I was asked to sign up for rewards that would give me 15% off my first purchase. But the 15% comes off your next visit. Can you please correct the pitch and make it clear to your cashiers! So we the consumers will understand. It would help with time and help them. Especially when having a solo cashier. Poor girl looked overwhelmed by a single question.Pitch: If you sign up today you'll get 15% off your next purchase*Clear and simple!Other than that prices were reasonable and merchandise was nice!

Typically the store is pretty organized and relatively clean. Great selection of things for your home, decor, etc. They have a small selection of food, but the prices seem a bit high on food items. It's worth getting their rewards card. They often have good coupons (20% off entire order) and have been giving out a free item on weekends. The kind of store where you often find more than you were looking for.

It's Christmas season...the lady in the furniture dept wouldn't check me out. I had 1 item. A coffee pot. There was 20+ people in line up front and I asked if she could check me out. She told me know that it was for furniture customers only. There were NO furniture customers. Not very good customer service if you ask me. I've worked retail for 25 years.

I ordered a couch and a love seat from big lots in December I picked up the loveseat because they had one in stock which was great they had to order the couch again this was all done in December when I call to check delivery on the couch no one can tell me an estimated delivery time or are they willing to research it and get back with me so I would think twice before I ordered anything from big lots furniture department going forward !

Unfriendly Workers. We Were Ignored When Trying To Buy A Couple Of Recliners. We Were Going To Buy 2 Recliners. We Walked Out Without No Response From Any Other Employees. When Asked A Cashier If She Could Call Someone To Help Us .all She Said Well There's A Guy That Works Over There.

They carry a large variety of items here. It's a good sized store and the staff are helpful & friendly. They carry seasonal items like Christmas decorations around December and lawn and garden items around Spring & Summer. They even carry a good selection of furniture at a reasonable price. I always manage to find things that I can use, but wasn't really looking for.

Manager Tim and Mark worked really hard to get us the furniture we wanted. Mark turned the stockroom upside down looking for a matching recliner for us....and eventually found it. He was as happy as we were when he found it! As always very competitive prices. Really like this store!

I use to go to Big Lots because they had decent prices. The last few times I've shopped there I've noticed the prices were higher. Today I found the same Christmas balls for $6.00 more than Walmart! Same # of balls, same color, same packaging.

Selection is extremely limited on everything, employees seem disinterested in doing their jobs. Customers are a burden to the employees. I'll not be returning to this location.

James and the other little girl working the registers were so fun and sweet. Ot was the most pleasant shopping experience i've had in a long time. The store is neatly organized. I always called big lots things like "the used food store" because they seem to be disorganized and the service sub par. But not this location.The deals a great too.

At the door is says Basenotes mask no service. None of the employees had a mask on. I have visited 2 Family Dollar stores. It was the same at both. If I'm required employees should be to.😷

There were not enough employees for the amount of customers, but they did their best the whole time I was there. The aisles felt a little sparse but that's probably pandemic related.
