I wanted to give Firehouse the benefit of the doubt, so I didn't give a bad review the first two times they got my simple order wrong. However after my last visit, and the order being wrong again, I have to say I won't be back. My order was simply a Pastrami sandwich with NO cheese, and every time they put cheese on it, which hardens to plastic ruining the Pastrami which is now stuck to it. Sad...

The last 4 times I’ve been there my bread is soggy! Not very appetizing. Sandwiches would be the best in town, but the soggy bread is disgusting. I end up eating maybe half of my sub for hen throw it out.

Stopped in for a bite to eat for the afternoon, put in an online curbside order and never had any problem, until today our order was ready on time, but the sandwich boxes were covered in dirty glove marks. As a cook u should always change ur glove when closing boxes, but someone had greasy gloves closing all 3 of my orders boxes. Picture included isn't as bad as the other two but didn't get a picture of the other greasy hand prints, 2nd photo u can see where they closed the box.

I have never had a bad experience at this location, the staff are always extremely friendly and the food is always on point! We come here time and time again for both dine in and take out and are never disappointed.As a disabled, service dog handler they are also very accessible here, we have never had issues with access. There's also plenty of room to sit, and be able to be out of the way.Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian sub-option on the menu and you can also create your own sandwich. All of their sides are also vegetarian friendly.Parking: There is plenty of parking at this location, it is located in a little shopping area so you should always be able to find a spot.Kid-friendliness: This is absolutely a kid friendly spot, there are several things on the menu that children would enjoy as well as a dedicated kids menu.

I usually have a good experience with friendly people. BUT today made me feel like the employees were avoiding me as well as not informing as were as no one seemed to be smiling or happy to be working. I had an issue with my debit card and they moved on to the next customer with out telling me what’s going on and the people behind me got their food first and it was an over all disappointing experience. As a nurse at the hospital I would never treat anyone the way I was today..

I have worked for firehouse subs before in Colorado, and even made it to management.Today I did place a pick up order which came out perfect but David from there hung up on me before I could add my add ons chopped cucumbers, olives, and pickles I had to call back.Respectfully, firehouse subs need to get someone on the POS who answers friendly on the phone.

Great food and energy inside. My one complaint is no one ever answers the phone when I try to do a call in order. Every time I've been inside to get food, I see like 20 employees. That's my only frustration. I rarely take lunch at work and if I do, I pre order so I can take a quick one. They've lost business from me a couple times due to not answering the phone.

Where should I start? Crew members tonight we’re slow. When I order my food it takes 5mins. Took longer than usual tonight most members were gagging and laughing not making orders. Stayed for 30mins, got tired of waiting. It wasn’t busy at all. Got my refund and left. I been to better places that have better and professional members. But not here.

Absolutely delicious food! I tried this restaurant for the first time today, and I was not disappointed. The meat was very tender and tasty, and the bread, cheese, and vegetables were all fresh. The customer service was also fantastic. If you go during lunch time, I highly recommend ordering ahead as it was busy. If you haven’t tried the food yet, you definitely should.

Visiting from DFW. This location was okay. Store was clean. Staff didn't know how to take my order. She was extremely rude. After getting my sandwich it was lacking all toppings ( including the BBQ sauce). Bread was a little old. I can't wait to get back to the city where I get treated better and they have good food. If you want a successful business retrain your staff.

Went for lunch (early) so I got my food quickly and they did a good job keeping the lobby clean. The sandwich (NY Steamer) was really good. Portion was a bit small for the price - only reason to make it a 4-star rating, rather than 5-star.

I love this place. It’s clean and usually pretty fast but can get a little busy at noon. I try to go online for my food order and just pick it up when I get there. Very convenient. The small meatball sub is my favorite. Great sauce! Great service!

Delicious subs, the large is big enough for my wife and I to share and they cut it in half and put it on separate baskets. They put plenty of meat and cheese and good veggies. Meats are excellent quality and their bread is great too. You can have it steamed, toasted, or cold.
