I got a couple of items from this store to which I thought were on “sale”. I did not even catch the price until I walked out of the store. I quickly turned around to enquire about it. Apparently, the sale was yesterday and there was “nothing” they could do about it. I asked if they could still honor the sale because it was not my fault and that it was false advertisement. One of the sales associate told me there was nothing they could do about while that other one ripped off the tag. If anything, they could hand at least done something. There is always something that can be done. Also, these ladies could be trained more in customer service.

I've been a customer for 10+ yrs. Never experienced any problems..always good service and good staff. Tonight was different...some older short lady gave me unnecessary attitude because of a coupon. She grabbed my cash roughly and basically threw my receipt at me. She had the nerve to say I was being rude and tells me whatever. If she can't handle the heat being a simple cashier maybe she should retire-retire.

As soon as I get out of my car the lady locks the door...mind you it's only 9:40pm...thought you didn't close til 10pm???? Thanks to that lady you lost a lot of business...and I will not come back here to shop..Hope that 20 mins early was worth all that loss of business.

I normally have great service here. I asked where the carts were. He snarled outside or something. No. Told him no I have a big lots cart. He told me not to disrespect him.

The old guy here is so weird didn't even say any greetings just gave me a look not sure if he is being racist. And when they post something like 50%Off on the item he will always say "no it's no it's Up to %Off" making people confused!

Great for in and out purchases and some surprisingly good prices on a variety of home decor type items. As expected, some convenience items are higher in price than the grocery store.

Coupons would not work. Ended up only getting 1 dollar instead of 2. Clerk was not real thrilled.I will go elsewhere next time.
