Had issues with check in. They had left early but left note saying to call 2 different numbers for instructions on late check in, although we were there at 4 and late check in was after 5. But neither number picked up for about 30 minutes we were stuck outside with places to be waiting on someone to answer on how we could check in. The note on door said to check e-mail for late check in instructions but there were none. Finally found the door code to the main room in one email to get in and get the code for my room. For this I took off a star. Also I was charged twice when I first booked. I had cancelled the 1st one on a 3rd party website. then re-booked directly. The first charge wasn't refunded by hotel I had to do digging to find cancellation email and give it to the employee in order for her to even see the transaction so I would hope they can work out that issues so it doesn't happen on cancellations. Without these 2 speedbumps I would have given it 5 stars.But the room was fabulous and we didn't make it to breakfast in time. The bed and pillows were so comfy. I plan on getting the same ones. Nice place. A few little details could be fixed to make it nicer for example, scuff marks on the wall, or chipped porcelain on the bathtub nozzles. This is just feedback!

If there was a rating for no stars I would definitely put that! I usually have a great experience with pick up orders but this time was absolutely horrible! I waited over 30 minutes for my order after calling the pick up number and telling them the slot I was in. They kept telling me they have my order out and they didn't it was a small order less than seven items I've never had a more horrible experience with Walmart pick up ever I will definitely do delivery from now on!!!

I can understand the ratings... It's like.. I know the same greeter that sees I'm getting help from self checkout still needs to chk receipts even though she seen me pay. I was right in front of her.. then she let two other carts pass and didn't stop them. I don't like this Walmart. I dnt recommend this location to anyone. They make u feel like your a thief. They're rude and and could careless.

Bought a 1600watt Amp kit, and the power cable and terminal are not in the packaging. Someone either stole them from the kit or, after stealing them, returned the kit, and it was never checked before being put back on the shelf.

I went to this Walmart in Durango in the first week of March 2024 and it was my worst Walmart experience ever.The store is undergoing a renovation. No aisles are marked, nothing is labeled, you can't find anything in the store without walking the entire store. Even the employees who were trying to be helpful had no idea where anything is in the store.There is no way I will go back to the Walmart in Durango for at least a month while I wait for them to finish the renovation project. I'll do my shopping at the Walmart in Farmington

Not a good place to be on weekends lines are super long and crowed at times especially during the holidays. Haven't been here in years since I moved to Arizona and people can nearly run you over in aisles to aisles east Walmart is better I think

Thieves running in and out of this place at will but if you, a person who pays and works hard for your money, stands there to long reading the packaging of an item you may buy here they come with “Can I help you” with a security guard in tow. Avoid if you can and leave it to the thieves if that’s what they want by harassing paying customers.

A big thank you to the Walmart employees of Farmington, New Mexico. Yesterday, I guessed my phone popped out my pocket and did notice it. I shopped and left. After our last stopped, I noticed my phone was no where to be found. I told my husband to call my phone and someone answered...it was an employee, saying they found my phone. Omg, it was a relief. Thank you again.

I know everyone complains about Walmart however....... I got in and out quickly and easily. The store was clean . The prices were much lower than the local grocery store. There are some things you can't afford to buy at other stores.edit, There are some very nice people working here. It's a hard usually thankless job. Great experience this morning

For the most part I love going to Walmart but not to long ago like two weeks ago my sister and I went and I was looking for Pretzels Kravings the Dill pickle ones so I asked an employee that was over by the snacks if she knew if they had some in the back or any at all she told me I don’t know if there’s nothing here then that means don’t have any or stoped carrying them she WAS REALLY RUDE!!!!! So my sister and I walked away and we both said well that was rude!!! as we walked away she changed her tone of voice and said sorry I couldn’t help so Walmart if you have any of these please put them out Thank you!

when i do shop i get a rush of adrenaline from feeling these lurking eyes watching my every move. at first i am exhilarated by these voyuers and then it dawns on me......oh, it's probably just prevention loss and so then i leave feeling kinda like i don't even enjoy shopping anymore.

I've mostly stopped coming here despite the convenience of the location on the west side. Produce is usually in rough shape (found the grapes to be rotting while in the store.) The pickup option is fine for non-food things and non-perishible foods but you will get the worst of what they have for "fresh" foods using pickup. The last time I used pickup for food, the mushrooms had to be thrown out when I got home and was putting things away as they were mushy and appeared to have been frozen at some point.The location is also constantly packed with people regardless of when you go. Getting around the parking lot by car or on foot are both unsafe as people fly through at ridiculous speeds. In the last 5 times I was there, 3 of them there were emergency vehicles (fire/ems/police or a combo) actively on scene.They've also recently changed the model for checking out. The number of self checkouts has doubled and only one human-operated lane is open. Despite all the additional self checkouts, there are long lines and a significant wait time to get to a machine. It's not worth the hassle to come here anymore. The extra time and travel to go elsewhere is worth it for less wait time, better service, and far better produce.
