WM is one of the services that has not changed, good and reliable, has not raised prices. Especially enjoy the person who drives the truck in our neighborhood. My son enjoy seeing the trash truck and they always notice him and honk and wave! Makes his day. Once when we went to grab the bin to return to the house and there was a miniature WM trash truck waiting for him, like a matchbox type style car. Exceptional service in my opinion!

I have been with this company 2 or 3 years now. I have never had a problem. They are always proficient on pickup and I love the communication from them to let us know about upcoming holiday schedules. They are great and I will continue to stay with them. Thank you to the hard workers, drivers and company.

Waste Management sent me a final bill, I paid. Then I got another one for over $100, I called. They said this was charges for canceling my service and picking up containers, I paid. Now they want me to pay $14 more haven't been able to get ahold of anyone yet. Don't use them if you can find another company. They will nickle and dime you to the poor house.

I’ve been a customer for over 20 years now. Pay $300.00 every 3 months for one can.my brother lives right behind me and pays a little over $100.00 for 2 cans.that’s not right.so I’m going to pay my bill next month and then I’m going to cancel my service and go to a different company which will charge me $97.00 every 3 months.that’s $200.00 cheaper every 3 months.I’ve been getting charged to much for years and will be canceling my service soon.

Waste Management made picking up a bulk item easy. It nice to have this option instead of having to find someone to haul it away for you. Any time I call for assistance, I always speak to a real person and never have to wait long.

I have been using their services for 2 years and i missed 1 payment and i been shuned of their services, and missed pick ups. no matter of being a honest customer of 2 years. i thought they would work with me but it dosent matter.as long as they get their money, it makes me sad cause i really do like their service..

The person that picks up our trash is a chronic complainer! He's never satisfied with how I place the containers. He seems to find fault no matter how I try to place them correctly. We've had WM since it began service here and have never had a collector complain the way this person does.

Doesn’t pick up trash on days expected. Will not answer the phone unless your on hold with them for at least an hour. When they do get on the phone they’re very rude and lie. I was told trash would be picked up the following day but they didn’t show up for another whole week.

WM is good at first. They hike your bill each month. Can not get anyone on the phone. When you do it is almost an hour wait only to be hung up on without any answers as to why your bill goes up.Service: Trash removal & disposal

Terrible service frequently misses pick ups and never answers the phone. Impossible to get a hold of someone, when they do miss. The city of Farmington needs to find a new service waste management does a awful job.

Have used WM for decades yet the price just goes up. I have 2 bins and am charged $324.00 per quarter. Checked into an alternative service and it was half the amount. When I changed I found that neighbors around me were paying, in some cases, significantly less than I was $180.00 to as low as$120.00 a quarter. Not sure how you decide what to bill but if this is how you serve your long term customers by ripping their head off and hoping they don't notice then I'll take my business elsewhere. Thankfully there is an alternative where I live.

Expensive. My bill has more then doubled and with auto pay, they sneak in addition charges. I need to try someone else. I've been with WM for 10yrs.

If I could provide a negative star, I would. Ordered same service at same location as previous, did not complete service, driver never confirmed he was at correct address, was not. Indicated service was not completed. Company had provided it before. Did not knock on door or attempt to complete service. Voice mail is a nightmare to get to speak to someone. Attempted to re-schedule, spoke to 5 different people who all indicated they were going to speak to dispatch. Never did, did not start a ticket. Assured me they would call back. Never did. They now want to assess a trip charge for their failure. Unbelievable. Drove from another state to help my father's 90 year old widow prepare property for sale. Spoke with all the neighbors on the street none of whom saw the truck, heard the truck, our spoke with someone trying to deliver a rolloff dumpster.Service: Dumpster rental

Thank you for your recycle program. I have way more stuff to recycle than garbage. My chickens eat all the green waste. It takes a week to get one bag of garbage. Your trucks are always on time. Yay!

Love that y’all are always dependable! Wednesdays between 0730 -0800 like clockwork! And I always receive notice by text if anything is going to change due to holidays…WM ROCKS!!!

Company has a terrible habit of adding to your bill major charges if your dumpster is even slightly overfilled. Probable assuming no one ever looks at the bill. Very frustrating

Watched the trash guy knock over trash can with utility arm. Just left the trash bags on the ground. If you can pick up the trash can, you can put the trash bags back in. There not heavy bags. We pay good money for your services! If you can not handle the job, find another one.

I cancelled services in March for bad business still sending me bill for april after cancelling in March ripping off people not right and charge 50 dollar fuel charge pay close attention to your bill. Online customer service rep are lost,they're not doing their job correctly better business bureau is the next option...

Called in about my residential trash can lid in January 2023, it was broken by the collector truck. I told the service lady about it an she said she will make a note for repair. Nothing, so I called back in March. Same response, then back in April, still nothing. It’s July an now the neighborhood cats are getting into my trash can. I’m about to take my can back to their yard an just grab me a new one with out permission.

Signed up for services on February 7, 2023, paid for 3 months in advanced. Had to wait until February 22, 2023 to get my dumpster. Received a email invoice for informing me that they would be billing me $55.12 on March 6, 2023.February 22 came and went and I did not receive my dumpster as promised. Called on the morning of February 23, 2023 and was told that my dumpster was delayed a day and that i would be getting it on February 23, 2023 some time between 6 am and 6 pm. Well it is is 5:55pm and i have no dumpster.I have trash that needs to be removed and i do not have the means to haul it to the local dump and pay even more to have them take it.Sadly Waste Management is the only company that services the are where i live and i have to depend on them. Absolutely one of the worst business I have ever dealt with!!! I used them many years ago when I lived in a different location here in town. They would not service my trash on time they kept charging me for disconnect and reinstatement fees that never should have happened because the payments were made. I swore to never use them again. Unfortunately now many years later I gave them the benefit of the doubt to do a better job at providing services and managing thier accounts accurately. Now I'm in the same predicament and I'm getting all the blame as usual. They take no responsibility for their screw ups. This morning they didn't pick up my trash. I called and was put on hold then hung up on. When I finally did get ahold of a service provider they blamed me once again even though this issue was supposed to have been handled by their company the last time I called. They said my account was cancelled on the day I paid my bill a month ago but continued to service my trash for three weeks after payment/ cancellation apparently happened???? They said they would reinstate my service but I had to pay a free to do so. It should have never been cancelled in the first place and my bills continue to increase. This business is stealing from people and leaving them hanging. Absolute theft!!!! I'll be calling the better business bureau and attorney general. There are 982 complaints within the last 12 month with this company. Do not get service through them. They'll rob you blind!!!! 😡

My trashcan fell in the back of the truck on December 1st. I called and asked for a replacement, they said it would be returned within 3-6 business days. It’s now the 19th and I still have no trashcan and I have tried calling to resolve the issue. No return call and I’m still having to pay for a trash can that I don’t have.
