Staff inside building were nice and helpful but the loader outside was a different story. Spending well over $2,000 and excited for my new log splitter I didn't appreciate how the loader helped us.

Came in for a particular brand of Dog Food. The spot on the shelf was empty but there was a young male associate that quickly asked if I needed help. I asked about the food and he knew exactly what I was looking for and even went in back to find more. When he came out, he had the large bag of food I was looking for and even informed me that the packaging had changed but it was indeed the brand I wanted. On the way to the cashier, every associate that I passed asked me if I was finding everything okay and offered to help if I needed it. TOP NOTCH Customer Service! Keep up the Great Job team!

I like coming to the store because the staff is very helpful the manager is super awesome and he works with you and hopes you get what you need. I buy my dog food here because I like the quality of the grain-free which is what I feed my dogs. I love the variety of foods that they have and I can't say enough about the staff they are awesome.

I like going to the trailer supply store for multiple reasons. Mostly to buy Dog and cat food in bulk, because the prices are so much better than say Wal-Mart or T&R. All of the employees typically know the store and the products they sell, meaning they know what items are good for what etc. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. The store is usually clean and well stocked, but it does get packed really fast.

Staff is very rude, my wife asked for a price check on an item at the register in the middle of the store. Guy (Didn’t get his name) in the middle Register told my wife “you can Get it check at the front register” and changed his mind like she was inconveniencing him. Then we went to the front register to check out and “HOLLY” who was working up front was the worst. We had asked her if she could check the price on a product since it was in the clearance section and she said “if it ain’t marked, it ain’t on sale.” Then we said ok well let’s see what price comes up and we asked again is it on clearance and what the price was then she points to her screen and says “look! If it doesn’t come up on sale, it ain’t on sale.” So we said ok we won’t take that item. Then she went on to say someone had put there and didn’t put it back and we told her there’s not just one but a few of them In there. Then she says “yeah people pick up boxes of them and leave them there and all over the store all the time.” But they’re clearly there on purpose and not in boxes. Most of the items that are in the clearance area aren’t marked at all!!!! At this point I tell my wife forget it and we aren’t going to be purchasing anything from here today. Then “Holly” comes around the register and TELLS us “leave the cart there so I can put your stuff back.” We told her this isn’t our stuff because we haven’t purchased it. Meanwhile, I’m trying to get my daughter out of the cart I tell her I’m going to move it right here which is by the turntable bagging area. While she’s trying to grab the cart like I’m going to run out of the store with it. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS HERE!FORGET THIS PLACE AND SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE.Keep in mind we came here to avoid the line at Home Depot and also to support the smaller business but after this experience, I don’t mind waiting in line at Home Depot at all!
