I buy my dog bones out of the bins and they are never filled š very disappointing I don't like feeding my dogs milk bones. This is the only store I buy them from.

I've gotten some boots and some tack here. Prices are alright jus like an average Big R. Horse tack is about the same but a little bit more expensive. Clothes and all are alright and everything is pretty fine.If that was for the staff, again like how every store Farmington has are MOODY old ladies and teenagers. I remember this one blonde girl was checking me out and while I was looking in my wallet to pay she just kept rolling her eyes and looked impatient acting like she has never worked in her life before. Old men and women follow me down the isles and I remember one old guy just licking his lips and looking me up and down, DISGUSTING. Until this place gets better staff, I recommend going to the other one in town.

I had a great experience at Big R in the Farmington location. Staff were friendly n smiling and helpful. Love the store with a variety of goodies! Lol! Thanx to the Manager James for his help and great attitude, will definitely be there again!

I had an outstanding experience at the Big R store in Farmington, NM! A HUGE thanks to Operations Manager Bryan Chiquito and Steve Peterson and Store Manager Collette Mason! Their exceptional service in assisting me with a price match and treating me with the utmost respect truly exceeded my expectations. I'm incredibly grateful for their dedication and professionalism. What an experience I am a working guy and taking classes at SJC. The 3 females were very nice and helpful with letting me use the fitting room but the whole time I didn't know I was being watched. Radios were going crazy because I can hear them. When I was done I went to pay for 308.64 of carhartt clothing. Yes I know you have your reasons but don't be so obvious. It's embarrassing to me and you when your wrong about theft. Thanks to the cashier who sympathized with me about this ugly situation made my day but who ever thought wrong of me do better.Thanks working class

Very helpful when you need assistance on looking for things and answering your questions. They got me what I needed from the store fast since I was on crutches also helped unload everything into my truck. Good management yesterday.

My mother in law, my 1 yr. old son, and I were just in there. We walked around for about 45 minutes. I waited in the ammo section for about 15 minutes waiting for the girl behind the counter to help me, but she was too busy talking to a couple of guys. I finally said to hell with waiting and went to the front to pay for the couple things I was buying. The cashier was so rude! And as we were walking out the cashier followed us out the door and asked if she could look in my mother in laws purse. She thought we were shoplifting!! It was so embarrassing and we will never set foot in that store again!!!

Went to Big R to get a pullover but couldn't find any so we got a few things instead. We were surprised to find Two Old Goats at Big R where before they never had it. Glad they have it now. We'll be going back for more. As for being helped no one helped us out and even asked us if we needed help. The only one that helped us was the cashier because we asked for her help and we found what we were looking for. Thank you to the cashier for helping us. Big R needs more employees on the floor to help the customers find products or items so they aren't looking for them.

Curbside service is lacking. They make you wait then call several times before bringing out your merchandise. Who ever runs this store needs better processes because the customer service is next to none.

Overall great customer service. But prices are extreme! And didnāt have the things I needed, they run the prices up much more than any store Iāve seen. the Guy running the āsportsmanās categoryā acted like he didnāt want to be there. I will not be shopping here anymore and will be taking my business elsewhere. A disgrace of a store if you ask me.

Be sure everything fits you before you buy it because they donāt take returns. There were clothes I bought and tried to return within the 30 day return policy and they said it smelled like it was used so they wouldnāt let me return them, didnāt even give me an instore credit. There was also a lady there trying to return something and they did the same thing to her, and they were very disrespectful and rude to her. They said that on the receipt it says that they canāt be returned if washed or worn. The only thing it states is to be returned with in 30 days. No where does it state that if it smells different they wonāt take it back.

The people that work the front counters are great. My experience with the rifle and ammo side is bad. The guy that works there doesnāt seem like he cares or wants to be there. He is t very helpful and this made me go to east main pawn. Not my best experience here. If the person donāt want to help, then they need to move him somewhere else.

I felt I was targeted and discriminated against by the manager on duty... He was very rudely accused me of shoplifting a pair of gloves that I previously purchased, for an exchange... At the time I was accused, I was at the cash register with two gloves and with several more items... He could have approached me more professionally and respectful... I wasn't even given an apology for his accusations towards me... Is this how this corporation treats their minority customers...If I could, I wouldn't give a star to them...

Drove 33 miles back to this store to exchange some pants I bought, for a different size which I could not do. I bought them, took them home, tried them on with my boots walked around my yard and then took them off with all the tags to return. Their return said 30 days online but if you have slightly worn them you cannot return them. Just a heads up be sure to 110% make sure your clothes fit before purchasing because you cannot return for a different size.

Called to find out about feed. One employee don't know his name cause he never said it, anyways transfered to feed department and this guy picks up the phone. I ask if the have a certain type of feed and he recommends this one and that one as well as many others I said I need a specific type and says oh no we don't have that one. Like seriously I asked about a specific type that I need I don't wanna hear we got this and that or a big list just say no we don't and call it a day don't waste people's time.

My son did a layaway back in October for my grandson it's a four wheeler so we paid it off Friday now on Monday the 26 of December we came to pick it up, only they sold the four wheeler or something and we're still waiting for over an hour, they trying to figure how to compensate with my son.. either they never put the four wheeler on layaway or did they sold it,

Well trying to buy a firearm was the worst experience ever. I've purchased several from other retailers and by far this is the absolute worst place to buy from. The manager and assistant manager are both worthless! They took forever and they didn't know the passwords to even make the sale. Then they thought they had to get vehicle information like vin numbers and registration. They also had to walk the firearm out to the parking lot and give it to you when you get to your vehicle. They also dont enforce the public mandate to wear masks inside the business. Numerous people are walking around without tgeir masks and some employees are even not wearing masks... If they don't know the proper procedures then they have no business selling firearms!!! And since it's a $100 fine to not wear a mask out in public they are breaking the law and allowing the law to be broken in their stores...

Rude sales person in clothes department, I felt like I was being watched the entire time. I asked what the problem was but she didn't give an explanation. She even had the audacity to ask for a security check over the intercom. I didn't know browsing for clothes was an act of a crime. I feel discriminated. I don't appreciate being treated like I did something wrong.

I am a previously employee at this store. I am not sure what is going on there but there is no coustmer service. Its sad when you have to call the store to get any coustmer service. One of the assistant managers (a gentleman) seen me standing there and just continued to walk right past me with no care in the world. I continued going there to purchase my dog food and also my chicken food until today. I will no longer shop at the this Big R and I will shop elsewhere. I really hope that something is done to prevent this from happening to anymore of your coustmers.

The slowest cashier's here I stood in line trying to make a purchase and they both had trouble with every transaction... finally after 15 minutes of waiting I just left . ..IFA is usually fast, I came here only because IFA is closed on Sundays

Terribly snobby, NRA Fudd gun salesmen. Basically tried to force us to buy his choice of pistol and didn't listen to our concerns at all. He was very rude then left when we refused to buy his suggestions. We bought from a nice lady instead and will always shop elsewhere for firearms now.

I normally donāt have any trouble with employees here but there was a girl who was at the registers and I didnāt get her name cause she wasnāt wearing a name tag but she was extremely rude to me and my mother.

Overall its a nice place to shop for western attire, the employees are rude. I was talked down on by an employee for my son wondering for 4 minutes! I believe retail sales is her line of work, not social work. Not very professional of her.
