I thought this was an average Ross. But they still have great deals like always. The store was a little busier I'm assuming due to the holiday shopping. But all the staff were polite professional and courteous. The line was ridiculous but the Professionals of the cash register took care of it and I was in line Less Than 3 minutes. Keep up the good work guys!

I love this store. They always have new things and great prices. I just hate the way that I get looked at like I'm stealing or doing something shady. It's ridiculous and disrespectful having people from the store watch you while you're trying to pick something out, like over my shoulder. I take offense to it which I should. I will definitely be calling a different manager tomorrow.

I'm always happy to stop in at Ross'. I went looking for 3 items a mid size purse, a long sleeve t shirt and a pair of lounge pants. I was able to find them all at reasonable prices, and used the rest room. Myself and 2 other customers did have to call for customer service to unlock for us. Thanks, Ross.

I decided to stop in to look for a bed for my Boston at Ross. I have been looking for some time for a comfortable bed for her. Walmart has been out of her size for over half a year. I was really surprised on the selections that they offered in beds from Lil bitty ones to great big bed pads. I would recommend Ross for pet needs. They have an assortment of pet harnesses & leashes to pet clothes for your fur babies. There's a good assortment of toys as well. The prices are reasonable & affordable. . Check it out if you happen to be at the Animas Valley Mall.

Oh buddy do we love this store. We thoroughly enjoy going to Ross when we have the opportunity. I really enjoy their selection of ladies cosmetics and hygiene products. I've bought all my hair care products there for over a year and never been disappointed. If you haven't been there you have to go.

Not much of a selection for women unless you don't care about what you wear... This store mainly caters to young women....the plus size section had short short shorts, midriff tops, see through tops...I miss the time past when I could find nice tops, pants etc.. especially when one is on a tight budget....but it's all good!Did find a wall decor and 1 nice top...will return!! You never know things may change.

I went shopping with a friend for baby stuff, we found everything plus some, lol. We wandered around looking and chatting then we head to the check out line there were two cashiers that were checking people out they look up see us and then leave no explanation or anything, Very unprofessional, the returns lady had to take care of us. She was extremely professional, Thank you for that. But the other two 😒 I've worked in stores before as a cashier and would have NEVER taken a break/lunch or whatever when I had customers waiting, by choice. They could have at least given an explanation but NOTHING. That is why the 2 stars.

Clean and well organized. Only complaint is that there was quite a line to check out. Only one cashier and she was on the register at the service desk. I had a return and stood there waiting while she waited on 3 or 4 people from the other line. All the while a manager stood in the service desk area, talking on the phone. I thought she might have gotten on another register to move things along, but no. There is always a long line and not enough cashiers. Many times I've put my items back because I didn't want to stand in the line so long.

There's clearance in pretty much every section with crazy low prices. Lots of kitchen gadgets and equipment at great prices. They keep it pretty well organized. Plenty of cell phone accessories (cases, chargers, battery packs, etc) at good prices.

this is a great place to find just about any thing for the house, kids, and just about everyone. they have great deals on name brand clothes and shoes. I just got my hiking shoes that were 120.00 for 22.00. it is worth checking out.

I love Ross. There very organized, have a wonderful kind staff, lines weren’t that long, bathrooms were clean, home decor was beautiful and organized too, clothes were affordable, I was able to get everything for myself without any issues, fitting room lady was very kind. Really love spending my time here

I usually like Ross, but idk the store here in Farmington doesn't seem to have much that fits my interests. Not to mention the shoes don't have a big selection.(in my size) But that's about it.

Clothing styles are cute... just never have close to my size. Also if you guys are supposed to open at 10 am do so... drawers and staff should be ready to go by that time...

Used to be one of my fav places. Its dirty now and cant find anything no ppl on floor to help dont use fitting room ugh. Clean it up and hire more ppl to keep racks up to sizes. Sorry guys but im not the only ocd need in n out mum.

I didn't have too bad a time there. It was just very meh. The store was full and they only felt the need to have the smaller fitting rooms in the front of the store open instead of the back ones

Dressing rooms need to be addressed at this location. It's insane. Confusing, untidy, dirty. Needs some attention for sure!! But otherwise, it's Ross.

This is the best place that my families shop at. Love everything about this. Good things and good stuff. The only place that I shop for most of my household stuff.
