Best customer service I had last month in Gallup NM. Thank you so much Shanika my dear. You have bless day n keep up your best customer services. Normally go to Farmington NM they are very rude there and they don't help you like Gallup NM.

I love Sally's, but a rude worker checked us out during a quick stop there. Her snarky and rude attitude wasn't necessary at all. I would rather drive to Albuquerque for a Sally's store there than to go back and have to deal with rude employees.

Normally we don’t have any problem going in, however recently every-time we have came in, they’re constantly watching over us and asking multiple times if we’re okay or need help, standing in the same lane and side eyeing.I understand the need to watch over to make sure there’s no products being stolen but I would’ve at least hoped they would recognize regulars so it would be so weird and uncomfortable being watched like that,I work at Starbucks and I get the whole customer service and experience thing but this is obviously only for stolen product prevention only and it’s really unfortunate because it just feels very overstepping. Also they are kinda rude with how they approach and ask when you’re finished.

I have been a customer for about over 20 yrs. now. I do have a Sallys card. I of course recommend others to purchase products from Sallys. However, this past weekend, 3/26/18, was my first time going to this location in NM. I was with my sister who was returning hair dye that she was not satisfied with. The manager gave her a hard time. Extremely rude to her. She was repeatedly waving her hands in front of my sister's face. Claiming that the policy was misunderstood. She kept interrupting my sister as she tried to explain the real policy of returns. I then, intervened, told the manager that she was being rude. She then accused my sister and I just wanting to argue. She then said she would this time only return this item(even though she had the original receipt and some leftover dye). She then followed my sister around the store as if she was going to steal. I have never had such poor customer service. She continued with making rude comments and gestures. I can not believe that this woman was the store manager. The worse experience at Sally's. I sincerely hope that this woman, Jean/Joan/Jeanette(whatever her name is) is demoted to a clerk and taught how to treat customers.

WHY IS THIS PERSON A MANAGER???I had bought the Ultra Violet from Manic Panic a week ago and it didn't come out the way I wanted it to. I went to exchange it for the hot hot pink and the manager at the Gallup location was incredibly rude. My sister and I are very loyal customers and have never had an issue ever in exchanging a hair dye item. I had a receipt and followed the rules clearly written on the back of the receipt. The manager didn't even open the jar and said it was empty. She didn't even try to be professional. Said that that wasn't the policy. I told her I had no problems before and my sister was visiting from Phoenix and told her she never had an issue exchanging as well. She started to wave her hands in the air and tell me I was supposed to test it on a strand. That's how the policy works. It was still half full. I have long hair so of course I had to use some. We were calm until she started to get aggressive and raise her voice. I asked her to not be rude but she continued to do so. And then said she would only do this one time ever. I said okay thank you. And I went to get more bleach. She was rude to my sister and tried to make her walk with me but my sister didn't need to. Then she walked right behind me like I was going to steal something. I ignored her and picked out what I wanted. Went to the register and she told me my hair was too course for the hair dye. She repeated this several times and I didn't say a word. My hair is healthy and not thick but it is not dry or brittle. I have never ever had such a terrible experience at your store. No manager should ever act this way or treat anyone like that. We have a Sally's membership card and shop there all the time but we will not be going back to this location when a manager can treat customers like this. I dont handle stress well. I have anxiety and I get flustered easily. My hands were shaking and I just wanted to get away from that store. I do not recall her name but it was yesterday around 6 and she has very short blonde hair with some color in it and glasses. An older women.

Great customer service. Sassy (store manager) very professional and knowledgeable of the products shes selling. She recommended Oraly nail rescue for a crack I have straight down middle of nail. Product worked amazing I cant even tell it was ever cracked. I highly recommend this store.

If I could rate 0. It would. Within 5 mins we were immediately accused of stealing. They had my wife dump her purse and pockets in the aisle on the floor. When nothing was found...all she was told was "The 2 workers saw you put it in your bag!" This is just store policy. Smh... An apology and help picking up her things would have been nice. We shud have just went 2 Walgreens. Smh

Great products when they are in stock! As far as customer service? Unfortunately the new manager and her employees need more training in that. I would recommend Albuquerque stores.

The lady today Sass, is always helpful. Had a few issues with other employees not knowing what they are doing. Also it's nice to feel comfortable when asking questions.

Unhappy, I was told to bring my receipt for exchange. Other places look up receipt by phone number. The lady insisted that I present a receipt and look for it in my email. Poor customer service. Not buying supplies there anymore.

Jus wanted to say I’m so glad the manager Sassy is back here in the Gallup store, she has great customer skills and always tried to either have what I needed or when it did come in she’d give me a call...when she was on leave sometimes they didn’t have things or at times so if the workers jus seemed lost...so glad your back Sassy 👍🙂

Sally's in Gallup is "hit n miss" sometimes they have what you need...they aren't consistent in keeping items on hand...Customer Service is the same thing...Some days they're nice...other day's..You better go else where..😒

My 1st time thr & my last time thr ,, cashier Bernie charge me a 16 oz bottle of conditioner i never brought to th cash register to purchase , i ask for manager & she tells me she won't be back till thrusday , thrusday came & i talked to manager , she took her words over mines , so i asked for footage of me purchasing my item's , manager tells me Bernie was robbed that day & the footage the police has , manager was nice @ 1st then being rude after i asked for th footage , apparently manager thought i was laughing abut th store being robbed n i was laughing cause Bernie said it was a small bottle & it was a 16 oz bottle , was there even a camara in th store ,, manager told me not to come to th store again , after what happened i will not return to that store
