I received a thermostat as a Christmas gift. Upon attempting to install the thermostat. I learned that the wiring would not be compatible with my home. Therefore, I went to exchange the thermostat at Lowe’s where it was purchased as a Christmas gift.Upon arrival at Lowe’s. I walked into the return exchange counter to find five employees standing around a circle speaking to each other with no one else in line. I waited at the counter for approximately two minutes for one of them to even acknowledge me. At one point one a female standing behind the register simply said, what can I help you with without even looking over and making eye contact. I told her I needed to make an exchange as the thermostat would not work in my house but I did not have a receipt because it was a gift. She said I don’t think that we can do that. Another one of the employees standing in the circle said we can do it. We just have to get a managers approval, a member of the circle of employees went over to the manager who is at the end of the counter. He looked over at me without even walking over, staying about 25 feet away with multiple computers between me and him, and he said, unless you have some type of proof that it was purchased, there’s nothing that we can do. I asked him if I could just simply get a gift card or something as I still wanted to get a thermostat that worked. “There’s nothing I can do.” I need proof. I left the store and contacted the person whom gave me the thermostat as a gift and was able to obtain a copy of the receipt.I returned to the store with the thermostat and the receipt and was told the money would go back on the card, I told them this item was a gift and I could just simply have a gift card. I would like to go into the store and get the product I need. They said there was no way, it had to returned in the manner, it was purchased.After spending my evening, driving back-and-forth simply go to Lowe’s in order to remedy an issue with a Christmas gift. I was still unable to get any kind of satisfaction.I could not have been more disappointed in the lack of care or willingness to help from any of the employees or the manager to even look at me, make eye contact or desire to help someone who was trying to to spend money in there store. Worst of all a simple good search or the companies return policy shows you can easily get a gift card/store credit with a valid ID and manger approval. Store manage Eric Grady should be ashamed of how they treat customers at this location.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a upright freezer, Lowes said it was ready, went down there and they said they didn't have it yet, and it would be in next week. Drove back home which is outside of Aztec, and they texted and said the freezer was ready. We called to double check and the woman on the phone did not understand why I was upset. I told her we were just there and the freezer was not ready. She just told us to come pick it up, and it was ready. She did not understand that Lowes wasted time and gas.

It's Lowes...pretty much what you'd expect. Easy access from Main Street. I ordered ahead and picked up my stuff from a locker at the front of the store. Efficient and easy.

DO NOT buy appliances from Lowes. We've been waiting 2 months and still no delivery. We call once a week and get a different lie every time. I've heard " oh the truck broke down" 4 different times now and " oh its been delayed due to weather" 3 different times. Now I'm being told it's on back order which they could have said on day one and I would have ordered something else. I understand things happen but stop telling your customers lies just to get them off your back. This is ridiculous.

Update: after over a week in delays and false promises on when the refund check would arrive, they sent me a check with wording that if I signed it absolved them of any wrongdoing!!!! Having been to Lowes all over the country, steer clear of this store!Do not make major purchases at this store! The managers, Joey, Devin, and Jermaine cannot be trusted at their word. Endless promises of resolutions and fixes. After 4 weeks I am finally giving up and cancelling this 25k dollar order and moving my business elsewhere.Look at their response below, they think me putting in more effort by calling them somehow will make things better...they already have my number and could easily try and call me. Not holding my breath for that call to happen!

Poor communication, and lack of follow through when I ordered appliances. Nothing but delays, and then come to find out they never ordered some items.I canceled a $5,000 order, and opted to use another source for an $8,000 quartz counter top order. They were a tremendous waste of time.

We drove from Durango to check out some natural stone veneer. The representative on the floor was very helpful in pulling out different selections and answered a few installation questions! Great experience!

Waited an hour over at the power tools section being told some lady would be over shortly to help get an impact out of the cage so I could replace mine, she never showed, and then at check out, another two guys complaining about the same thing.

I have to shout out Marty in flooring. BUT the catch is I was not at Lowe's for flooring I was looking to buy a washer and dryer. He was the one who responded when I pushed the help needed button, and let me tell you I'm sure glad he did! He was nice and very pleasant in helping us order the washer and dryer we wanted. I had a horrible experience with another employee in appliances early in the week and was ready to boycott Lowes all together but I'm sure glad we went back and got Marty. His customer serive is 100% and I appreciate his help.

This location is conveniently placed at a major intersection. It has a dedicated stop light for its entrance and exit on one side. It's what you would expect in a big box hardware store. The garden center is very nice to walk through during the spring!

This is a review of the online order / in store interface and customer service. Abysmal coordination when ordering online and trying to pick something up in person. Have repeatedly had online order say item is in stock, called store to make sure it was in stock, then gone to store to discover it isn't in stock. Huge waste of time and will never order online from lowes again.

There's a worker from the flooring department named Marty who was very helpful and kind to me and my mom. We found a sink that we were wanting to purchase, but nobody from that department came to help us. So Marty assisted us and even answered all the questions we had. This was quite awhile back, but I still see Marty working there, and he's such a great worker.

I love lowe's garden and plant departments. The staff are nice and polite 😃 I got a plant for a very good deal, took it home and propagated it put some stems with another Jade plant into a pot I made. She's gorgeous in my pot.😃

“Q” was so helpful. He found the 6x6 x8 posts in the back behind a ton of other wood , he got them down for us and pleasantly loaded them on the cart and into the car. He was very good natured and did exactly what he said he would do.

This is the best choice for a Home Improvement Store in Farmington. It's the largest and has the best selection and it's very neat, clean, and organized. For the last three projects I did, I couldn't find the parts at the other store, but Lowe's had them. Especially for those "odd" jobs like fixing misters! We also have ordered flooring from them I and was very impressed with the ease and customer service.

Awesome store, great manager... The most helpful floor "person" I've ever dealt with....he actively seeks those in need by looking every customer in the eye as he walks. Extremely knowledgeable. I didn't even realize that he was the STORE MANAGER... That pleasant floor "help" I bumped into who spent all the time I required and answered related questions I didn't even know I had and I bought 3 more items as a result and saved me several trips from Aztec. He's a rarity and a keeper. The best floor clerk I have ever and will ever meet.

Sheila in customer service was very rude didn't want to help at all. She wanted us to find a code for the item. My husband went and found more information the code and then she wanted him to get some other number. I am aplaled. I dont work at Lowe's. I shouldn't have to find missing information.

Drove an hour and a half to pick up 5 gallons of paint. The lady told us she would have it stirred and ready for us while we did our shopping. We come back to pick up the paint and she said we were good to go. Drive an hour and a half back to the house just to find out the paint wasn’t stirred.

Had ordered a refrigerator that was out of stock. Was told it would be about 3 weeks until they would have another in store ready for delivery. Already paid for it. Three weeks later was called by associate to schedule the delivery. Was going to be delivered 6 days later. Four days after I was called to setup delivery, I was called and told that by another associate that my refrigerator had been sold and they were not sure when it will be back in stock. Associate stated it was put in computer for pickup and not as a delivery. Either way it was a refrigerator already spoken for,. No apologies offered. Still waiting for refrigerator that was already purchased. What is to guarantee when it is in store again it will not be sold out from under me?????
