Dr. Racheal was so kind, listened to my concerns, gave a thorough evaluation and was very sweet and easy to talk to. The tech was very gentle and sweet to my dog who was nervous. Visit was on time. While I was waiting I saw the kindest exchange between a tech and a dog who was scared of the scale. She hugged and stroked and talked softly to the dog with no impatience or rush to get it on the scale. This is the kind of care we all want for our pets!!!

We are new the area and had to find a new vet. This was our second visit here and while they are a little pricey we don't feel like we are just a dollar sign for them and have never felt rushed out the door. We have had very thorough and friendly exams and Dr. Moore really explains everything and makes sure you and the pups are comfortable. This will continue to be our vet.

Came in with injured dog for an emergency visit whom has been seen multiple times and was told he cannot be seen because he wasn't a client. Called later to find out what was going and they had every piece of information regarding my dog.

We started coming here when my dog was bleeding from his prostate and our other vet suggested it was only a scratch. It turns out it's cancer. The doctors here at Valley Vet have given us so much extra time with our boy, and when it is time to say goodbye they have a candle out front to light so anyone in the waiting room is quiet and respectful. When she broke the news to us the doctor had tears and just knowing she loves our animals as much as we do means everything. All the techs and doctors are wonderful, definitely bring your pets here.

I was impressed with the entire experience. I had arrived early for my appointment. I was surprised to find no one waiting in the waiting room. I did not have to wait too long either. My dogs and kitten received their vaccines and prescriptions quickly. I was able to schedule a few more appointments for my kitten. The tech and veterinarian answered all my questions. My only complaint was the price. It was expensive for their annual check ups, vaccines and heart guard.

Don’t call San Juan vet! Receptionists will make you answer all kinds of questions just to bring an injured dog in to be seen! Not like I can’t pay for services! What has our world come too?!

We’re thankful that the doctor and nurse were able to keep a positive attitude, and for showing us hands on what the key source of our cats problem.
