This is to Kayla one of the mangers there at tractor supply,I hope you didn't get into to much trouble on this date 5-2-24.you see on the first of May I went into the tractor supply to purchase 30chicks since there giving away one free chick for every chick you buy so I got 30 chicks,I really didn't pay attention to the two ladies names that got the chicks for me but buy the time they got done getting the 30 chicks I wanted they were actually mad because now they had to do it all again,now this took about 20minutes ,I don't know how many times I had to tell them ,no not that chick, I wanted a certain breed not just want they want to give me an excuse but when someone is getting grouchy with me I tend to get grouchy to,so instead of standing there like I should of I walked away to join my wife in a different part of the store,so they come bring me my two boxes of chicks with the breeds I got everything seemed real nice.but when i got home i noticed them ladies just put anything they could grab into the box.i called the store the next day to speck w a manger,this lady Kayla got on the phone I told her of my situation that her employees gave mechicks i didnt want she said to bring them back shell take care of it,but when i got there she said she didnt say to bring the employees can out of the woodwork saying oh no we can't take back those chicks this employee Rod he asked like i was taking food right out of his kuds mouth,how he was having a fit saying NO NO ,my complaint was how can this store force me to keep what they gave me ,i spent 180.00 on these birds an only half of them are what I wanted an they were saying tough luck,but after along heated arguing Kayla finaly sid shell give me my money back, because now i want none if there chicks,i should of knwn better then to go back to that store,last yr i went into tracker supply to get feed an chicken wire the white lady at the register was very prejudice towards me very rude for no reason at all but you know when someone don't like you,she can't hide it if you have brown skin you'll know what I mean the second you look at her,she just can't hide the hate she has for brown skin,it's a prejudice store an if you let them they'll ripp you off an say it STORE policy..I'll never shop there again ....5-4-24..

Previously, I had only good experiences here. Recently, I felt very dissatisfied with my experience and at one point, I did feel that my father's safety was endangered. There seems to be a lack of communication and teamwork between workers inside at the register and those outside loading vehicles with pellets. A simple statement letting customers know they need to have their receipt ready for the forklift operator to sign would have completely changed this experience.However, that was not communicated to us and instead, we were yelled at outside in the parking lot by the operator, Rod. His demeanor and customer service skills were lacking. He was unable to regulate his own emotions, showed no empathy with our confusion, and did not see this as an opportunity for team growth. Rather, he told us it was our issue not having the receipt ready and not knowing he needed to sign it.Regarding my father's safety, this is the deciding factor that will prevent us from returning to this Tractor Supply. When my father opened the door of the truck to enter the vehicle, Rod drove by in the forklift at an unsafe speed at an alarming distance too close to a customer unaware of what is occurring right behind them.I have spoken with the manager and let him know what happened. I also made some suggestions for team training so this complaint can be an opportunity for improvement.

This was the most unwelcoming experience I've ever had while checking out. Heather, the cashier, had presented inappropriate discriminative behavior towards us and other individuals who are native american. She would greet others with kindness but as for native Americans she would keep a strict eye on them while they simply shopped, as if they were criminals. She has LOTS to work on.

Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful. My mom recently bought 15 bags of pellets and wanted to make sure that Mark and Kenny got recognized for loading the bags into her car for her with a smile. This type of customer service is so appreciated, thank you!

First time ordering online and it was very quick and easy. Took awhile for it to be ready for pickup but that’s okay. Picking up was quick the young lady loaded the dog food into my ride for me, was very helpful did not have to get out of my car through the whole, thing she was very nice and respectful. Would definitely do this again! My daughter works at store 1545 and recommended I do this and I would highly recommend myself and others to do this again!

I purchased a couple of tons of grGReen Supreme wood pellets this cold Thanksgiving eve evening ... and kayla the fork lift operator and the cashier helped me load up those bags of wood pellets bag by bag and in the cold. Excellent customer service!

Never been went this once and I asked a man that works there if he knew what kind of cleaner would be best to clean up a chemical spill, he had no idea! Wow that's crazy anyway I think ur employees need to be trained better he mad my visit so unpleasant I won't go back

If zero stars was an option, that's what I would have rated my experience. I went there to get a propane tank filled and after going inside, telling the cashier what I needed, being told by her to wait by the gate and she'd get someone out there to fill my tank, seeing her call someone on the radio, and waiting for twenty minutes by the gate I'm home with no propane. Nobody ever showed up!! If you're looking for a place with no customer service, employees that love wasting your time, and overpriced merchandise tractor supply in Farmington NM is your store. I personally think the store manager should be fired. This isn't the first time it's happened to me and I've had other people tell me very similar stories. Tractor supply has lost my business and I'll be reaching out to corporate to make sure they know how their Farmington NM store is doing. Sinclair is a much better place to refill propane.

Every time I walk into the local Tractor Supply Store I get a warm greeting from the staff they treat with courtesy and professionalism. The store is always clean and well kept shelves always stocked displays average changing making shopping interesting to say the least. Great line of products from feed for livestock and pets to agricultural needs, automotive, farm and ranch along with household needs and the list is endless.Thanks to Maria, Lucinda and MarkKeep up the great job. 👍

I called the Farmington NM store to purchase over the phone the Colman UTV for the Black Friday sale. We were out of the state. They would NOT HOLD MORE THAN 3 DAYS. SO SORRY TSC you have lost use as CUSTOMERS. Big R will get our business from now on!!!!!

We came in on a Friday around 1130. Every employee was helping multiple customers. I haven't seen a place that busy. We were able to snag an employee to help us locate a piece for our air compressor. Well that part needed to be ordered. Its been a week since we spoke to that employee, no phone call.Update: 8 months later. Still no part. We made multipy trips into the store. Won't be purchasing any kind of power tool/equipment from here.

Called to see if they had a couple things in yet. Was not even allowed to ask. Told go on line. I told them I did that last time and it showed they had some in fact plenty in stock. So I take the ten minutes to get there. Of course website was wrong. They didn’t have any. That’s why I called he replied hold on still not knowing what I wanted. Left me on hold thirty minutes. Then I hung up called back to try again. Same kid answered said just look on line and hung up. Will never go back and will be telling everyone. Your welcome.

Great place to get livestock feed and supplies. Staff is freindly and willing to help. My go to for live chickens during chicks days. I order from Hoover Hatchery via TSC online when it's not chick days. I enjoy shopping at my local TSC.

Have a lot of interesting things but nothing that I looked at had prices tags on it. Was very frustrating. These were items that weren't on shelves like their artificial grass. Place is very clean and people were friendly but I wasn't in the mood to run and ask for a price everytime I saw something I liked so I left without purchasing.

Hassle free returns my left foot. Apparently I waited a week too long to find my receipt nd return a $7 broom handle that I never ended up using. I will not be returning to this TSC or any other of their stores.The icing on the cake was the checker. While standing under a banner that reads, "Hassle Free Returns!" She said, with a straight face that she couldn't accept my return.

I usually love tractor supply but this particular one has failed me multiple times. Recently twice in one day. I took in my phone with the item and sku number pulled up and asked for help. They pulled an item close but wrong two separate times and i had to make 3 trips to get this fixed. Just make sure you verify those numbers if you do the same as i did.

They've lost my family's business. Terrible customer service. I called to ask if someone would be there to fill propane because I didn't want to drive into town if I couldn't get our propane tanks filled. When I arrived 30 minutes later (5:30pm), I see someone leaving the parking lot with a huge propane tank. I ask the cashier if I can have my propane tank filled and she tells me the guy who fills it just filled a big tank and told her they are done for the day. I'm upset because I called ahead to avoid this very thing, so I ask to speak to the manager. I wait by the front of the building for ten whole minutes until a man finally arrives. I politely ask to have it filled because I called in advance and I just saw someone leave with a full tank. He didn't budge. I guess I drove all that way for nothing! I wouldn't be so upset if they actually admitted they made a mistake and inconvenienced me, or did something to try to make it right. But, there was nothing. Like I said, terrible customer service. We won't be returning.

Tractor Supply has a wide range of products and we go there often. The employees have zero knowledge of their stock, where things may possibly be located in the store, and take an excessive amount of time to check out. 3 stars because of employees, not the products.
