Solid prices, super friendly staff, and a good selection among most product types. If you are looking for a smaller version of Trader Joes or Whole Foods, this is the closest that you'll probably get in the area. Their food section could use improvement and expanding, but given space constraints and building size, I think it's proportionate and solid all things considered. They also have a nice selection of nutritional needs such as supplements and vitamins as well as bio-cleaners that most stores don't carry.

This is a worst store and the worst employees I've ever had to deal with. They have done nothing but lie and be deceitful and rude. When asking about a product, they said they put it on. Hold for me and the truck was late. They said the truck came in the truck. Didn't come in then. They said it was delivered u. P. Yes. Then they took it and said they'd hold 3 bottles for me. Then when I came in to see if it was in. They were rude and this is a worst store i've ever been in Then they said that they never even had ahold order for me. And I talked to Taylor who said she would put it on the manager's desk This has been going on for over a week. They really need to get different employees

The worst I had to go in there and pick up some medicine for my daughter and I and the whole time I was being followed around like I was some kind of criminal watching some young kid with long curly hair I think his name is Jacob , jumping and bouncing around talking bad about me, called my daughter ugly ran upstairs told the head cashier the guy with the glasses who’s extremely not nice to watch me..he treated me horrible. This head cashier really needs extra training on how to treat customers…. And who calls a two-year-old little girl ugly that is the worst thing ever to say to a baby this place is a joke talk about drama from hell I’m surprised this place hasn’t been investigated with all the nonsense that goes on here they should get better management

I always shop here for organic produce and products. I have been shopping here for about 5 years now. I highly recommend Natural Grocers if you want the freshest organic produce in the area. Not only that, their vitamin section is huge, with even more organic options.

I love this place. The manager is so nice as well as the cashier's. I always find such great products. I was in looking for corn seeds, but like everywhere else they were out. But I found more than I came in for. It's always stocked and organized.

Friendly and well stocked. Customer service was outstanding. Only store that carried Quorn meatless Roast. Stayed on hold with Smith's for over 7 minutes when they failed to come back to me. I was finally disconnected. NOT so good service!!!

Always a good experience when we go there. Clerks are very helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend themto anyone seeking natural foods and medicines. They also have good prices and they have a rewards club.

I was reluctant to come here because of the negative reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. The prices are more fair than other natural food stores in the area, a great selection of gluten-free products, and helpful staff. I guess if you compare the prices to Walmart, then yes, they are a little more pricey, but it’s a specialty store that will carry more options. I will definitely be coming back here.

I like going into this store because it makes me feel healthier. I don't really ever buy anything. I just soak up the healthy vibes, smile and go on my merry way. Sometimes one can catch the local inebriated guys engaging in fisticuffs out in the parking lot. That's not too cool unless you're into that kind of stuff. I'd give more stars if the food in this store wasn't so expensive.

It's a little different... If your not "one if them" it's easy to get lost in there. Overall pretty nice employees, tho you do have to go out of your way to ask them for help, they don't just offer. Good experience.

The early hours for us older or compromised shoppers is appreciated. The staff and shoppers all wearing masks and practicing physical distancing along with extra sanitizing has been honored. This matters and the same great and healthy products are still available. Good job Natural Grocers

Speaking from experience, the price for healthy groceries are considerably low here... they are much higher at other health food stores. Farmington is very blessed to have Natural Grocers. I love that sales are for 1 month instead of just a week. Staff is almost always very helpful. I do wish they were open early for people who need to stop in before work.

This is a nice place to visit for something new and unique. However I don't think most people in Farmington would make it there go to grocery shopping spot. Right across the street is a Smith's with probably more variety of products. Natural Grocers is a great place if you're looking for gluten-free products.

I love having a store that specializes in natural and organic food, vitamins, hygiene supplies, etc. The employees are very nice and helpful. Be prepared the prices are a little high, but you can find some good deals.
