The customer service at this store is REDICULOUS! I was trying to check out. Self checkout not working. The girl that was at the register decided to help another employee. I saw her and said excuse me 4x. On the 5th time I was shouting. She finally looked my way and I asked if she was working the register. She said “yeah I’ll be there in a minute.” While waiting I was getting frustrated because I had to be somewhere. Finally I just decided to leave. I feel so sorry for the people who live there, who shop there. Honestly if you hate your job QUIT!!!!! Then people such as myself driving through this town won’t have a bad experience! Never going back!

Mostly always a bit messy, but i can't blame the employees too much. Corporate treats them poorly, monitoring their labor cost fiercely while also expecting them to work miracles and multitask like the ultimate worker. This aside, the staff is usually very friendly and nice, and always willing to help you with whatever you need.

Most of the staff is usually very friendly . Things could be stocked better , but that’s not the issue I have . The brown haired lady with glasses that works there pointed me out and accused me of being up to something . Because I didn’t know exactly what I wanted like most people ! When I spend a lot of money there throughout the week because due to not having a car and incidents that have happened to me while walking any further than DG , I choose to just go there . This woman also has previously told me I needed to get a job there because I spent so much money there , my boyfriend stepped in and said no because there was no reason for me to have a job . Due to the fact he is an oil field worker and just wants me to focus on my goals and dreams . So maybe that’s her issue with me I’m not sure but I intend on calling corporate and reporting this issue . Also i deal with severe depression on the daily so getting up and going out is a struggle , I deal with daily , so the fact for this to happen is more than upsetting to me ! It’s not right at all. So if anyone could please tell me how to get cooperates number I would very much appreciate it .

Sometimes there can be a little bit of a line, but the cashiers are courteous and expedient. The customers in line are most always kind as well. Great prices. Organized, clean and neat.

Is open early and closes later than most stores. Has most of the things I need. My only gripe is that during some of their busiest times they only have one register open. Other than that this store always seems over stocked with items.

Nice place to shop. They were stocking shelves so not much to choose from cuz they had a really good weekend sale! The sales associates were very nice and helpful. By the way, I'm from Hobbs. Stopped by the store after leaving MVD.😃

price on shelf was different than what I was charged, (I was charged more) If a sale or price on something has changed, then change the price on shelf. People that work there don't really care about customers, bad service.

Just love our Dollar General, awesome Manager Crystal and Staff, always working so hard to stock the shelves and make our store clean and convient for us to shop.

Put items on sale, but never in there and have checked back several times during the week. I have gone right when the sale starts and the items aren't available.

Depressing store Everytime we would go to the store and it is always a mess nothing is ever in it's right place nor front faced. Worst dollar general I've ever been to
