All the times I have eaten at Fuddruckers, never once has my experience been so unpleasant as this one. Once entering, it was overcrowded, but we decided to stay. They took our order, and the wait was 30 minutes. When we got our order, you could already see the fries and chicken tenders looked charred and had a funky smell to them. Right after, we went straight to the condiments table, which looked so insalubrious. Words could not even describe how the taste was so repugnant and made you feel sick to the stomach. This wasn’t just a problem with us; you could overhear other people saying they had something wrong with their order as well. This was a total waste of $70.

My food was made incorrectly. Then when I advised that they had got it wrong, they acted like it was an issue to re-cook it. My burger was basically bleeding so then I felt like I had to stand there and watch them remake it so they didn’t do anything to my food, and the guy continued to talk about it with several other people how I had to have my food remade, super disappointed but it is to be expected it is Farmington !!!!

I’ve eaten at Fuddruckers since I was a kid. Mostly at Arizona locations. This experience was disappointing. My sons order was wrong. I specified no cheese and there was cheese on it. It was corrected. My order was wrong also. I upgraded to chili fries and that was missing. That was also corrected. The fries tasted like the oil was old. I don’t know what the issue was with the vanilla milk shake but it tasted like cologne. It was an unusual flavor I have never had with a milk shake.To make things worse the food was very slow. To have it take so long and be wrong was frustrating. Finally I am pretty sure I did not get the half pound size I ordered. It was tiny on the bun. When I cook from frozen pre measured patties at home that are 1/3 pounds they fill up a large bun. I ordered a larger size and I had way to much bread. I ordered well done and received a hockey puck. The burger tasted like burnt burgers. I ate because I was hungry after waiting so long. Honestly, the choice was between Five Guys and Fuddruckers. I chose Fuddruckers because of my nostalgia for it but this was so disappointing I will likely choose Five Guys from now on.Seats are torn up.

The place is convenient for a bite aftwr6watching a movie in the mall. Burgers are good but they have tendancy to over cook the patty. If you want "fringes" just ask for is as your normal side. The sideorder isn't worth the extra $1.

Fuddruckers is always clean when I go there and the staff are always nice and friendly! The food is great and the atmosphere is always nice and chill, especially when bringing small children. It seems like everyone is always happy and enjoying themselves when dining here. I love the burger bar; you always get to make your own burger and load it up with topping’s. I also love the ice cream bar; their strawberry shake is sooo good and can feed two people if not more. It’s never a sad burger day at Fuddruckers, thank you!!

This place has been the best place in Farmington I have ever been to in my life! The cashiers here are awesome and the servers here are super friendly. The cooks know what they’re doing with their food, and they are very nice. They will help you with anything. The managers here deserve a raise. I know the food industry can be difficult, so it’s refreshing to have an industry that cares about their customers. 10/10!!

Our order was embarrassing. I ordered The Works burger on wheat bread. It took 3 bites of white bread to finally find what they reffered to as a burger. IT WAS TINY.40 bucks for what was a questionable burger and a salad. A salad in which the ranch dressing was nothing more than milk with a hint of mayo.I guess that explains why the place is always empty.I'm going to stick with the food truck George and John's burgers. Bigger and better burger, no extra charge for fixings, fries AND a soda for 10 bucks. No contest.

There was a long hair buried in between my first burger and I asked it to be remade the manager had so much attitude... then when I got my premade order it was 1/3 lb burger not the 1/2 lb burger I paid for... felt so unwanted at this location... all the vegetables did not look fresh on top so I had to move them around to not get old welted vegetables..

I ate here twice in one month. The first time was really really good, my 1/2lb burger was big and juicy, perfectly seasoned. I ordered the "frings", the fries/wedges were really good but the onions rings were mediocre, i could've done without them, they were kinda tough to chew. My second visit was just ok, the burger was a bit dry/over cooked and not as well seasoned as my first visit. This second visit i also only ordered wedges and that was really good. One major complaint i have is that the paper towel rolls had mustard and ketchup stains on top from where customers needed to hold the roll while they tear off a piece of paper towel, kinda seems unsanitary. As for the staff, they are very friendly and inviting, awesome job to them.

Service was incredibly slow! Waited 45minutes for two of the simplest 1/3lb burgers offered on the menu. Two separate families were serviced before us who stood behind my party of 3. Burger turned out to be very drab and tasteless and definitely not worth the extensive wait. The fact that the Restaurant was full of empty tables and chairs should’ve been the direct indicator that we should’ve just gone with something efficient like McDonald’s.

Food was ok. Cashier was nice, but couldn't take alcohol orders and made several mistakes on orders. So...ordering was a lengthy process. Salt & pepper shakers were GREASY to the touch. Restaurant was not well maintained. Very disappointed.

Overpriced, dirty establishment. Will not return. Cashier was friendly but that's the only positive thing to say. Food was absolutely terrible tasting and made my family sick. Used to be decent, definitely not anymore. Would not recommend. Save your money and your tummy.

They were over priced and they gave very little food for how much they were charging. I ordered 2 shakes, they took over 30 Mins to get out the shakes because they forget about them even though I got charged. Not to mention I order a regular and a large shake and both shakes came out the same size but were both different prices. They gave us the small size when one should've been large. I was not impressed with my visit. The tables were gross, they handed me a wet cup for my drink cup. I definitely won't be back anytime soon.
