When they have everything locked up here. You ask for an item and see the price. You would think that the item you got was the price they marked it at, and locked it behind the glass. They then walk it up to front, no problem there. But they have it priced at almost 2 times what they have it marked at in the glass. Make sure and check your receipt. Manger was no help and I'm sure she didn't fix the pricing.

The staff here are the best.. The young lady who deals with plumbing supplies is knowledgeable, friendly and always helps me with my plumbing issues. Older gentleman very helpful also. Do not bother with HD and Lowes where employees turn there back on you and go in other direction if they think they are actually going to have to try and answer a question or be of any help.

Yesterday my husband and I were shopping for a weed Wacker. This was the second store we had stopped at. The salesperson, Steve, was very patient, very knowledgeable of the product. Due to his through explanation of the product, warranty, accessories, wedecided to buy from him. Great job Steve.and thank you!

Been going here years, no more unfortunately. I had an active leak in my gutter going into my house. I ran to ace to grab flex seal patch for a quick fix until spring. Had a coupon for 50% off, cashier said since the item was on sale $16.99 to $14.99, they could not accept the coupon. I asked to be charged the full price and if I could then use the coupon. Calls up manager, manager says, "no." Okay, no big deal. I get home open the flex seal, it's rock hard, unusable. Frustrating, but ok. I take it back, exchange for another get home and guess what.....rock hard. Keep in mind I have an active leak. So, not only would they not accept my coupon (no big deal), but now they're selling me bunk flex seal. I salvaged what I could out of the 2nd can for the sake of water coming into my house, and decided instead of going there a third time. I'll just never go again.

Not very impressed. Customer service was lacking. I could hear an employee in the back area using obscenities to describe customers. When I was being checked out, the cashier left twice to help other employees, once with a printer issue and once with another customer's return. There wasn't any acknowledge from the staff until I was ready to check out and I was unable to find someone to help me locate an item. I bought a few things because the price was right and I had a coupon but don't really feel inclined to go back. Store was clean and well organized though.

The best consistent service of most any store. Thank you 🙏🏻Ace !!EditUnfortunately, I wasted some time with Ace trying to get keys for my car. I prepaid for the two, they never contacted me when they arrived, then when I contacted them to see if they were in and get an appointment , they couldn’t program them till the following week. I went to Raygeens Keys, they took care of everything within 10-12 minutes total for the same price. So they dropped from 5 stars to 3. Very disappointing

I bought 6 packs of flowers. Perfect condition. Asters and verbena. Beautiful colors. They also have beautiful hanging pots with all kinds of flowers. I will be back to get some. Wonderful, friendly, helpful personnel. They are not too busy to help or answer questions.

I came in for some home improvement items and I received excellent customer service from Andy. She was very knowledgeable and helped me find everything I was looking for. This is one of the best places in Farmington for home improvement and customer service! Very happy!

I like shopping at Ace, generally the staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Only one time, when I was there with a friend who is blind, treated us like we were a bother, and couldn't get away fast enough, and that is the only reason Ace got 4 instead of 5 stars!

This store has the worst customer service! the employees and assistant manager are extremely rude. I went to buy a new chainsaw yesterday. I went to grab assistance to buy it and when the gentleman came to help, he literally ripped the tag off and said that it was marked incorrectly and would not sell it to me for the marked price. I went to the front to speak to the assistant manager and her response was " oh well". Great service guys!!! I'll just go shop at the big box stores. They seem to help more than the small local businesses.

Needed help finding an item the cashier was rude and short-tempered she just pointed and said it should be over there wouldn't come help wouldn't look to see what I was looking for just had absolutely no patience.... I worked for an Ace Hardware for 6 years and that is not the Ace Hardware way at all

see I got house keys made at WALMART. Ace told me they sold me the wrong keys for my house. And plus Walmart made my key backwards. AWFUL WORKERS in automotive. ACE knows what they are doing and made the correct house keys. ACE has standard $2.40 and color$5-6 coated keys for the house. They do vehicle keys too. This the ACE across from HOBBY LOBBY. EXCELLENT service.

Very nice big store. Staff was friendly but did not know about the hardware they sold. I asked Which drill bite was good for fiberglass and they had no idea. I usually find knowledgeable staff at Ace.

Expensive. Expensive. Expensive. The only times I walk in this place are to buy rare screws and bolts, because their collection is massive compare to Home Depot and Lowe’s. So far I’ve spent less then $10 in this place, only for literally screws. Every time I needed anything else and was in this store, I check the price at Home Depot, and they were usually 25%-50% more expensive. You can tell they don’t sell much, most of the packaging for the items on the shelf are getting yellow from sitting. I’m impressed this place didn’t close yet, and won’t be surprised if they do.. If that happens, it’ll be difficult to find screws!
