Janet always does an amazing job with blue. I was a little upset when I brought him in for an appointment and they told me they were closed. However when I called to ask for availability Janet scheduled him the next morning which was amazing of her! His nails are always trimmed and neat. She fixed his haircut because of it being hot I tried to trim it myself. She always makes sure we like cut and she always asks if there are any additional adjustments when I arrive. We love Janet!

If I could give a zero I would. They are rude not to mention 3 hours to groom a 20lb short haired dog. I called and made an appointment they did tell me 1.5 to 3 hours, however when I got there they said it would be 3 hours not sure what happens to the 1.5 hours. They didn’t say it would be 1.5 to 3 hours that they would call when she was ready. They told me to come back in 3 hours. I figured when They were done they would call. Yet they didn’t give me that choice . Then I am told they have other customers to deal with and have to stop in between to take care of them! I feel like if I am a paying customer I should be taken care of uninterrupted (and expressed that). I however could pay extra for this service . Wow pay extra to be treated the way a customer should already be treated. I was asked to leave because I had an attitude. I was not welcome there. I never used foul language or disrespected them. I however showed my irritation at the 3 hours.I then asked for a manager basically he said the same thing. Then said he would go talk to her and see if they would still be willing to help me. The manager knows me well considering I buy all my pet supplies there. I waited a bit then decided I would do it myself. I went in and told the lady. I was going to go ahead and leave. I will NEVER step foot in a Petco again. Anything I can buy there I can get on amazon. There are a lot of groomers in this area that can do just as good for a lot less.Thanks Petco

I have two dogs and one has special needs. Noel not only makes both of my dogs look, smell, and feel great, she also makes sure the one that needs extra special gentle care gets it. I love Noel and have definitely recommended her to family and friends.

My dog is not used to being groomed so he was not easy to deal with I'm sure. The groomers did a very good job and didn't complain about him. He came back clean and fresh and smelling great

After trying to get dog bathing services 3 separate times, and being told that there is no appointments, it’s walk in only, by a very snotty employee....I show up with my dog at opening hours, only to be told it’s appointment only, and this location is booked thru the entire month. 1star means there was no option of ZERO stars
