Spent $900 on a Traeger grill, paid online, picked it up and it absolutely destroyed. The thing looks like it fell down a flight of stairs. The employees told me this was ‘better than the ones in the back’…Absolutely unacceptable. Would not recommend

Thank you Brittney for helping me at customer service. I love home depot. Great workers nice clean stocked store friendly. One big problem was I went to do a return and because i didnt know my husbands exempt number these two native chicks took my items and told me to come back when I get it first of all that was rude we spent 600 + and they took 300 of our money why would I come back u made me feel like a felon.

On a normal basis, I love Home Depot. This is the absolute first time I have ever had consistent bad encounters from this home depot. The service and capabilities of the staff has been so terrible that I've actually taken steps to close all accounts with Home Depot to include credit lines in order to move on. I would avoid this particular Home Depot if at all possible, and it is given that Lowe's is right down the road. Examples of issues I've had:- "Miscommunications" with multiple departments ranging from not understanding what the question, "is the display flooring shade lighter than what's in the box?" with the response being "they weigh the same". This exact conversation happened three times after I attempted to clarify that I was talking about the color.- "Your product will be delivered on x date", call on that day toward the end of the day to be told, "they never actually scheduled your delivery".- "It turns out, an entire department lied and we can't install what you need and you will have to special order a material through x department". No big deal, contact that department and they have ZERO idea on how to do it, what the item is, or how to order it. Was forced to contact the specialty company and schedule delivery directly with them (not the previous delivery issue).- "The department shouldn't be discussing anything regarding installation or how to install a product". If they can't and are unable to describe how to install or what that would entail, why are they called [x] specialists?- "I know you're unhappy but if you don't want the service, we charge a 15% fee even though it was out of your control."- I called a department to get help about a product and the employee proceeded to just yell what continuously before hanging up.- Their delivery window is "when my driver leaves to when they finish".This has been an unbelievable chain of events that has transpired is incredible. It is mind blowing that this is the standard Home Depot fosters. They are either setting an incredibly low bar of standards or they were so understaffed that the only job requirement was "over the age of 18 and a warm body." Absolutely incredible. I will never be returning to this Home Depot.

Love this place and I appreciate the employees who helped me out. Customer service was great. The cashiers and all were a huge blessing to me today.

Do not shop at this location. Very rude and piss poor customer service. Shop at Durango location or Lowes down the road they will do anything to help their customers, these employees do not care. They act like they are above all when dealing with customers who come in and ask questions then proceed to comment as if we shouldve known certain information and we are completely stupid for not knowing. Could've sworn policy is to ask any home depot employee for help if you are unsure of something. GO TO LOWES OR DURANGO IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED BETTER.

I needed to take back something and they wouldn't do it. I paid for it with cash and I didn't need it anymore. So make sure u keep ur receipts always. They suck when it comes to that. So make sure you really want something when u buy something their because you may not be able to bring it back if you don't like it. Good luck!

Self checkout is such a pain. I have wasted time every time I have gone to check out here. Scanners are broken or there is a problem with finding the item. Time to go back to TRAINED humans that can help people check out in a reasonable time.

Visited 12-14-2012 3pm while at the self checkout area I realized I forgot my card waived at an elderly associate he almost made his way to us but turned around to another who asked for help as he walked by he turned around to help them instead ughh customer service sucks ugh train the associates better if I was in line and these ladies were in line behind me I bet he would have helped them first and he wasn’t very friendly when finally came to help us do better Home Depot I love the prices and merchandise but the customer service needs improvement in the Farmington Store

Need to tell your dumb flatbed truck drivers to not block the entire back driveway, other store drivers have to use it to. Leave space for the 7 other drivers. F U

Always find what I'm looking for at this location. The staff is always amazing at helping me. I purchased some stain master traffic carpet and got an amazing deal recently. Not only that, they gave me what was left of the roll.

I was looking at lumber and no employee stopped to ask if I needed help. They would just look at me and keep walking. I had to ask where something was and one employee pointed to where it was located and just watched me grab 2 of the items . I am a small person and had to load all 10 lumber on the cart and push the very heavy cart by myself because nobody asked if I needed any help. It's a good thing I didn't mind pushing it to build up my muscles. When I got done shopping, one employee finally asked me but I told him thank you but I have it.

Purchased a washer and dryer from this store. They neglected to mention that they only guarantee their appliances for 2 days. After that we have to contact the manufacturer who tells us to contact Home Depot. Completely ridiculous experience

Do not bother with curbside pickup because they won't come out. You have to go in. Received the text that my order was ready. I got there about ten minutes later, went to the website, submitted vehicle info and parking space...nothing. 15 minutes later I went in and found four people doing nothing at the customer service counter which surprisingly had no line. Told them I wanted my curbside order and they say, "oh it's right here" and grabbed the bag from a little storage area. They obviously had no intention of actually taking it out.Would have given one star but I'll admit, they beat Lowe's by about $24 and I was already going to be doing pickups at two other places in the same plaza. But the convenience of curbside service was entirely lost. I'll stick with Lowe's and now sort of feel bad for having cheated on them.

I have shopped Home Depot off and on over the years. Sometimes they have what I am looking for and other times they do not. No big problem. I primarily shop at a competitor store. Because they offered a veteran discount. I noticed Home Depot now offered a similar discount. I did mine online with the Home Depot app. They never send you a physical card like the competitor's store. So, you are reliant on the Home Depot app. Apparently, it generates a new barcode every so often and you scan it prior to checkout. I used it successfully 1 time in 10 of the last trips to Home Depot. The app gets stuck on military discount program and refuses to open. I have closed it, reinstalled it. Never works. I had an associate that was working the self checkout area (there are no actual cashiers) and she was able to do an override. I didn't get a discount because it was building materials (MDF 2 x 4, and some pipe). That part is irrelevant. She said they will eventually do away with associate overrides and be solely reliant on the app to verify the barcode. It could all be fixed by issues a physical card with a bar code on it and have an associate verify the ID of the purchaser. Probably not going back since the whole part of the military discount program is not not be the VA and jump through 15 hoops to get %10 off on SOME purchases.Just pathetic.

Done I'm a lowes guy now these insufferable workers. Tired or prices not being updated and they act like your stupid for wanting to pay the price displayed. Will not go back.

They are turning into Walmart. Only have self check out, except in garden area. For us Military folks trying to get our discount is a hassle. Have to log into the app, and do several steps to get to discount QR code. Most times you cannot connect and have to go to their wifi, which takes several steps. Going to go to Lowes. Much easier to ship there. Do not recommend unless you just have to go.

I went to pick up paint and got it in less than 5 minutes. The lady team member that assisted me (wish I would have gotten her name) was also extremely helpful, although she was very busy and assisting other customers she took the time to take my information to add me to the store promotions and discounts list, which it's very helpful as I am continuously working on remodeling and decorating. I was provided with excellent customer service and I'd like to thank her and will when I come back to the store.

I'm a veteran and it's the 4th July I tried to get a discount there because I'm a veteran and they wanted me to have my phone in with me and I didn't bring my phone in with me but I had my VA card my American legion card my dog tags and I have Navy tattoos all over my arms and they didn't give me my veterans discount you would think on the 4th of July they would be more patriotic to the veterans I think I will start going to Lowe's now instead at least they support veterans there

Went to Home Depot today for an Arctic Air which we got along with a few more items. The amazing thing is we had employees who came up to us and asked if we needed help which of course we did. Now! That is the number one thing I love in a place of business is employees who help their customers. Had help in the wet/vac section, help in the air conditioning section and the last impression was at checkout. Our cashier was absolutely amazing, cheerful and made us feel very important. She even asked us if we wanted to have warranties on our purchases, which surprised us because a few other cashiers never asked, we had to ask them. She even told me what to do on registering my purchases for the warranties. I don't remember the 2 gentlemen's names who helped us but one was Navajo and the other was Caucasian. The cashier's name was Linda. All in all I had 3 excellent employees who took the time to help us out. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Ordered on the sixth, received via FedEx on the ninth. Amazon Prime might deliver something in a week these days! Thanks Home Depot, by the way the item I ordered was half the price it was on Amazon.

Got there at closing time, but was allowed to run around and get all the goodies that I needed. The associate was so accommodating, she even helped load up and got me all ready to roll. Thank you Home Depot.

I don't know what it is about these Box stores but you cannot find anyone to help you whatsoever. Most of the time you ask for help they just tell you it's over there in this Isle or that Isle and when you get there it's not there of course. I go to Ace Hardware when I can super friendly staff Always asking if you need help and walking you right to the item you're asking for.

10/2020 update:This place is so different than it was. The current times changes most of their personnel, most have no clue about anything. Unfortunately if you need more then just finding a product that’s supposed to be on the shelf, most of their workers won’t know how to help you. They will give you advice, but it’s probably the wrong one.. As an example, the new guy in electrical was telling a customer that you can cut and splice an Ethernet cord. Yeah, physically you can, but you definitely shouldn’t if you know at least the basic..Expect to wait forever for curbside pick up, and expect to wait forever to check out (there’s usually a line even on self checkout)Most departments have great service. Mike at electrical is my go-to for electrical help, Judy in paint knows everything I ever needed to know about paint, and Crystal in the pro desk is very helpful. There has been changes of management, so don't expect consistency. Don't trust their online stock, they aren't very good at inventory management (200+ in stock, 0 on shelf, and they can't find any). I love that they have self checkout, and I don't need to wait to pay like the blue competitor. My go-to for most things. Unless they don't have it, or I can get it cheaper online (they don't price-match unless it's in stock at a local store, and not Harbor Freight)

I never have a good experience at Home Depot no matter which Home Depot I use but sometimes you need stuff that you can't find anywhere else you don't want to order online don't expect any help from the employees though at any Home Depot

Everytime I go into this place, I feel welcome and there's always several different associates that check on me to make sure that I'm finding everything ok and wanting to help me in any way possible. Hat's off to the management of this Home Depot, crew performance is a direct reflection of leadership and the employees at this store are top notch.

This place really frustrates me. You can hardly ever find anybody to help you. And this self checkout this is b******* You do not pay me to work there. I am a handicap person and they expect me to do this by myself. Bad business
