Knowledgeable and kind staff - good people who love animals work there. I went looking for pet CBD drops to make my hospice dog more comfortable. They had what I needed and the clerk gave practical and compassionate advice on how I could help my fur-baby until she crossed the rainbow bridge. I am so appreciative and would recommend this shop a million times over!

I think this place is a great place to find the thing that other pet stores don't have. Except for tortoise things, lol. But not many places have those around here either. But very friendly with a great atmosphere!

The owner was helpful. Our dog had been running in Bisti Badlands the day prior and her paws were torn up and she was very worn out. We went there asking what she would recommend. She recommended the balm and booties to hold the balm to her paws. Also puppy aspirin. Next day and Dottie is back to normal :) she was also very personable. Very caring towards animals, you can tell by talking to her.

Such a lovely pet store with knowledgeable, caring staff. My pup loves coming in here. They have an excellent selection of everything you may need for pups and kitties. Prices are reasonable and their recommendations have been super helpful.

The only place we take our dogs! They did a birthday photo (and add it to their insta) and walked us through different products. They also have dog beers, dog ice cream, and popcorn that u can take home. 10/10

Took my pupper Jason in for a visit and to buy some goodies. Very nice lady waited on us. Helped by looking into possibly starting to carry his most favorite treat. Very well organized, great selection, super clean! She even gave him a treat bag to try new treats. Highly recommended!!

I can't say enough about Ruff Haus. The customer service is exemplary. They have everything you need for cats and dogs, and if she doesn't have exactly what you need Lora will get it for you. Stop shopping box box stores for your pet supplies and support local. You'll never go back to Petco again.
