We went to Navajo Shopping Center in Gallup /Gamerco Nm at about 11:30a.m, to see if they could turn Drums.The one Employee in repair shop said "the person picking up parts and returns will start on them". 2p.m. we return to see our drums were finished, the same employee said" he's now gonna start wking on your drums". I say how long will it take? The employee says you want to wait or take it somewhere else.. He was wking on something else. So,I went to see manager Wade ..(to tell him what his employee said. )Wade Said" the employee has to wk on there veh.first . What ever happened to customer service!! I thought the manager Wade be a understanding guy but,I guess not.

Not to bad of a place everytime I went in, always had parts I've needed. But customer service is bad came in to pick up a CV axel for my aunt and the guy in the parts area looked at me with a blank stare, telling me idk what part you need I need a receipt. So i told him idk what part I need (after the fact of calling around) my aunt paid for it over the phone I would assume you guys had it off to the side with the name that was given. 15-20 minutes later of standing around the nice lady running the gas area help me more then the parts guy could helped me in 2 minutes tops. Great place for parts but customer service is awful

Called several times Noone answered. Went over to get a car part & only 1 person was working was helped til an hour later! Very bad customer service they should hire more people especially someone who answers the phone!
