Just go to JN-JA Auto!! They are amazing! Friendly, courteous, affordable and quick! All the best qualities! We were on our way from AZ to TX and our van started leaking fluid and smoking. Looked up local mechanics and JN-JA came up with some pretty good reviews, and for a reason. I was skeptical but we didn't have many options and it was early Saturday morning so we waited an hour for them to open. We were In and out , all fixed up in 2 hours at a very affordable price. Totally worth it!

My vehicle malfunctioned in this area during a winter storm. I was quoted $3k by some shop and so I called JN JA. I'm glad I did because they were able to get my car running for a lot less than that and I made it home safely. They also had a mechanic bring me my car when they were done with the repair. Being stuck in an unfamiliar place had my anxiety through the roof! I am extremely grateful that this shop was there to help me.

I would love to give JA JA Auto's a better than 5 star review if I could. I was traveling cross country with my travel trailer in tow when my entire manual transmission broke, clutch and main cylinder. I pulled into JN's shop an hour before they closed for the day, hoping to just ask if I could get in the next day for a diagnosis. They got me checked in and started diagnosing the truck, and even had parts delivered and started work before they stopped for the day. They were very kind, and as important, more than fair in both pricing and all aspects of their mechanical and customer service.They graciously let me park my trailer in their lot, and went so far as to unhitch it from the truck and set it up on blocks before I could even start or ask.Throughout the process, they kept me informed of the progress and showed me issues that they had because of the age of my vehicle and the fact that there was lots of rust (I live in Wisconsin/winter salt/accelerated rusting). And yet, they worked efficiently and fast to get me back on the road in less than 2 days for the major repair. THANK YOU, all of you!

When I limped out of this repair shop with my rv after them replacing spark plugs and a $350 bill. Engine light still flashing. I was told my transmission was bad.Thank God I didn't listen.Found Foreign Speciality auto replaced the part and I was back on the road in an hr. for $105 with tax for labor.6 hrs later, I arrived at my destination.The only reason I gave 2 stars bc they were friendly and seemed trustworthy.

We were very pleased with JN-JA Auto. We broke down 37 miles outside of Gallup, NM on our way home from a month long trip in our F150 truck camper. JN-JA got us in right away on Monday morning, diagnosed the issue which was we needed to replace the power torque rear axle, and found parts for us and ordered them immediately so they could perform the service as soon as the part was in. Katrina and Alicia were super helpful on the phone and at the desk to let us know about when parts would be delivered and when the truck would be ready. They finished quickly and got us back on the road. I’d highly recommend Ali and his team to help you with any car troubles.

Shady ! I took my vehicle there and they gave me a price, an hour later they tell me more money. I had to pay $400. if i wanted my vehicle back. I had no choice but to have them work on my vehicle. And I still have the problem!!!

My sister took her truck in to get a diagnostic done because her ABS and TRACTION light were on and they told her it needed a WHEEL HUB ASSEMBLY but they did not state which side needed it, so I called them ask about it, but the receptionist was very rude about it and she told me they have to do a diagnostic test again and charge her again for it to find out which side it is and that she already deleted the quote and receipt because they weren’t going do the job which I think is not true, as a busy I believe they have their receipts store in their computers so we will take our business somewhere else

Trucks brakes seized up on a road trip passing through. Ended up need much more than brakes from what I was looking at. Our vehicle went down while we was passing through and they went out of their way to get us back on the road me and my wife are very appreciative for the work they put into getting us back up and going if you're ever in Gallup New Mexico and have car trouble take your vehicle to them because they'll get you back on the road. My husband and I broke down in Gallup New Mexico, late on a Saturday we took our car to Firestone Sunday thinking problem would be fixed but it has not been. So we took it to jnja auto. They took there time figured out what was wrong even came to our hotel room to explain everything to us. Being broken down put a hole in our pockets and were even willing to let us make payments. Let me start off by saying a big thank you to the staff at JN JA Autos. I had a compressor give out from a long road trip one weekend and they were ready to take it in to start work on it the next morning after compressor failure. Unfortunately my brother and I were pressed for time to make a flight in another state so I had to wait till the following weekend. I picked up a compressor from Autozone and drove back to JN JA to get it fixed. Why go back to the shop you ask? Because the cost of repair and recharge were the best I have heard from all other shops closer to my home #1. Secondly, they were willing to fix that same day if I had gotten there in time, which I didn't. They got to it next morning. The compressor I got was not the correct one. Katrina was able to call and get one in less than 30 min. She made sure that it was the correct one and the mechanics got on it right away. They were professional, polite, and quick. It makes me wonder why other garages can't get to business like JN JA Autos. I am looking to do more business with them in the future and feel confident in the work that they do. Keep it up JN JA Autos.

I broke down on the 1-40 on Gallop New Mexico. They recommend a tow company, and brought me over in about a hour. The very professional technician inspected my vehicle and recommended the repairs. And got the parts delivered in a timely manner. Then installed the parts and completed a road test. Then best of all the price for the labor and parts were very reasonable. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone with car issues.

Best service experience that I have ever had and I am in the service industry myself. Travelling for vacation with my son from Albuquerque to Las Vegas, NV and noticed while gassing up in Gallup, our radiator blew out all the anti-freeze all over our engine. Randomly looked up shops and chose JN JA. Everything from start to finish was "top-notch". We thought our trip was doomed, but Ali kindly greeted us and put us at ease. He found the issue (hole in radiator stem) and the part (radiator) very quickly and quoted us a very reasonable price. Mind you, we just popped in, yet they helped us immediately that morning. The lady in the office was very friendly and offered us fresh coffee and they gave us a loaner car to go have breakfast somewhere! When we returned from breakfast, I saw my truck outside the shop and thought something might be wrong, but it turned out that it was already done and ready to go! Ali even cleaned the engine bay. These people were so lovely and professional and they turned a potential bad situation into an awesome experience in the end. I can't say enough good things about JN JA Auto and the staff. They saved our trip and I was still thinking of them and mentally thanking them, every time we did an acitivity on our trip.Service: Engine repair

Highly recommend!While caravanning with our daughter who was moving cross country, her car limped into Gallup. Up early to find a mechanic on a Saturday. First three we tried were closed. We drove up to JN JA Autos on Route 66 just as they were rolling up their doors, and we are so glad we did! Truly nice and friendly! Set us up with coffee in the waiting area. Thorough check of the car and quick honest diagnosis. They obtained the required part and completed the repairs in record time, and the cost was extremely reasonable. They even unloaded and reloaded the back of the car to get to where they needed for the repairs! Definitely above and beyond!
