Been going in for over a year to have my pups nails clipped. Got there today and for some reason they took 3 dogs that came in after me first. They were smaller dogs but I don't really understand why they go first.Left without getting her nails done.Very unprofessional and I won't begoing back.

Our pup,Wickett, loves to be groomed and to have play time with her "friends"! The staff calls her by name and makes her feel extra special during her grooming time. She always comes home with a special bandana. At the end of the day, the staff actually gets down and plays with the pooches! Great place to take your fur babies!

The staff was great as they scheduled my long haired mini dachshunds for a full grooming and clipped their long black nails. They managed to not nick the quick in any of their nails, which is very difficult, I know from experience! They did not charge an extra fee for needing to have two staff to trim each of my under ten lb dogs, which is generally been my experience. All of the groomers talked about how cute they were and how well behaved they were, when not getting their nails trimmed. I had a fantastic experience with them and can hardly wait until I can go back to have the girls get groomed!

I refuse to take my pups to any other groomer! Every single one of these lady’s are amazing at what they do and take pride in each dog they groom! They love all the dogs that come in the shop like they love their own. Not to mention every single one of those lady’s are certified in everything they do!! Amazing customer service, every time I come into the salon all I see are smiles and happy puppies! Highly recommend bringing your pup here for anything you need!!

I love this place. They are so good with my 2 weenie dogs. I used to go to Animal Haven to have the vets trim my dogs nails and they would sometimes clip her quick. I and my dog would be upset and not to mention pay up to $25 depending on who does it. SMH. I was happy Pretty Pooch was there and they know and love animals. One my dogs is older and absolutely doesn't like anyone touching her paws. Lol but this place definitely helped with knowing how to manage my dog and use a filer sometimes. Plus it's $5 for just a nail trim!!! Recommend this place. They also washed and shaved my cat whose never been shaved as well. So they know what they are doing.👌🏽😻❤🐶

Honestly the best ppl around! They care so much for there clients and they actually care about the whole well-being of your dog/cat and they are making a difference I see these people post about not "dematting" there dog, why should they demat your poor fur baby?? That's just cruel! Or why make your old dog have an amazing groom when it's so hard for them to be on the table as it is and get groomed and that's why I love these ladies cause it's humanity over vanity they genuinely care!!. And honestly they are the only ones certified through an actual dog and cat association ( ipg) and cpr certified which I think all grooming salons should be! With all th dogs dying in corporate businesses and they give there groomers a class through the corporate business not through an actual certifier through a main dog organization like ipg or akc! And that's exactly what pretty pooch did they went through a main certifier through a dog corporation that is well known through the UK and the America

Been going to pretty pooch for years. My grandma takes her pet to the same place/groomer. Everyone has been great every single time! I like that even though my dogs dont like baths, their treated as if my pets were theirs! Their very well taken care of, loved on and i like its a " family like" environment from mine to theirs. I have a friendship with our groomer and i respect that! They also will help with any other pet related suggestions and their always know how and what to do for any grooming needs for the individual animal :).

Pretty Pooch does a great job on our cocker spaniel. She has never come home with raw spots that we have experienced at other groomers. The staff is friendly and our girl does not have a problem going in. I always recommend Pretty Pooch to my friends!

This is the only place I take my Luna. She is a St. Bernard/ Lab mix. She always gets so nervous going in there because she’s afraid of baths and her nails being touched BUT the ladies at pretty pooches always welcome her so calmly and in a friendly manner. They have earned her trust there. For how big my dog is, I’d always assumed it would cost a lot but it’s only $45-50! That includes bathed, a de shed treatment, dried, nails trimmed, and brushed (which is work in itself because of how much she sheds). The de shed treatment works wonders for at least a month or more depending on the season. I always recommend this place and will never stop bringing her there 😊

I did my own trim on my mini schnauzer while everything was closed up and It turned out pretty good, but his paws and nails were a mess. I brought him in to this place a couple weeks ago. They didn’t even try to save any of his skirt which wasn’t very matted Aside from his beard, the cut was pretty bad. Lots of missed chunks of hair here and there. We won’t be back.

Just picked up my two dogs and they look AMAZING. They did such a wonderful job on the cut style. Very polite and filled me in on what they did when I arrived. Definitely bringing my dogs here from now on:)

I've been going to Marcy for years. I had some "difficult" dogs that hated going to the groomer or the vet or anywhere, really. When I took em there the 1st time, I went to pick them up, and Marcy was loving on my grouchy little female. Those dogs have long since passed on, but I then got a pup, and Marcy and he had a special relationship. He died last year, and I think she misses him! That's saying something. The earlier dogs I had went thru some really bad times with groomers. Never again.She loves the dogs. It's that simple, yet that important. All the other groomers there are great too, it's just that I'm most familiar with Marcy, and she's a special lady. You can trust her with your babies. I love going there and seeing the dogs roaming around, perfectly comfortable there. I'm sure it's not that simple, animals are hard work, but it looks like they're happy, so that makes me happy! I'd never take my babies anywhere else.

Highly recommend this place! They did an awesome job grooming my 1 year old shy rottie. Was a little nervous dropping her off but they put her right at ease and took very good care of her. I will, of course, be bringing her back. I have all the confidence in the world that they will take good care of my pooch every time.

The most important thing to me is that my dogs are safe, and not afraid. I have owned or been owned by (lol) miniature schnauzers for about 30 years. My first pair who were joined by an old man schnauzer after Mom died and Dad moved away, weren't socialized. It was before we knew lol. Max and Lily hated vets and groomers, and yet Marcie had no issues to speak of (or at least my dogs didn't seem unhappy). I just felt like Marcie was special. I lost those older ones, and my heart broke. They died in a close time frame to one another. Then I got Goblin..what can I say about Goblin? Too much, so I won't. But he bonded with Marcie (and probably all the ladies) right away, and would get really happy when I would say her name. He knew her by name. She was so good to me and little Goblin, I won't ever forget that. I believe her heart hurt too when I lost him at 5.5 years. She's just special. Now when I take Raider and Maggie in there, I feel like they're safe. They're with a special groomer. Her team is wonderful, too. Very nice people, who work with you and just seem to understand the special weirdness in this breed. Each breed has its own vagaries, and these wonderful people just seem to understand, and to care. So thannk you, PPKT, and Marcie, for your hold on my Goblin's heart. And for making me feel good about leaving them with your wonderful team. Just thanks, for everything. They are my world, and I think maybe one day you will like Raider almost as much as you did my Gobs!

30 dollars to get my dog groomed .... I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and she said she will try. I picked her up and took her home only to notice they did such a horrible job. The only reason I took her here is because my groomer was booked and she needed a cut. I took her to my lady and she fixed everything. They didn’t clip her nails , they left hairs uneven all over her. I will never go back or recommend this place to anybody.

We have to pick random pet groomers as we live full time in an RV. The folks here really welcomed our dogs and they have a free range kenneling system that really made me happy. The dogs got a beautiful groom and my favorite so far on the road.

This is the best grooming facility in the Four Corners. My spoiled Cocker always looked beautiful, was taken care of with love, and actually looked forward to being groomed here. No one does a better job than Marcie and her crew.
