worker was a bit stand offish wouldnt let look at product also flower i got tasted like chemicals a little bit can tell it wasnt fully flushed properly and strains do not taste like they should

Been here a few times, left happy Everytime, this is my go to Dispensary in Gallup. The people are great,the products are quality and the prices are as good as it gets in New Mexico.

I want to give Grass Roots the 5 star but customer service that goes above and beyond cant hold up, honestly I only find myself going to Grass Roots for small talk with employees about anything from cars to philosophical outlooks on life or how to use a smoking accessories. 5 stars for the OG Grass Roots crewThe bud now that is a different story. If you keep up with maybe the 4 good strains that they have and its in stock awesome, but 80% of the time its some lifeless stuff with a hollow high. I stopped buying their waxes, flower is mainly what i go in for and its always a gamble on if they have that one good one

This dispensary has the best wax in town and it's not expensive at all. Right now they are having 20 dollar deals on regular wax.

Awesome dispensary! Love the modern look they have going on in there and can't beat the customer service. All employees were very helpful and knowledgeable in their products. The flower and concentrates i have had from there were beyond good. Excellent flavor and high. The edibles are really tasty as well. Love the watermelon suckers. Let them know if its your 1st time visiting for a surprise!

They're ok...they have an informative and friendly staff but the edibles seemed like they were made in some ghetto kitchen, very pungent cannabis oil taste with an excess of sugar which was dry and crumbly as it came out of the package. Their hours could be more clearly posted online as well so as not to confuse recreational and medical customers.

Customer service was 100% cool bud tenders but the bud tasted like hay and the wax tasted bland and weird hardly any effect too. Feels like I wasted $70 fr.

I got a cart grassroots and it sucked $70 down the drain. And the cart said select I think they sell that fake dlt8 carts just switch package. And I say don't wast your money here go to rocky mountain high, CMC, or the green scene. High THC don't mean nothing probably lying cause they lost costumers

This place is overpriced and the product I bought was old "2020" and dry did not smell or taste good, just dried up grass. Not happy with my purchase 😒. Can I get a refund.

Really nice workers but they sure weren't ready for legalization because they only had one strain..the strain wasn't even correct ..green crack isn't supposed to make u fall asleep and it didn't taste like the strain or look like it either ..but it was my first time so maybe the meds will get better over time.. I rated 3 stars for the workers not for the store or their products

Just found out this dispensery opened up. Its been a blessing to not have to go to Albuquerque or grants anymore now. This new dispensery in gallup is top notch they have all your needs covered what ever it may be. I will be going here from now on.
