I am so glad the online ordering pick up is great here they have a lot of parking more room and it’s away from the entrance where there’s a lot of people going in and out and not even in your way when you back up your vehicle, I like it keep it up and keep up the good work too.

All their swim stuff is on sell. And I have been looking for a planner high and low. For $20 I found hard cover notebook sized planner. I'm in love with the planner and have received many complements. Their clothes are pretty decent as well. In such a small town good fashion is hard to find so I am living at target.

In the phone department, a young man named Dallas was a tremendous help after I bought a new phone & needed help with it. He was patient and courteous, answering all my questions and he helped get it set up to use the Square for sales.

Poor experience. I drove an hour to pick up my item, a gift for my son, and the box was damaged and in poor condition. When asked why the box was damaged the employee said, “I have no idea”, a poor response for customer service. The online review by Target kept malfunctioning which irritated me even more. Oh yeah, I drove an hour to for this Target. I should have spent my money at Walmart in Durango, CO.

Customer service representative was very rude to my daughter, then threw the items ordered on the counter and they almost hit my daughter. Will not recommend pick up in store orders because of the way she was treated while picking up the newborn formula I ordered for her.

The girl was so sweet, and very personable! She knew who I was before I even pulled up which was impressive since this was my first time doing pick up. It was already cold out and looked super busy but she greeted us with a smile and left us with a joke. Seriously the best pickup experience with any store!

I visited this store in Oct. 2021. Every staff member I encountered, from when I entered the store, to browsing, to checking out, greeted me in a friendly, helpful way. All of them deserve to be commended (and given a raise)! Thank you for making this out-of-towner feel welcomed. It really makes a huge difference. I was in town due to the death of a family member, so I was feeling fragile. A kind greeting and patience go such a long way & you never know what someone is going through. Additionally, the store was clean as a whistle!

They’ve been getting better everytime I go there! Lately the service has been so nice and I love that I’m greeted at the door and even during self checkout someone is there to help me! The best employee I’ve met there so far is a ginger sister which is one of the sweetest people you’ll meet!

I only needed some gym shorts for my son, that I saw online- available at our local Target. I ordered them, they had them ready super quick! I drove over, I didn't even have to get out! It was super fast service! Loved it!

We got a few items that were placed over the clearance price. When wanting a refund they refund less then the amount we bought it for. The lady at refund was not helpful just saying I don’t know how to get the full refund and this is how it will be.

Today was my first time doing the drive up and they were so quick to get my order out. Unfortunately upon getting home I opened my bag to see it was the wrong order. I called guest services and they let me know they would have my correct bag when I returned. We started the car and drove back to town through snow and ice to park in the drive up space again. After calling guest services and nobody picking up, I waved down a worker. I'm so glad Luke turned his head for us. We let him know what happened and he penguin-walked back inside with the bag of wrong items and came right back out with my correct one. I wish I could give him (and all other workers) something in return for working this time of season with wet shoes and upset customers because he was so nice and willing to help. Thank you, Luke! Stay safe and stay warm :o)

Great customer service. I just wish they would stock half the amount of clothing for boys as they do for girls. They had an entire wall of girls sandals and several aisles of girls tennis shoes, dress shoes, etc. They had 5 tennis shoes for boys. And 3 sandals for toddler boys (2 designs. 3 shoes total). Nothing for older boys and I couldn't find any shoes for men either. Target moms shop for their sons too! They typically have multiple choices of holiday attire for girls and little or nothing for boys.

Tell The Guy Over In Café He’s Doing A Fast Job To Keep It Up He Was Running Around And Got Everything Ready For Me In A Timely Matter & We Love His Popcorn Always. He Is So Nice To His Guest Always Fill Up The Take Home Bag Full Of Popcorn He Always Has Fresh Hot Ready To Eat Pizza Out For His Guest We Miss Him Working Over There Now That He’s In Market. (12/20/19) Went for Christmas items and ended up in the makeup area where a lovely and sweet lady was giving out samples!! Me and sister got one and in the process she had told us about a face wash she used that works magic and helped alot with her acne. This furthering the conversation,she showed us the face wash and explained how she used it and how it works. I would have never brought this brand or wash alone,however I brought it and I am certainly enjoying it!!! Thank you kind lady!!!!!

Its ok, lots of empty shelves and they are currently going through a remodel. Will be nice when all of that is done. The food section is very small and I really can't see myself making a trip to grocery shop there. Might be nice if I was there anyway and needed to grab something.

This Target was a dump at 9:00 am. Filthy. Clothes piled on the shelves not folded just bunched up. Trash on floor. So gross I didn't want to buy anything. Yuck.

I love Target they would get five stars if they would change their policy about bathroom use. I rarely shop there because I don't want to share my bathroom with someone who is not female. Until this changes I will only go in and grab the one thing that I can only get from there and leave :-( I wish they would I like your clothes I like your products but I can't shop there :-(

I would give Target more stars if it weren't for the overpowering caramel corn type scent they pipe into their stores. The smell gives headaches to everyone in our family to the point that we need to take Tylenol whenever shopping there. We would go there more often if the scent were not so strong. As it is, we go there about once a year for school shopping because that's all we can handle. Target, you have good customer service and a nice selection, but PLEASE stop scenting your store!!!!

I love Target, just not the Farmington, NM location. The restroom is always disgusting, always. I'm sure the staff do the best they can but a good portion of the store seems quite disorderly much of the time as well. I think maybe this location need a larger operations budget to adequately recover during busy times.

Target carries everything from clothes to food, including fresh vegetables and meat. The store has a lot of baby items, books, electronics and more. Also very clean .

Store gets messy at times during the weekend shopping madness. On the other hand, I dig the dollar bins near the front entrance. Reminds me of Five Below. Anyway, I recommend coming here during back to school shopping in August. A lot of great deals on Target Up&Up brand for stationery goods. Overall, if you are a trendy yuppie kid or a soccer mom Karen, this is the place for you to shop.

Less stressful place to shop than Walmart. Good prices and lots of good products. Not a good place to shop for gourmet cooking. The produce section can be sad at times. Good place for busy families who need to assemble a meal as quick as possible though. Lots of heat-and-eat options. Also a good place to grab a snack like pretzel or popcorn or a personal pizza or get a cup of coffee at the in-store Starbucks. There are tons good clearance sales on the end caps.
