I walked in the door expecting to bring home lots of samples but when I said I wanted the softest carpet, Rhiannon took me straight to her favorite and softest velvety carpet ever! I left with that sample (and one other just cause I felt silly only taking one). Once I got it home, it didn't take long to decide on the color. Upon return Rhiannon showed me the carpet padding choices. Within 2 weeks my carpet order was in and just 2 days later it was installed by Dan who was SUPER friendly and did an amazing job. He was also very gentle and loving with my new puppy and made her feel comfortable with him coming and going with tools and carpet rolls. I have used CarpetOne many times and I will continue to do so for all my carpet needs! Thank you for being great

There's a reason why we are repeat customers! They took beautiful care of us fourteen years ago in helping us to select and install luxury vinyl and carpet for our main floor living area. It was time to freshen up this space again, and Jyn was exceedingly helpful in listening to our ideas, helping us to select a more modern "look", and handled the ordering and scheduling the install.Davin, Nestor, and Trent showed up at the appointed time and "hit the ground running." Those guys are dynamos!They emptied three rooms of furniture, removed the old carpet and padding, installed new padding and carpet (including an odd transition on the stairs and a tricky clothes closet with an unusual space created by those stair), cleaned up and reinstalled the furniture and one door... seven hours start to finish!I see another project to replace the upstairs hard-flooring in their future. 😉

This was a great experience all the way through. All the staff members we dealt with (Shout out Thomas and Lori) were very helpful. Allowing us to take the samples home was awesome. We had the tile re-done in one of our bathrooms and the difference is amazing! It should be easy to see where we started and where we are now. Luis and David did an awesome job on the install and they were great to work with as well. Our next project is replacing carpets and we'll definitely be going with Carpet One again.

Carpet One has done a wonderful job with our flooring needs. They were helpful and patient while we picked out the perfect carpet and tile for our home. The install was professional and well done. The bathroom flooring had some damage, but Carpet One went the extra mile to get it repaired and looking wonderful. Carpet One Floor & Home installed 260 square feet of tile in our home this past week. Overall I'm very pleased with the job they did. It took two days longer than we discussed at the quote, but that's likely due to my naivety. Jobs such as these always take longer and are more work than you think they're going to be, especially in 50 year old homes. Thomas, the sales rep, is extremely competent and reasonable. Osman, the installer, is polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I was quoted just a smidge higher than what the job actually cost, but they quickly refunded me for the difference. Very likely to return for the next job.

With Covid taking a toll on New Mexico businesses, it was important for us to shop local, particularly for the large purchase of carpeting our home. We are completely satisfied with our decision to use Carpet One.Joel was responsive and came out to measure carpet the very next day after speaking with him. In meeting with him, he was extremely detail-oriented and explained the whole process to us. He made what seemed to be an overwhelming task a simple and painless process.We spend three days with our carpet installers, Cordell and Cory; they were extremely hard workers. They were very professional and methodical, cleaning up each day to make our house livable during the installation. The carpet is seamless and well-stretched. Additionally, the threshold connecting the hard-wood/tile floors was tucked under and looks great. Carpet One did an excellent job with helping us choose carpet and LVP and with installation. We told Cheryl Bare, our sales consultant, what we were looking for and she was helpful, knowledgeable and led us in the right direction. Cory was the lead installer and everything came our beautifully, including installation of tile as a hearth for our fireplace. Also, some of our carpet had flaws from the factory and Carpet One came out and promptly had it removed and reinstalled new. We would highly recommend Carpet One.

I was very pleased and happy with our choice of choosing Carpet One for our remodel of our daughter's room. Rhiannon was very patient with me in making a selection with 3 kids in tow! Rhiannon helped me pick the perfect floor for my house, and Andre, the installer, did a wonderful job with the installation, Charlotte even came over before the installation started and helped me verify that the floor color would look great with the rocks on my fireplace and the color of the paint on my walls. The installer's Cory and Cordell did a fantastic install and left the job clean and looking fantastic! Closet doors were to long for the carpet we picked so they even had a carpenter out the same day to trim doors down. Highly recommend Carpet one for all your flooring needs, great job Carpet one!

We went with Carpet One in Farmington on two separate occasions. The first one we were in a hurry to get new flooring down before the moving truck arrived and they were able to get the job done! I was amazed with all the supply issues and backlogs we had our floor down with time to spare! They did a great job! For the second time we were having to replace flooring due to water damage. They were great at accommodating us and working around our days off and also the insurance company. During a stressful time it was one less thing to worry about. Of course the floor looks great and I highly recommend them!

I can not say enough about our experience with Carpet One in Farmington, NM. Rick and Thomas helped us find the perfect wood flooring and tile for our old farm house that fit right in our budget. They walked us through the process to help ease our stress. Our tile installers Anthony and Harley did such an amazing job and made sure everything was done with such detail. Cordell and Cory then came in and had to level areas of our living room for the wood flooring to fit properly. All four installers did such a great job! You wouldn't realize that our home is 113 years old. It looks so amazing and there is no doubt that we will be returning customers with Carpet One.
