Horrible customer service especially from the “store manager.” Went in for a simple exchange because the merchandise I purchased was open when I got home. The first manager that was addressed with the issue instantly denied the exchange because they believe their cashiers check every piece of merchandise sold at the register with a line full of ppl. Once the store manager was involved she started pointing fingers about who was right and how wrong I was to insist that her staff did not check the items I purchased to begin with. I still got the exchange but this location could use some training about customer serve especially Irene.

I was framed for stealing even tho the day before I bought it I have the receipt but there's bad customer service the worker are rude ‼️‼️DON'T GO HERE AT ALL‼️‼️‼️

It's really clean and organized not a tornado mess as other places would be, great but sadly no self checkout is the only negative.

Today was I when to grab snacks as I was at the cashier . A lady came in and ask if she could get a new cup cause she bought it without really looking at it which was cracked but the cashier said no u need a receipt and she was like ok but then the manager came out and was loud and rude say no can't do nothing for you without the receipt and the costumer understand and like accept that u have to have a receipt but the manager was rude so the lady just trashed the cup and said u guys need to make sure ur items are good to sell. And the manager said same for u check ur tiems before u buy and the lady just stormed out. And the manager was like I HATE CUSTOMER like that. Anyways it made me feel very uncomfortable knowing if I come there to return something she gonna say that behind my back. But I know it's dollar tree but we shouldn't be yelled at saying check are items before we buy they should already be sellable u know. Idk I felt awful just a stand by so I wrote this cause I felt it was wrong for the customer to be yelled at like that. Also they cashier was no help either she looks away high or buzz when I go there it's werid. I know everyone needs a job but people shouldn't be like that at work

My shopping experience was decent, not a lot of foot traffic through the store and the presentation of the shelves and products were not scattered astrewn

Used to be my go to place for quick cheap things like snacks, toothpaste, soap and what not. But I went on vacation for three months, came back and everything was 1 dollar is now $1.25. that is a huge percentage increase. Not worth it anymore. And the items are smaller in size and or quantity. Guess it is time to go to Walmart now.

It's a dollar tree just like any other. But the staff interaction I saw today was terrible. A manager had asked a male worker , (who was NOT wherein a mask!!) to let a coworker of his have her 15 min break. He looked at the manager and said no I hate her. The fact that he would ack like that to one of his coworkers is 100% the rudest thing I have seen at this store. He should be ashamed.

It use to be the one place that was affordable, but with prices being raised to $1.25 or $5.00 it becomes more difficult to find gifts for family and friends on a tight budget. Walmart has a cheap section for toys, simple gifts and so on that are cheaper than Dollar Tree

They had a lot of items that you don't have at other $trees. Nice clean store friendly workers.

Had to shop here, found some items also grabs some Easter 🐣 stuff. Clean, they have friendly staff and are welcoming to all who enter. Come on by and say hi this.l9cation is great to shop at ;0)

A little over an hour wait, I'm not complaining, I still waited for service, the oil change and filter, they check my air filter, air up tires if needed, check my lights(headlights, taillights, reverse lights)... and they wipe the windows for $70...I continue to go and still will... but only once, once, they forgot to put the oil cap back on, and today they didn't check my oil level after they added new oil and confirm with another(which I assume, is what they do)
