Clean store has everything I need. I enjoy shopping here. They used to be very nice as I have shopped here for years and spent thousands of dollars on groceries. But lately when I go in, security and other employees treat me as if I am stealing. One instance they would not sell alcohol to me because the security tried to say I had bought alcohol previously that day just because I had been in the store previously that day buy did not purchase alcohol. Went in today and the security stood at the door looking at me while I purchased my items and once I received my receipt, he stepped away from the door. I've never stolen and I'm not a thief. The security guard with the glasses and ponytail has bad judgment. This store is making me feel weird when I shop and I don't appreciate it. Will keep shopping though

The meat department does not want to help customers at all. I went in to purchase a whole in bag prime rib. They would NOT cut the rib to NY specifications. Do to sale price they would not honor it. I AM THE CUSTOMER & WILL BE PAYING FOR IT. It doesn't matter if it's sold cut or whole. Very frustrating & disappointed. I went to Smiths & they are very very helpful.

What has happened to customer service???? I go through self checkout and spinach box happens to not have a bar code. I advise the lady overseeing that area. She tells me, "you'll have to go get another one with a bar code. I don't know what the price is." Excuse me? I thought there were people who worked there. I observed two sackers just standing in the front.

MOST WORTHLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE. The male employee with the shiny Christmas necklace was a JERK when we asked for someone to help at customer service. The longer we waited the worse he got. I'd like to send him a message, CUSTOMERS. PAY. YOUR. WAGES. AND. ALL. THE. OTHER. BILLS. As a stock holder, we are dumping our stock. I haven't shopped at Albertsons in years. Just happened to stop in today. Will NEVER happen again.

Albertsons bakery made the best birthday cake for my relative! A beautiful Rose Gold round cake! I definitely recommend this place for a birthday cake design! They can make it! Thank you Albertson Bakery!

Good wings and pasta salad. This morning I bought two donuts and someone had to come approve my $1.78 purchase. I'm guessing it was more a commentary on the density of the donuts, rather than my weight. Probably won't be my go to donut supplier in the future. They could use a little more rise time in some. Others were good.

This store has been clean and well-organized every time I've stopped in. They have a decent Little Deli counter with hot snack items. Best rating is because they have fresh cut flowers on mama's birthday.

They usually always have great customer service, but Tyler really needs to either change positions or get better training. I couldn’t believe how poor his customer service skills are. He acted like I was inconveniencing him by checking out.

Good food at honest prices. Selection can be a bit limited, and clearance shelf veggies and baked goods are sometimes moldy. But overall, a good place to pick up cooking staples.

PUSHY EMPLOYEE! I entered the store at 9:54p to grab a fast floral arrangement, the flowers are located right inside the front door. I was greeted by an employee ready for an early close at the door. (Just a kid) "Ummm u have like two minutes, dude." No problem, I know exactly where I am going... I actually had a store security guard immediately attach himself to me! Store is closed...store is closed! He followed me very closely, and wouldn't leave me alone! I finally turned to him and asked him if he knew how abrasive he was being? "YES I DO," he replied. I would say this guy basically told me to get out six times! Long story short, I was escorted to the check stand where I paid then walked out to the car. Apple iPhone standard time? 10:01p inside the car!! I was harassed by this guy for absolutely NOTHING. I admit it's tough to have a last minute guest in a retail location, however harassment is not welcome nor should customers tolerate it.Store receipt shows 9:59p check out. This guy pushed and harassed, for absolutely NO reason.

Everything is overpriced from the Lipton teas to $4cookies They took the cookies from the bag and put less in a plastic Box to make more money for less for you.. to chips to drinks, meat vegetables everything... I will not shop here until your prices go down. I'm not paying for your manager to drive a Corvette.

Restrooms haven’t been working for going on three days now. If restrooms aren’t working, how is that impacting the overall hygiene of the store any its ability to remove waste that could contaminate food? How are employees expected to work safely in this environment? Please do something.

Its always quiet here. The staff aren't usually very friendly. Not sure if the older man is the manager or not...always moving pallets in the store....but he's always grumpy!! Pregnant lady at self checkout is always happy and helpful

Disappointed this time. I simply needed 2 items, I asked 3 different associates to help me find something. They all pointed and said back of the store. I asked can you show me because I already looked. (Plus, I can't walk very well- I have an injury). 1. Said he couldn't because he was off the clock (understandable). 2. Said Its in the back somewhere, I don't know. 3. Said there is no one in the back they went home already. I was frustrated, maybe you were out of the product, who knows. But I never found it and the associates were not any help at all. I do have a positive note, when I come in for produce- it always looks fresh and organized, Gary will help me and know exactly where an item is if I ask him. He'll even show me where to go. I would give a 5 star, but not this time.

In 2008 this store was a 2 star at best.2022 however has changed my view. The produce is fresh, the bakery is on time with orders, and the meat is better then before. I now shop here for great bargains. Friendly customer service and overall a clean store I would recommend.

Today's trip to the local Albertsons grocery was a pleasant one. Not crowded, plenty of grocery carts available. Open Floorplan & clean. Produce section was well stocked and appealing to the eye. I used the convenient signage to locate the aisle for oatmeal (Cereal, aisle 1). Thank you for the efforts by the staff and admin for a safe, clean & inviting store for the community. The check out staff were polite and cheery! Excellent service!

Manager saw long line and helped out by opening another lane. He was friendly and asked me a few questions. UPDATE: 10/08/22 Noticed this was one of the few places that hadn't implemented "Self Scan" technology. Until today. However there were two lines lit up as "open" and staffed with an actual employee. And this employee was very friendly and courteous to the patrons ahead of me and as well as to myself when it was my turn in line. All I went inside for was the $7.99 lb steaks but they only had one package on the shelf which I purchased, as well as another cut of steak I hadn't planned on purchasing all together I spent $10 more dollars than I had anticipated. The fast friendly service at an actual checkout lane was very muchas appreciated and somewhat made up for it.

Wow this store has a bunch fresh produce always wanting to help look for what you're wanting. Good and organize place to shop. All isle are kept tip top clear. Food prices are going up but here are all fresh fruits are like they just picked it. Washed and clean.

I have worked customer service for over 35 years. The associates were kind and overall a great experience, I will continue to shop Albertsons. Only thing I found was that the ladies room was shutdown. Thankyou for great service.

Well it's a grocery store, it's clean but it smells because of their fish counter. the store is brightly lit and is easily laid out to find things but it's just your typical run of the mill Albertsons but I do like the friendly crew it seems like every time I get a cashier there they are very friendly. The only issue is they don't have automated checkout which can be a pain to have to stand in line when you only have one or two items

Evening rush and only self checkout and one register was open. There were 20 + people waiting to check out this evening. Threes a crowd was called multiple times. Please try to do better Albertsons.

Did self-checkout for the first time and I thought I did it wrong or the receipt looked wrong. The young lady who took care of that area had to explain it to me. She was courteous and patience with me. A wonderful employee of Albertsons.

Not my usual store, but I do stop there sometimes when on that side of town. They have digital coupons and have gotten several good deals. They also partner with Wines of the San Juan and it is nice that you can buy local without going out to Blanco. Nice store overall. I have found some excellent deals on fish so I usually make those purchases there.

The Farmington Albertsons is my least favorite place to do my grocery shopping. I forgot my own "bags" as I do on occasion. They told me they didn't have paper bags. They were out. The cashier's are so lazy they won't ever voluntarily look beyond their own registers. EVER. You must ask them to look for a paper bag and boy are they rude about it. I had trouble finding an item today as well. A gal at customer service said go look on isle 5. Didn't offer to help as usual. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. There are plenty of options and thankfully I don't have to put up with this rude dirty store.

Each time whenever I call to check on a certain product, I always get a "rude ASSociate"... that never seems to know anything. RUDE! unprofessional over the phone, it's no wonder why I never shop there.
