They had a lot of beautiful things a huge variety of flowers and home decor however I went foe burlap and polyburlap and was super disappointed whenever I found they only had a handful to choose from...

I can't just ever buy what I went to HL for! I end up finding a few more extra items that I like....I love their 50% off sales on seasonal merch....staff is always friendly, restroom is clean and merchandising is well stocked. HL is one of the few stores in Gallup N.M. that I have a good shopping environment experience.

Store was honestly bigger than I thought they use the whole Kmart space of old. Very friendly staff they don't just point out what your looking for but will guide you right to it

Very pretty items, But the prices are outrageous.... plastic flowers are $14.00, furnitures run $200., I notice people buy small items, like thread, or craft things. How do they stay in business? ..... awhile back before hobby lobby came to Gallup I was excited !!!! Then I got sticker shocked.....and still shocked....

You go in knowing what you want, but once inside you don't realize you left your list at the door until two hours later and a shopping cart full of items. Very difficult not to feel festive and inspired. Would have given a 5star, but checkout line was a little too long. Self-checkout option would be helpful during Christmas season. But all in all, great store.

I love Hobby Lobby! This is by far the best one I've been to. It's huge. The staff is very helpful, they have terrific sales too. I wasn't going to make a purchase, but found some cute, inexpensive butterflies to decorate my mailbox. I don't live here, but I have a feeling I'll be back. If you like Hobby Lobby, you'll love this one! Have fun!

I went in for my wife, but honestly, I got stuck there forever by my intrigue. I left spending much more than I should have due to the great deals and products. I didn't even get what she asked me to go for. Super clean, well stocked, and great deals!

The place is the best! I love Hobby Lobby! I get most of my materials from there. The only bad thing is that there are too many good paint colors to choose from, but tha is not a problem! Best craft store ever!

Everything is sorted into departments and there were no trouble finding help. Seems as though there were a lot of workers throughout the store. There are two sets of checkout stands. Bathroom is clean. The store sits inside the mall, so there are two entrances. Its very clean and organized. The best I've been into, maybe because it's brand new. I hope they keep up the great work and hospitality.

I love this Hobby Lobby. The staff are amazing up front. At times I feel like the security staff need to ease down. The people they use are obviously not going to buy anything and stare too much to make you feel uneased. After all it is Gallup NM so you'll get that treatment at almost every business due to being Native American. Hobby Lobby in Flagstaff and Phoenix are amazing experiences. Honestly most of my shopping at HB are never less than a hundred dollars. The restrooms are always clean and the store is always well organized and the clearance prices are a must buy. Many unique items are usually stocked and if unsure go online to shop or check an item. Hobby Lobby took me from Jo-Ann and Michaels because of racial profiling. Lets hope Hobby Lobby don't practice the same tactics.
