Placed an order for 6 pizzas ahead of time, when I went to pick them up they somehow misplaced our order ticket and yelled that we needed to get in line and reorder. Meaning our pizzas weren’t going to be ready for a 5 year olds birthday party. Needless to say they lost our business and I hope they get their act together for the sake of others

Did an online pickup and I thought I was renewing my membership and I guess I hit upgrade instead. My membership was due in a week and the upgrade was $60! When I contacted customer online support to see why it was still telling me I still needed to renew, they informed me I upgraded instead of renewed. I asked them if I could just transfer the upgrade to a renewal, seeing how my membership was going to expire in a few days. Online support told me there was nothing they could do. I left a not nice review and Sams Club responded right away, they told me to go into the club and they would take care of things for me. I went into our Farmington, NM location and they refunded me my money and gave me no hassle about it. Great Customer service, I won’t deal with the online support, I’ll go directly into the store if I ever have problems. Thank you!

Check out stinks!!! Put your checkers back at the registers. Watched an elderly woman struggling to get her groceries out of her cart, scanned and into another cart while your 1 checker walked back and forth not offering to help her but hell bent on upgrading everyone's cards. And yes others stepped in to try to help her! For your prices you would expect decent customer service!!!

Sam's offers scan and go on their Sam's Club app, which allows for a easier time to shop. Smooth transition in its app allows for you to not double scan or mess up on your order.Plan on buying alcohol? Well their app allows you to check out and show your identification at the door.Make sure you use their app... so fast and convenient and you get in and out right away. Plus they have all the great necessities like Steak, Paper Towels and Coffee stocked Oh and make sure you bring your mask to wear in the store. If not, no worries the staff at the front door has extras incase you forgot yours!Sam's is doing a great job protecting their employees and the public!

Busy and hard to find stuff,ines at check out too. Lady that checked us out was pleasant. Like everywhere since Covid was out of some stuff we went in for, but that seems to be the normal thing anymore.

Nice Sam’s Club, friendly employees. Store was clean, a lot of demo foods today. Two problems I see with this store though deal with the outside. First, the parking spots are really narrow which is surprising for the amount of pickup owners in this area. Second is the fuel pumps, they are supposed to be directional as the arrows on the ground indicate but we found it was a free for all of people going whatever way they want just so they don’t have to wait in line to get fuel.

Sams club has & will always be a staple of mine. I love that they carry bulk items. This store is always clean everytime I am there, which is pretty often. Employees are polite. The sams club app is a big help with their SCAN & GO app. Your able to scan your groceries as you go and you simply check out with your debit/credit card that you have to put in the app in order to check out. The food court is still as amazing as it was before Covid 19. The hot dogs & 4 Berry frozen yogurts are out of this world. I highly recommend even if you just go in to get a quick bite. 😋 Food court employee are amazing, they always have such great attitude. Overall Sams club is great to get what you need your able to get in and out without any hassle.👌👍

Don’t get me wrong I love Sam’s club but! They need to changed there policies on the no pets to yes pet’s because some of us have pets and no one can’t take care of them I have a very tiny dog she’s a 4lb 2 years old Yorkie and she sits in her lil bag not bothering anyone! And I took her in and I got chased out!! In the heat do you know how Hot it is out here!! Man I just wished they let pets in!!

I personally don’t recommend this location to anyone, the staff was ridiculously rude because their was an issue with our membership card and they didn’t handled it professionally for only 3 items. The blond lady just started yelling as if we had hard of hearing and chased us out of the store. Her body language was very intense like she’s part of a gang.

Love it here. Friendly, courteous, helpful staff and ask if I need help with anything. Scan and go is a big plus for checking out when it's super busy! Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures while here

This review is ONLY for the GAS station. It is absolutely the WORSE I've ever been to. They regularly allow people to pull -up to the gas pumps from any direction, cutting off people who are waiting in line following the arrows and signs. I see this happening all the time almost causing an accidents, and most definitely causing some road-rage!

Years ago, I am told, Sam Walton himself came to visit the original Sam’s Club on one of his private, surprise inspections and, upon seeing how busy it was, immediately called for it’s relocation to make it bigger and with much more parking. If he was to come back from the dead and visit again, he would likely say the same thing. The store is now incredibly small compared to the inventory it is trying to carry, is confusing, and the parking, especially the disabled parking, is very busy. Otherwise it is the same, friendly place I remember from 20 years ago. It just needs help. Sam Walton, you chose well.

Scan and go is great, but always have issues with my receipt leaving the store. Impossible to get assistance at self check if you need it. Store is usually well stocked and clean.

Self check out is rough sometimes. It's hard for me to hear the scanner sound with so many other noises around me. So consequently I missed a couple of items accidently. I thought I had scanned 1 item twice, but I didn't even get it. The ladies up front were kind and understanding. I felt foolish, but like they reassured me, "It happens."

This Sam’s sucks. The curbside system is a complete mess. Order is late by 1.5 hours. They are out of so many things, even if they said they had them in stock online. Several items that I needed were cancelled last minute. No one seems to know what’s going on.

Some days is a better experience then others. The food court was ridiculous today though. No grab and go items. A ton of soda flavors were out of order. The vanilla ice cream broken. The chocolate ice cream took forever. The old lady working the register was rude. Then in the store there was a lot of opened and busted opened packages.

The next time I visit this store, I will make sure it is not the busiest time for the store. That said, the isles were fairly well stocked, other than the toilet paper. Waited 20-30 minutes after finding an associate to get the clearly visible paper down from the top shelves, the rest of the shopping experience was alright. The store is clean and checkout was fast.

Bad experience with the hiring process. I went in for an interview and was surprised because they were interviewing me for a position I didn't even apply for, nor was I qualified for. Apparently the original position I applied for wasn't available anymore and I was not told beforehand. I was then denied a few days later, so it was a complete waste of time. 🙄

We went on Monday morning. When we arrived it wasn't busy but by the time we were ready to check out a lot of people had arrived.They had one open check stand. The line was crazy long. You could use the self checkout if you were paying via credit.Having only one checker is unbelievable. When it gets this busy and you have 15-20 customers waiting to be checked out, all associates need to be called up to open more check stands.Come on Sam's, don't be like walmart.
