Terrible customer service and terrible workers. I have a health savings account but there’s only certain amount left so I asked the lady to run the exact amount and she was like no we can’t do that. Yes you can, and I stared at the manager and he just looked at me like oh well. I was furious cause I just wanted to use what was left so I could get some cold medicine. This store has gone downhill because of the people they’re hiring. Lazy, always chatting with each other while we wait in a line so they can finish their conversations. I live right by there so I’m here all the time but now I dread it cause of the terrible customer service. If you ask for help they treat you like you bothered them or took them away from something more important. Quite frankly I’m sick of the attitude here. Something needs to be done about it

I went in for my Covid shot. I made an appointment & was 30 minutes early. I was able to get in/ out without any problems. The gal that gave my shot was very informative with all my questions. Get your shots if you are a Senior. Walgreens had the Phizer ones & I didn't want to mix another brand since I have had Phizer since the pandemic started.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. No other pharmacy take 2 days to refill a prescription, employees are very rude, when we asked about the poor customer service Jason immediately replied where would you like me to transfer your prescriptions? Apparently Jason fails to realize the more accounts he transfers the less they will need to keep him employed!!! URGENTLY IN NEED OF NEW MANAGEMENT

Walgreens Pharmacy here is terrible. They take forever. They will tell you 30mins waiting time then make you wait 3hrs or longer. The text messages service doesn't even work because they aren't paying attention to how to effectively use it. They don't even explain your medication or how to effectively use it once you get your meds. The ones at the pharmacy at the registers are rude and so passive aggressive even if your asking basic information. If you do go here for your meds expect to come back 4 or more times to check if it's ready. They honestly don't care or want to engage with you. I feel sorry for the old people trying to get their medicine who are rejected by the terrible service they provide at the front desk at the pharmacy. They tell them wrong information on pick ups and they don't even care. It's so messed up how they treat people. Walgreens if you really care youd fire your whole front service staff and hire people with better service skills who can actually do their jobs. Stop hiring these moody girls who clearly don't want to work the jobs they have.

We stopped using this wal greens 10 years ago. Recently we started having issues getting my husband's diabetic meds through the pharmacy we had switched to due to insurance so for unknown reasons my husband had his meds transferred back to this wal greens one month ago. We were able to get the initial rx filled last month. I called in the refill for this month on Monday. They said it would be ready Wednesday. I went in today 1/19/24 got there approx 3:20 pm. They were slammed. I patiently waited in line about 20/25 minutes. At the counter I was told it had not been filled because insurance reasons. They could not verify insurance because his bin # had changed. Understandable. I had his new card. I said to the very kind young lady that I would come back tomorrow and get it however I was needing some of the over the counter medicine that was locked up. I needed the dayquil/nyquil for heart/diabetic. Who can help me.... at that moment an elderly gentleman came up and she explained what was going on. She left and he took over. His name badge was turned around so I asked his name. He ignored me and started punching on the keyboard dramatically. He started yelling to me how he could not verify my husbands insurance so the order was never filled. In a normal tone I stated I understand and that I would ask my husband if he had a newer insurance cars for this yr and that I would return tomorrow with it. I then restated to him that I was needing some medication in the locked cabinet and that there was a button to push for help however it was broken. He replied "there is a BIG BLUE BUTTON!! IT IS POSTED" I replied yes sir I tried that however it is broken. He again yelled "YOU ARE CAUSING EVERYONE TO HAVE TO WAIT. YOU ARE CAUSING US TO GET BEHIND" I responded in a low tone that I was really sorry and asked if there were someone else I should ask for help on this. He said NO then came out from behind the counter so I followed him. The length of the walk to the medicine I was needing was about 15 seconds and that entire walk he was loudly exclaiming that I was causing everyone to get behind in their work. Now 15 seconds may not seem long at first. I beg you to count it out. It was ridiculous. I left a survey to which a "supervisor" called me back just minutes ago. 6:20 pm. They had me on speaker phone. They treated me like I was an idiot. I feel like the person who absolutely mistreated me was the person making the call. When I left there I was able to take the medication up front and pay for it at general check out. The young lady asked how my visit went. I told her the pharmacist told me I was the reason they were behind. Her response was "well they are busy". I said yes they are. This is the nature of our business. Healthcare. . . It's busy. That is not an acceptable excuse to treat your customers like crap. She back tracked and apologized profusely. I told her I appreciate her kindness however it was not her responsibility to apologize for her superiors. On the call I received I was treated like i was insignificant. I responded by acknowledging that my husband's diabetic meds were just pennies to them so losing us probably meant nothing even though their pharmacist told me himself that I should not be surprised when I am asked to pay 14,000 dollars for one month supply if they cannot verify his insurance. I asked what would cause them to be unable to verify his insurance. His response was "well if you come at a busy time the internet is usually slow and that will cause us to be unable to verify" I asked what time of day should I come back and he responded that I was holding up the line. I filled out their survey. I requested a supervisor call me. Only because diabetic medication is crucial to my husband's existence. I received that call and I swear hand to God, it was the old guy who I had concerns with that called me back.

Beer and alcohol are less expensive than at a B&M grocery store. The pharmacy staff is always friendly, but there was a waiting period of approx 15 minutes.

My husband had went to the photo department to load money on the card he was in line first and that's when the lady told him that he have to wait and she let this couple cut in front of him saying they got some photos. She said to him he will be seen once the manager gets off the phone, that was very rude of her letting that couple cut in front him and he was there first.

On October 22nd we came right from the local emergency with a prescription to be filled. Unfortunately, they were closing in 10 minutes. We were on vacation and my father had a health issue come up. I asked the clerk behind the counter if she could fill the prescription and she said we are closing and wouldn't be able to, I said I wouldn't normally ask this of them. But, then A WONDERFUL LADY named MARY behind the clerk overheard my conversation and said yes, we will definitely be able to get that taken care of for you. I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciated MARY's compassion and helpfulness. She went above and beyond for us. I can't begin to thank her enough for her kindness and understanding our situation. Thank you Mary!

The pharmacy is the worst on the planet. PLEASE NOTE, if you care about Veterans AT ALL, THEN DO NOT SHOP HERE. They do not accept VA coverage. The pharmacist, in this store, made me ashamed I defended his freedom. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. I'll not spend another dime in there. They're too expensive anyway, & they don't care about Vets at all.

Horrible management horrible attitudes and Candice, it’s not ok to make customers wait over 20 minutes for a 2 second card reload! This is EVERYTIME I RELOAD. Maybe apologize instead of throwing your attitude at customers for YOUR horrible service. You’re not the only one in this store it’s most of you people who treat customers like garbage!!! I have good service from 2 people that’s consistent and that’s not ok!!!! It’s not hard to be decent to people… Grow up. customer service is part of your job ESPECIALLY MANAGEMENT it is your job that’s why you get paid. Thank you to the kind gentleman who kept me patient and went and told you TWICE I was waiting and yet you still took your time and HE APOLOGIZED YOU DIDNT EVEN TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!

Prescription was called in and left on voicemail at 7:40 am. Husband went to pick up meds at 1:30 pm. Danielle says: “yea, no we dont have anything.” So i asked if they checked voicemail. Indifferently she says: “yea”. Then shrugs her shoulders and says “yea, nothing, we have nothing”. And that was that. No verification that voicemail was checked, or any other effort to see what went wrong. Nope… customers problem.

We had an appointment that was set by this store for a Covid Vaccination at 1:30PM. We arrived at the pharmacy area and the door was slammed shut at 1:30 saying they were closed for lunch. I asked them why they set us an appointment at 1:30 knowing they were closing. They blamed it on “the system” and supposedly called us but we had no calls, voicemail, or email changing the time. Two members of the pharmacy were literally slamming the metal door on customers. The manger came by, and he was as rude as his employees. I guess he leads by example. Go elsewhere for your shots. The lady that gives shots was nice to come out early and gave our son his shot.

I waited approximately 25 minutes for someone to help me in cosmetics after having someone paged to the department. When she finally arrived and helps 2 other people first who had just walked in the store I was informed that she wouldn't be able to help me. I wasn't sure exactly which perfume I wanted and she said she couldn't help me because of covid. There were plenty of cards she could have sprayed a few on and I could have went outside to decide if necessary. But instead she refused by saying she couldn't open the boxes I pointed out many sample bottles and she made excuse after excuse. Rude, lazy and non-existant customer service!

The pharmacist treated me like an addict and had a horrible attitude. She acted like she couldn’t spare a minute to re explain to me why I wasn’t able to fill a prescription quite yet when I called before and was told to be there to pick it up and that it would be ready. She then told me that no one would’ve said that she would not sell me the prescription. I understand the policy and why, it’s was her disgusting attitude that made this experience terrible. I hope you don’t treat everyone like that

My wife and I went to the Walgreens on 20th and the experience was terrific!! Due to covid, we have not ventured out much, and did not know what to expect for customer service. Everyone (yes everyone) in the store was helpful and Celeste was the absolute best. We talked to the pharmacy, store employees, and check-out clerks - and couldn't have asked for better service, advice, and courtesy. We'll go back again and verify consistency.

Most of the staffs are nice except this lady at the cashier. She was okay at first then ended up being rude for no reason. She'll help & give them extra care for everybody else but when it comes to me & my friend, she'll just have that rude unnecessary attitude towards us.

Very disappointed in this pharmacy. No help. Had to return to the hospital because their fax was not working and to top that off they still were no help.i had to call around and found somewhere else to get the prescription. What took only 10 min else where took 3 hours of headache at the pharmacy. The people that work the counter in pharmacy are rude they don't want to help. I get it your maybe having a bad day but please don't take it out on the customers who are nice to you.

When she went to ask if it was ready, a lady scolded her and told her there was other stores where she could have went. Horrible customer service. And you’re right, she could have went somewhere else, because she’s been treated better.

Prices are often a little high, but is rarely crowded and lines are usually short. I often find fun items there that I wasnt expecting to buy (holiday, etc). Also good for fun additions for birthday gifts or stocking stuffers.Phramasit went out of her way to get me a better deal when picking up medication for a family member which was much appreciated.

The pharmacy charged me for immunization, although it was covered under my benefits. They billed it as a pharmacy cost instead of medical benefits. It was the preventative care immunization. The lady (MA OR LPN) had a very minimal idea of what she was doing. If anyone of you is going here for vaccination make sure you talk to your insurance And it's covered because the Walgreens will make you out of pocket, stating it's not covered.

Pharmacy staff is never friendly( esp a certain young man) they have shut the window in my face multiple times when it was 5 min to closing...their phone system alerting you of prescriptions is always wrong...and their prices on meds has gone up tremendously.🙈
