I paid nearly $10 for a combo meal. I ordered a cheeseburger, fries and a cherry limeade. My burger texture weirdly seemed flame broiled but it was BARELY warm. The cheese wasn't close to melted and I even ordered it without the cold toppings. The fries were piping hot so the tepid burger confused me. The 3 stars were basically for the weight the fries carried. I'm glad they were hot because I didn't get any ketchup, shame on me for not asking.We had a Sonic in our city for a hot minute but I see why it didn't survive when you can get a quality burger for the same price from Culver's.

This location sucks! More than half the drive-in stalls are damaged or blocked off. About 2/10 orders are not made right. I ordered a corn dog one evening and it was overcooked. My cheeseburger didn't have cheese on it. Everytime I order ched R peppers w/ranch, I get no ranch. And Can't order on the app after 8 pm!Save your frustration and don't come here.

Worst Service, Do not go here. They do not provide service to drive up windows and the hamburgers were mushy and soggy. Overall lacking and Paid 38 dollars. Don’t go here Ever because they will waste your valuable time and give you soggy cheeseburgers in return. Also the lady at the Intercom was very confusing and came in and out of the intercom multiple times.

Their ordering drive up stations sucked. We're craving the burger, tots and strawberry shake. Waited 15 mins for someone to respond.. then I just pulled up to two other ordering machines.. to get someone elses attention. finally got someone after my mom had to go inside. It wasn't that busy either. Ughhh Gallup.. that's why we never get to-go food there. They just don't care.. customer service is not in their vocabulary.

WORST Sonic in America!The building is falling apart, and the staff is undertrained, rude, and lacks any customer service skills. Asked a staff member, "It has been 40 minutes at drive thru window what is taking so long." His response was the food. I canceled my order and demanded a refund at that point.WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SONICDO NOT GO TO THIS SONIC...

4.12 24. They hand me my shake wrong and it spills in my car and mando tells me he's going to charge me for another one... I'm done with this sonic ....Not sure what's gong on but I ordered from app. Food was ready 30 min after the set time. Jalapeños poppers were stale. Half the onion rings were stale and half fresh in the same bag....I won't be back here again...

People need to be more friendly and faster service.. Went to Sonic yesterday and Alot of the stalls don't work. Waited 20 minutes and no answer so we had to go to another stall...The person taking the order did not repeat my order and I also asked for mustard for my corn dogs and didn't get any.. So I had to wait an additional 5 minutes just for the condiment.. They don't even do courtesy tray check anymore. I told the person who delivered about it and all she said was we only have 2 people answering the box.. Drive thru was backed up and people couldn't back out to leave.. Very poor service..Parking: Some of the stalls had blocks covering the entrance or taped up..

So I needed to pay $7 for two ice cream minis but when I was about to pay their stall where you pay charged me $9.99 extra which I didn’t click. Then I informed the staff about this matter but she told me to come back tomorrow for the refund because her manager wasn’t there. So, I go back the next day and ask for the manager again because the lady that was serving us told me her manager was going to be there that following day, then another lady tells me her manager isn’t there because it’s his day off and this is on a Saturday now so she told me to come back either Monday or Tuesday but I asked if she was sure about this but even then she said maybe, this lady was already being rude at this point and when I kept asking different questions she just kept saying “like i said i don’t know either Monday or Tuesday”.

I like the Sonic chain a lot, except for when they don’t listen to the order. We ordered two breakfast burritos with egg, cheese, and tater tots inside them, and once we were on the road again, we discovered that this location didn’t give us the tater tots. You should LISTEN to your customers’ orders, not be in such a rush that you mark down what you THINK your should hear according to other past orders. It’s so frustrating.

Drink deliverer waz great,prices good...order taker...she waz not so great or good just rushed you to order and made me feel like my order waz not good enough,I just wander how the other customerz were treated az well and what they felt about that feeling of being rushed...and the place waz not busy cuz I've seen it busy and at this time it waz not...I just wander about why the order taker iz even working there...🤔

Employees are pretty friendly although it did take a long time to get our drinks however there were 11 of us! But they were friendly they did mess up the order but we're quick to correct it would recommend going here again especially during happy hour! We bought 11 drinks for 11 people and only paid $13! Awesome deal

Would give 0 stars if I could almost none of the stalls work and the ones that do I sat and waited 30 minutes having to push the button several times before placing online order and even that experience sucked would never recommend to travelers and if your from this time and are accusto.ed to this just to let you know it's not normal for sonics to be this badParking: Parking lot lops around making it difficult to exit and none of the ordering stalls work place really needs to be updated

I tell you this town lacks customer service. When ordering at drive thru male was rude and seemed annoying, we ordered 3 cream shushies and without repeating my order back to us he asked us to pull forward. Got to the window and asked the female to repeat our order bcis our total was more than i expected. They rang up 6 cream slushies & carhop seemed like it was an inconvenience for her to fix their mistake. I usually place a mobile order but the app did not have cream slushies listed.

The food is excellent. The drinks are of the best and there are options for the whole family or any mood you may be in.However, there is a mistake with the order every time, it never fails. I have been testing each location for the past four months, trying to find the one with the best service.This specific location, the carhop was extremely rude and did not bother to check the receipt and fix the order, she just mouthed off to me and gave me the wrong items. Unfortunately, I see this across ABQ, as a whole. I really enjoy the food and the drinks there are awesome, however, order and serve accuracy could be considerably better.

Waited 30 minutes in line and when I got to give my order I was told the kitchen was closed and they are not serving ice cream anymore. All I was allowed to order was drinks. This is at 8:30 pm. Close u til 9pm.Prior visits we are always told the ice cream machine is mot working. Had to go to the other Sonic across town And was treated very well even after 9pm.

They messed up my drink order but I'm happy that it was acknowledged at the window when they repeated my order and fixed it with excellent customer service and to make it right they didn't charge me for the the one drink they messed up. The free drink wasn't necessary I didn't mind paying for it but I appreciate the way they treated me gracefully without attitude. Keep up the great work. 👍👍👍🤩

Crew (IMO) consists of kids that don’t really care about service. I really dont think they were rotating anything out bc tbh everything tasted old and stale. So I suggest checking the quality of what you ordered before leaving this location. We showed up at a decent hour not too busy. Maybe because they were getting ready close and they’re over worked is why they chose to cut corners but as for this location you’re better off going somewhere else altogether. I mean it’s Gallup. Can’t have nice things here but the bare minimum would be nice.

First time at Sonic. Drive in was a fun idea. Several things were forgotten, kids pack toy, dipping sauce. We received a pack of tater tots instead of popcorn chicken. Staff was friendly and corrected the mistakes right away.
