I recently located to Gallup and the staff and owner have gone above and beyond to target issues and help keep my car running. I feel my car is finally in hands that care about the car and the customer!

I took my vehicle to this shop. In gallup new mexico april the seventh they had the vehicle 9 months All they did was put a starter in it. They were supposed to get it to where it would run, I picked the car up December the eighth 9 months later and I don't even know if they even put a starter on it. I still need to go look. But they're pulled the car apart pulled on all the electrical stuff out and it still doesn't run. I would never. Tell anybody to go to them. It was a waste of time nine months the car set there for 9 months and they charge me nine hundred dollars for what and it still doesn't run

I was stranded in Gallop for a wk in my motorhome on my way to Az. Searched many repair shops and even had another shop put spark plugs and nothingEngine light was flashing.45 mins later and $100 for an ignition coil, I was back on the road. No appt. told me to come on.Thanks Levi who took care of everything and if I knew the name of the mechanic I would tell you how much I appreciate you. Hugs to you.

My Mercedes SL550 started making an unusual (and disturbing) noise. Nearest dealership is 150 miles away. Tow bill to ABQ would be $600. After 1 local mechanic gave up on trying to ID the problem, I took it to FASSC. I feel brilliant for doing so! Lol! These guys are great. Ted, the owner, ID'd the issue very quickly, and had my baby up and running like new. Then, the icing on the cake...I have a Dodge Viper that was giving me security lockout and clutch issues. Repeated attempts to find a Viper-certified mechanic in NM were failures. Nearest one in Scottsdae, AZ. I asked Ted if he'd look at the Viper. Runs like a bat-out-of-hell now! They fixed all the problems, and I'm back in love with my Viper. I cannot recommend these guys enough...very happy that I found them.

TOP NOTCH SERVICE! I was traveling cross country with my Audi Q7 and had a unkown starting issue which I thought it was going to strand me in NM and be the end of my road trip. Thanks to the other great reviews here, I chose FASCO to diagnose the problem. The owner is well versed with German autos who identified the problem and repaired it quickly which got me back on the road in no time! Thank you so much Hannah for your awesome customer service and Seth for dropping my vehicle off to get me back on I-40! I did make it all the way back to the Gulf Coast and my Audi is running great!

I’ve brought my Subaru here now on multiple occasions. They’ve helped me out and been more than accommodating due to me coming from more than an hour away. They have also shown me the best respect and never pressured me into getting more service than what I needed. They give me options and they’re super friendly. I really do trust them now and believe they are doing the best they can when it comes to automotive care and customer service. They’re legit like friends now.

The guys at the shop are friendly, thorough, and know their stuff. We had a complicated issue with a VW and Ted took all day pinpointing exactly what needed to be done and got the job done the same day. We were so grateful because we are travellers and would be stranded here without their help! Ted explained everything to us in as plain language as he could and walked us through everything he was going to do. He was spot on. Highly recommend this place to anyone with a foreign Car! They even had all the many parts we needed. Thanks guys.

I had a MAP sensor issue with my Lexus. I was told by the dealer it was going to be a $800 fix. I was not convinced, so I took it to these guys and they found out I had a loose connector and solved my issue in a couple hours. Saved me a ton of money and time and got me in super fast too! I will return here if I ever have any future servicing needs.

Even though I brought a Dodge 1500 pick-up to this shop, I was able to have it diagnosed and given options to fix it. I am very happy with both the customer service and technical service I was given. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing auto repairs.

No updates on vehicle repairs got charged 697 for vehicle coming out of shop same way or worse than it came in. Levi said he ordered parts gave ok for it and next week got called saying so what did you want to do about it ?? Car not even repaired was told to take to dealership after being there four weeks for a diagnostic can’t believe I paid this much for nothing being repaired on my vehicle if you are in no hurry and not worried about getting updates then you can use this place worse place I ever used will never deal with them again would rather push my car to Albuquerque or FarmingtonServices: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

I had a water pump start to leak on my 95 Subaru, so took it to Foreign Automotive. I was an out of towner, but I was treated more than fairly, and they did a great job. Recommended!

Family owned and run. Im from out of town and was forced to seek a mechanic for my jetta. Rather than take advantage of me, they treated me like family and solved the problem. Being the only foreign automotive shop around they could have really taken me for all i had but instead treated me more than fairly. Its a shame i dont come this way often or i would give them more business. If your in need they are the people to find. They stayed late just to help me get rolling. Great people! If your around and need a mechanic this should be your first and only stop.

WONDERFUL SERVICE! Was traveling from Ohio to California in a 2005 BMW and our fuel pump went bad in New Mexico and thanks to these guys they got it fixed quickly and got us back on the road.

I dont drive a foriegn car or even a car for that matter, I drive an 05 F250 6.0 diesel...FASCO took care of me and my wife, we are on our honeymoon and were over a thousand miles from home, with our dog who barks at everything...they were super friendly and fixed my truck and made sure it was all right before we left, I highly recommend this company to anyone needing work, yall truly were a god send yesterday and we thank you for everything
