Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a home maintenance/repair technician. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable and able to identify our issue quickly and accurately, and took the time to thoroughly explain and ensure my understanding of the factors that caused the situation and our options to rectify it. He also clearly explaining pricing options and the excellent customer service policies of this business. Work was performed exactly as discussed in advance, timely, and and for a fair price. I am extremely grateful for the expertise and professionalism shown by Jeremy and the whole M&R Service team. Fingers crossed there are no more leaks or other plumbing troubles in our near future, but when the next one occurs, I will absolutely be calling M&R with confidence in their ability to fix it! Would recommend to anyone looking for fair, fast, and quality service in the Farmington NM area!Edit: We had a follow-up issue about two weeks after our initial service call. Sam and Andrew came out and spent several hours ensuring the matter was fully resolved, and were extremely gracious and technically skilled in doing so. I am consistently impressed with the quality of this business’s customer care and honorable business practices, specifically in this instance by honoring a warranty on previous work to completely make things right with our plumbing rather than just replacing the one part that had failed again. So grateful to know there is a dependable and trustworthy team at M&R, and for how kind everyone we have interacted with has been.

Tito & Andrew were awesome!! I have never had service so detailed, they even took apart my swamp cooler to deep clean it and made sure all parts were working properly. Very friendly, very polite and helpful in every way. They were GREAT at their job. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I hired M&R to replace an old hot water heater with a new tankless hot water heater. They did a fantastic job. Johnathon, Cory and Gene were great. The job could have easily spanned into a second day but the worked late and finished in one. Everything went smoothly and i highly recommend working with M&R.

The crew (Tito, Andrew and Noah) came out to my apartment and serviced my air conditioner and they did an amazing job! They were professional and took time out to answer my questions and to make sure everything was done properly. As far as a rating for the crew a 10/10 and for the job they did also a 10/10! Chandler was awesome! Explained things very clearly and gave me several different options as far as how to proceed. Answered all my questions and even took the effort to get things clarified with some things he wasn’t sure about. I’ve had a bunch of plumbers out to our house since we bought it and he was definitely the most helpful.

Dylan from M & R Plumbing Service is awesome! He came a day earlier than scheduled after hearing we had no water! It was just for an estimate but he got it fixed the same day. Great service. Also explained what he was going to do before and showed me what he had done after. Highly recommended.

Sam is an awesome plumber! Very courteous and very polite! He took time to explain exactly what he was going to do to locate the leak, and what repairs would be done once the leak was found. He took pictures and explain to me all that was going to be detailed in the email to me. We also discussed replacing my water heater and he gave me a quote. I highly recommend Sam and hope he will come back to install my water heater. Very satisfied customer! Thank you!

I was surprised at the quickness oh R & M’s response to the problem of our water heater going out. Jeramy arrived sooner than anticipated and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Alec and Josh and crew did a great job finishing the replacement of our sewage line with the pull in place section. Alec, Josh and crew are very professional, communicate well, are very polite, do a complete job and clean up when they are done very well. There have been many moving parts to this job for us, and the work and coordinating that the whole crew at M&R has done has been excellent. We are very happy with the job that they have done and the time that they took to get the job done correctly. We will definitely call M&R Plumbing again for any plumbing issues we have in the future! Gene did a very excellent job. Half my house didn't have electricity, his very first diagnosis on my electrical was exactly what was wrong. I'm greatful that it was nothing major. Couple fuse blocks and my house is shining bright again. Ricky was also great in helping with bringing the fuse blocks and getting my bill sorted out so Gene didn't have to make an extra trip. 1 visit and everything was fixed. Outstanding service and luckily same day fixing, Tyler also came out last week to diagnose my hot water heater and he also nailed the problem. I highly recommend these guys, absolutely awesome and friendly people. Any future issues I'll be going to M&R services.

We encountered some plumbing issues right after the holidays, and they promptly scheduled a service appointment for the very next day. Their transparency regarding costs and the exceptional service provided by technician Chris made the entire situation much smoother. Chris's upbeat and engaging personality made the process easy, and his thoughtful approach to resolving our issues was greatly appreciated. Additionally, the fact that they offer electrical services as well is a definite plus, and I will certainly be relying on them for future needs. Five stars all the way!

Jacob was a very professional young man who did a great job on repairing my bathroom faucet. He made sure I understood everything that was involved in the repair. including the cost. I do feel M & R charges a high price for labor but then I did not get other estimates so I can't complain.
