I asked two Associates at East Walmart because I was looking for half mask. The one that works in the fitting room and the one that works in the furniture. They told me to go to the sports department and look. how come they can't just go there and help me out. this sucks.

Walmart Essentials Delivery from this store. Here's what you can count on:*There will always be a missing item. Sometimes the entire delivery will not arrive.*When you call, there will be no apology and they will NOT deliver the missing item. They will suggest you go online and ask for a refund.*No matter what time of day or night it is, if you ask for a manager, they will ALWAYS be "at lunch" or "in a meeting". Yes, every single manager at Walmart....*They don't deliver past 6pm, but will offer you time slots all the way up to 10:00 pm. You won't get a 10PM delivery. I don't know why they even offer it.*They use Door Dash to deliver. You will be pressed to tip the driver, although you are already paying for the membership. Even after your delivery comes (if you're lucky), you'll get an alert saying that there is still time to tip that driver.*The "team leader" in the delivery department will not offer you any additional help or apology. No point in asking to speak to one.These are things to consider when pondering whether or not to pay for a Walmart membership specifically for the convenience of grocery delivery.

I had an appointment at 7 with the tire department at the East side store. I have been waiting outside for 15 minutes and they won't open the doors. I called and got some rude lady who told me the automotive cashier is up front getting her drawer. I asked why would they make me an appointment for 7 if they don't open at 7 and she says "she'd getting her drawer!" I have not shopped here in a few years but they have the tires I want at a crazy sell price. This is the last time I will ever step foot in this place. It is now 7:26 and they barely opened the doors and told me to pull my car behind the line of people who do not have an appt and wait. I am leaving. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Wal Mart does not deserve my hard earned money.

So one star period if zero that be it me and my fiance were at the jewelery department. Not only did the rude employer give me a dirty look she also ignored our needs. If you want your job please be professional this was just today date 3/6/2024. I had a recent experience with the same employee but at OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE!! TRASH SERVICE! 🙄

I checked out with a cashier and the door greeter asked to see my receipt and I said No I already paid for my items. So she then proceeded to say she's going to write me up. Work on your costumer service skills and close down the self checkout...

Did some grocery shopping and stopped in at the electronic center. I was able to find everything I need, plus more. It seemed like all the workers were courteous and helpful more today.

DO NOT DO CURBSIDE RETURN!!! I had an online order that I decided to return to this store using curbside return. The associates bar code scanner wouldn't read the return label on my phone. So she took the item and said they will process it for return. The return never happend, and basically they stole $161 from me. Always wondered why there was Walmart shootings, now I know.

Told self check out person the purchasing station wasn't going through. Card was reinsert'd multiple times, causing multiple charges. $32 was HELD on my acct 4 times! That's alot of $ when you're traveling. Well, it's alot of money period! I told her the people before me struggled too & still allowed station to remain open. She reassured me station was service'd for it yesterday. Making it sound like it was ok. There were no shortage of stations. Just laziness, rudeness, reaction of being INCONVENIENCED when I am the customer. It wasn't a very confident purchase leaving. I said I don't live here and his attitude was "oh well"... omg... I was very disappointed. I said, "please shut down station before it happens to someone else, it's not like u have a shortage." Very blahhhh response/ reaction... I visit 3-4x a year to see family. I am just sad how many people experience this in this town.

The auto service department here is so great they came and saved the day on veterans Day and got me a new tire for $84 I was coming through New Mexico and my tire was about on its last layer and they went above and beyond in getting me in the bay when it was so busy with an emergency tire! Highly recommend this location for service on your vehicle!

Good store to shop if you want to wait in long lines waiting for associates to jumble their keys trying to unlock your shaving razors and elderly counting their coupons at the self checkout. Walmarts ruined all the competition in small towns so where else can you really go. Also don't shop here if you're not white you'll be profiled faster than you can say 911 just amazon your goods to your house

Stopped at this Walmart to pick up some oatmeal. The aisle was very well organized and in stock. Before leaving I used the ladies room and man oh man...I was impressed! THANK YOU for keeping the ladies room so clean! I wish I could say the same for the Durango Walmart!

Spaces were level, hook ups worked well. Sewer connection was uphill. Cable worked well. Wi fi was spotty. Price was a little expensive but the view was amazing!!!

I wish they had more real cashier's. I really dislike doing the scanning on my own. Then having to show a receipt. So, I'll just go to Walgreens.

Walmart had some deals that I was interested in. Got in there pretty quick and out. I got my tires from there too. The guys are pretty nice. I'm just happy I got the roadside warranty. Saves me lots of money.

Unprofessional staff, management will dodge you if they have to do any work. I called a certain department, got transferred to the wrong one, the woman in claims asks me who I am, when I asked to speak to the person I was calling but didnt have the person available for the phone. Then she proceeds to tell me I have the wrong department. On top of the fulfillment team trying to ram into you while you're shopping, or rubbing their bodies on you while reaching over you instead of using their words and saying "excuse me".On several occasions we have stopped to purchase headphones and the staff is absolutely pissed to have to work and unlock cases. The whole team needs a reminder that they chose to work there, Nobody is making them work there

Even though it gives me anxiety just to go to Walmart sometimes, they are still the cheapest grocer in town. And you can't beat a place where you can get just about ANYTHING you want under one roof.

Did online pick up and they missed half of my order and gave me expired food. Called and they said items were out of stock so I went and did some shopping to see if they were really out of stock since it was half of my groceries missing and they were not out of stock !

I think everyone likes Wal Mart. It is one of those places that you can't pass by. This Wal Mart, tho, is very clean and stocked. That's why I like to go to this location.

Service was great. I required assistance lifting watermelons. They put them into my basket, then another loaded them into my car. I give Walmart a minus zero rating because they don't allow me to tip the persons helping me.

Most of the time the the staff that works the floor don't know a damn thing. When you ask if they have something they automatically go oh no we don't have that we don't carry that anymore. But if I keep looking to keep looking I usually find it and then I go find them and go I thought you guys don't carry these anymore. Some of the cashiers are so damn stupid You don't put canned foods in with your bread or eggs bottom line. Most of them aren't very friendly. Thank goodness I have found three people that know what they're doing One is treva Barber One is Nicole and one is Larry and maintenance. I so look forward to seeing those three people they always got to smile on their face. And with me having some disability issues Larry is right on top of that. I just spent $720 and Larry help me he pushed my cart And as I told him what I needed he'd put it in the cart. He also helped the cashier bag up all my bags and he took everything outside for me and loaded in my car. I do not know what I would do without his help. And I spend on an average a month in that store about 15 to $1,600. And I did have an issue this last visit I always exceed the amount of items and only treva and Nicole know how to suspend the order and then add the other one together. And that's just bad business If you are one of the people that are in charge of help the cashiers you need to know what you're doing and if you don't then you shouldn't have your position. Luckily when I was there the other day they finally got Nicole to come up and she did it, But the young man that was taking care of the front end had no clue He goes they shouldn't even be doing that. I found out later that he he's a night worker He's a big tall native kid He's very lazy You could tell. He wanted me to write two checks or pay one with a check or and then pay cash for the other. So thank you for this visit with Nicole and Larry helping me Great employees you have in those two.

Always had a good experience, idk who the cashier lady was, she was short, had tattoos, big ol eye lashes, acrylic nails, sharp eyebrows. Needs an attitude check. The one time I actually smile at someone, go out of my way to cough up a conversation. Her face stays resting, ignores me and gives me garbage service in front of my daughter. I give the same energy back and she slams my money on the counter 😂 If I see her again, I will definitely give her name.
