They are rude and unprofessional... called for appt. any day this week. She said bring at 12. I said why at 12 he goes to lunch 12 -1 and the dogs are left alone in a cage; so she said bring at 1. Took my dog in at 1; he told me he has a schedule and will no longer bend it for me. Hellooooooooo. Then he threw yes threw my dog into a cage and continued to wave his schedule in my face. I took my dog and will not return. Hate to think what they do to our beloved furr babies when we are not there.

Prices are really affordable. They do a great job at grooming puppies. Going to start bringing my puppies here rather than Petco.

Rude and unfriendly!! She told me to never bring my dog back as he was too much for her and not once did they say my 2 year old corgi was too big, let alone that they only did very small dogs!!! I tipped her anyway on top of the $35.75 they charged me for the horrible wash they did. I gave her the tip and told them “I’m sorry I thought you guys were a professional service”! Walked out with my sweet timid corgi that I rescued from the humane society and as a matter of fact I’d be crazy to take him back to that awful unfriendly place.

They do wonderful work clipping my dog. 1st time wasn't sure it was him. Lil'bit is 9.5 lbs of pure love. Very impressed wirh them.

Do not bring your dog here. This is the worst experience I've had at a groomer. Very unprofessional and worst customer service. Extremely rude to me. Makes me wonder what treatment my dog received while I left him there with these angry, unhappy people.
